I brought my grandpa out to this place from his retirement home. He went ape on at the course. He told me it took the donkey kong out of him. This place brought him out of retirement. I think I might take grandpa back here again. It was fun seeing grandpa go ape.

**Amazing Experience at Texas TreeVentures!** We recently visited Texas TreeVentures and had an incredible experience. Our instructor, Clay, was fantastic. He was super helpful and patient, guiding us through every step of getting ready for the course. He made sure we were fully prepared and confident before heading out. Once on the course, we had so much fun! The challenges were exciting and varied, with each section clearly marked from easiest to most difficult, making it easy to push ourselves and try new things. The harnesses felt extremely safe, and the equipment was in excellent condition, which gave us peace of mind as we climbed. Whether youre looking for a fun outdoor adventure or something more challenging, Texas Tree Ventures has it all. I highly recommend it, and I can t wait to go back!

The place is the best, what a beautiful family experience with my daughter of 8 and my son of 9 and my wife, together we did it, the staff is very friendly and professional, the explanation clear and necessary, the equipment good and safe In my case, you start with a little fear and little by little you gain confidence, then you wont want to get off, they have bathrooms, easy parking and you can drink free water, if you have gloves take them, if not you can buy some for $10, They sell snacks and souvenirs such as t-shirts, an unforgettable experience.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a local climbing, which I feel compelled to share to help others avoid similar situations. After driving an hour and a half with my kids in tow, eager for a fun climbing session, we were met with frustration right at the outset. Despite having called ahead to inquire about the day s schedule, at no point were we informed that the last call for climbing was at 1 PM. We arrived shortly after, only to find that we had missed the cutoff, leaving my kids disheartened and our day ruined. The lack of clear communication from the staff about their scheduling was not only inconvenient but also a major oversight. It s essential for businesses, especially those catering to families, to provide all pertinent information upfront to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for their patrons. Unfortunately, this was not the case for us, and it turned what should have been an enjoyable family outing into a disappointing drive back home. I hope this review prompts the gym to improve its communication practices so that future visitors do not face the same inconvenience.

Totally fun and challenging, I mean, WOW!!! We went during spring break so there were a few kids there but most of them stayed on levels 1&2. The 3rd level is the most challenging & to be fair we did all levels but by the time we got to the 3rd level we were exhausted. The instructors were AWESOME! and Im not exaggerating cause I needed help in a couple of spots and they have me tips to help complete the course. To put in perspective, my son is 23, wife and I are in our 50s & we try and stay physically fit so this place really challenged us physically and mentally. Love it and well be going back so, before i her to old, .

So much fun! Of course, the obstacles were challenging, but many were doable for my eight year old nephew who came along. They gave a thorough safety lesson and required us to practice clipping and unclipping on the ground. They had water on the course if you got thirsty, and the staff was attentive (looking for anyone getting too tired or in a position where they needed help). Great experience!

The only person that was nice was Sharon everyone else was rude, unpleasant and inattentive. There was a red head girl ginger employee there that you if you asked her a question either flat out ignored you or had a attitude. Then Aquaman was in lala land and could care less about guest. The two in the office selling things and weighing folks would skip over you like you are invisible or act bothered when asked something like can I get my belongings. Definitely didnt have the best experience here if it wasnt for Sharon I wouldve rated this place a 1 just based on the customer service. Do better!

Climbing and walking circuit at heights, located within the Rob Fleming park. Advance reservation is required through their website, so it is not possible to access without a previously purchased ticket. Cabin rental and birthday packages are offered. Before traveling the circuit, it is required to take a safety course which is taught on site. Ideal if we like adventure ecotourism.

Took myself on a solo day-date and gave this a try. I had done ropes courses before but not in a long while - it was a great experience. I got there 30min early, checked in and wandered around the Nature Preserve while I waited. Check in was fast, friendly, and informative. Promptly at my scheduled time an instructor walked us through gearing up then took us through a safety briefing. Once we passed we were free to go. Seems like about 20 people could join at each climb time - I specifically looked for a time when there were LOTS of openings available so that I would have fewer people on the course. There were only about 5 of us in total - thankfully I went when I did because as I was leaving a group of 20 were about to join the fray. The elements were a good blend of skill - easier at the bottom, harder at the top. Should have taken gloves - I stopped before my blister popped. Also started with lots of easy ones down low and by the time I got to the hard ones on the 3rd and 4th level my arms were fatigued. Next time, Ill warm up on some easy elements then go right to the hardest and work my way down. Great time for solo or a group! Will definitely be back!

Good experience overall with mostly helpful and friendly staff. Lose a star due to lack of restrooms anywhere near where a vast majority of people hang out and wait to go on the course. Also I understand not being able to bring anything in your pockets in the course. However if we are double clipped on the large center stand they still do not allow it a quick group photo or selfie. Not cool, I think it s because they want to sell you pictures later. For the amount of people that are on the course at any given time at $45 a pop they can certainly afford have two or three port-o-potties near the launch off point. You have to walk about 5 minutes each way past the stadium to get to the restrooms.

Tons of fun! Great way to be active outside and challenge yourself (and an awesome family activity). The courses are exciting and there are plenty of options to choose from once you are on the course. The instruction was very good and the 3 hour window is plenty of time. We will be back again.

Had a good experience! The staff was friendly and very accommodating for me and my 3 young kids! Our family has just suffered the loss of our dog from falling out of a tree and this was a good way to provide some immersion therapy. The staff did not mind me barking at the kids to help with their therapy while they were on the course always had a smile on their face. Great place overall. My kids cant wait for next weeks session!

A fun experience with a variety of obstacles for different experience levels. It was a busy day when we were there and it looked like each time slot was close to full. Despite that, there was rarely any congestion on the course. Well recommended.

Super fun activity for me and my 12 year old granddaughter. We went Spring Break and I think it would be too hot in July and August because so many trees does not allow air flow. We did not need gloves so don t waste your money buying their gloves in the gift shop. Try to be 1st in the safety training practice because we got behind a very slow family while people from the 2nd practice wire were skipping off to the play area we were stuck for what seemed like an extra 15 min feeling frustrated as this family fumbled with their harness hooks. The bathrooms are a 10 min walk away so go before you arrive.

Had a blast and my preteen hasnt stopped telling everyone about it!! The only drawback was no photography to purchase and no phones allowed on the course... and signage to locate the check-in building. Im hoping more people find out about this awesome adventure so they can hire a photographer! Staff was very informative, welcoming and encouraging! Matt was our instructor/ground coordinator and was detail oriented which was greatly appreciated by both of us. We had a wonderful Spring Break Girls Day! Thank you!

If you re looking for the perfect outdoor activity that is challenging, exciting, and above all fun for all skill levels, this is an excellent choice. There are 3 levels that get more challenging with each level. The staff does an excellent job with instructions and safety is a top priority. It is a great physical workout and something that can be as challenging as you want to make it. My kids ages 14, 12, and 11 had a great time and we will definitely be returning.

What a great experience. I loved seeing my friends facing their fears while hitting the splits on some obstacles lol. The training was excellent and I felt secure majority of the time. There was always staff members watching you, motivating you & enjoying the obstacles themselves. Tree Ventures is truly a great environment, even the other participants would encourage you to keep going when you become scared. Oh, and dont forget to jump off the third-floor :-)

There refund policy sucks. Was stuck in traffic because of an accident and they didn t offer any type of accommodation. Waste of money. No refund or even partial refund. Wouldn t even allow to reschedule. This company must be money hungry. Beware for booking in advance.

Excellent place for an older teenagers birthday party! The tree house space was roomy and comfortable. The safety training was well presented and included practice time. The course was challenging, but each person comfortably worked within their ability levels. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was worth renting the tree house for an extra hour.

We are very dissatisfied with our first experience here, considering that my sister recommended it we had high hopes coming in. When we booked the reservation the weather was supposed to be sunny, later we noticed there was a 70% chance of rain & high wind speeds so we called and a young lady told us that if weather interferes with our time we would not get a refund but a gift card would be issued. Upon arriving we noticed it was drizzling and the weather was 45 degrees Celsius, so we asked the young lady if we could reschedule due to the bad weather, she said no because we re still open . We basically had no choice but to go on the coarse or we would lose our money. When the instructor was going over the harness equipment the group before us had to be evacuated from the coarse and wait 30 minutes. We were miserable! Our hands and feet were so cold & numb that we could barely un clip ourselves safely so we ended up leaving after just being on the coarse for 15-20 minutes. The staff was very friendly & helpful we just wish we could ve been given the opportunity to go another day.

A fun, challenging activity for adults or youths. Many different level of high rope obstacles, ranging from easy to super difficult. There are staffs overseeing the climbers and offering assistance and bail-out. Each player has 3 hours on the course. The first hour is pretty much spent on group instruction (how to use harness and the smart safe belay system). The equipment provided (harness and helmet) are fairly new. The next 2 hours the players can traverse many obstacles. Safety is stressed, with check-points to make sure all harness are secured before letting players into the course area. Note: Participant should have a minimum reach of 70, or will require help transferring from one platform to another. And if you have gentle hands (soft skins :)), do bring gloves.

Overall the experience was good. My kids had fun, as did I. The staff, mostly, was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complain was that one in our party was unable to participate due to an injury that occurred that morning and the manager on that day was unwilling to make any accommodations, refunds, credits, nothing. We even asked about her about just throwing in a free tshirt or something, but we were quickly dismissed as she walked away. That in itself is enough to make us not return as there are hundreds of other places that offer the same experience.

We booked a birthday party for a group of special needs children. We paid $400 for the party package and extra $140 for four more participants. We (hosts) arrived on time, .. but the kids and guests were delayed as usually, when planning activities with kids.. We were not given any notice or warning that if we arrive late we will forfeit our chance to climb at all.. We assumed that if we arrived late, we would get less time to play.. They claimed they sent us repeated reminders about being on time, which is untrue. then they would not accommodate us on the next slot of training /intro saying they were over - booked for it. This was a huge disappointment for the children who dont get many opportunities. Lack of compassion and accommodation was heartbreaking. They could would have made a difference, they chose not to.

Not mentioning the no tolerance policy about double unclipping during the training was a bit ridiculous. Got kicked out with my group 1.5 hrs in because apparently my group was not listening during training despite the fact that we were front and center and attentive throughout it. There was another group who had a member who was kicked out for the same reason: poor training on behalf of the staff for not informing us of the policy. I even made sure to read the exhaustive information that comes with the RSVP. No mention of it whatsoever. The staff then goes unto their walkie talkies to undermine what we were literally told and go on to say that my group had a listening problem. Quite unprofessional to say the least.
