First time at The Nutrition Hangout. Sebastian was very helpful and explained the different options of drinks and smoothies. We went with a Tea and Smoothie, both were delicious. Will be going back soon! Go check them out. They have a variety of options. Ooh the protein brownies (AMAZING)!!

The only downside for this place is Im a wrestler with Booker t School and we dont get there till 4:00 or 5:00 and sometimes I would like a drink if he could stay open a little later thatd be great for us especially when we have show days be open past his time like 3:00 to 4:00 when the guy start coming in people can go get shakes instead of going to smoothie King down the road

I love The Nutrition hangout for many reasons. 1 Sebastian and his wife Brianna are fantastic business owners that truly pour their souls into the business. They live by the challenge of what their business is about. The drinks are made with love and questions to your fitness needs, cardio needs, or just because you need a pick me up from brain fog and lack of energy. No matter what they have a drink, or snack tailored to your needs. It s not a one size fits all in this small business. If you have not found the right HB family I can assure you will not be disappointed with this HB Family. A lot of encouragement comes from this store to exercise, eat healthier, meal prepping, and balance.

Today was my first time at The Nutrition Hangout and I was very impressed! Very friendly, very respectful, just a great vibe & overall experience!! What I was really impressed with was the person I spoke with took his time explaining anything and everything about their drinks, specials, food, combos etc. he didnt make me feel like a burden for asking questions like ALOT of places do nowadays!! I can comment on the food yet because I havent tried it but their Specialty Tea- Miss Texas I believe it was called is soooooooo freaking good! Cant wait to come back!! Oh and ps! They have a lot of different promotion and and little things you can do on the spot for discounts and to help save money now and later!!! Kid-friendliness: They have a kids section on the menu!!

Stopped in for a tea and a protein shake! As soon as I walked in the team was welcoming and helpful. Asked me what I was trying to achieve and they made me the perfect drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they host an exercise class on Saturday mornings at 7:30 for locals of all ages amd levels. So nice to meet such community-minded people. Great team. The team here goes above and beyond. They hosts great community events and have a wide selection of healthy options for you to try on each visit. It is in a very convenient location next to our preschool and physical therapist, etc. They have a resting station where you can charge your phone while you enjoy your treats. I add whip cream to my teas.

I was willing to pay w/e the pricing is, yet after leaving realized it was $13.00 for a single waffle, and honest feedback, that waffle wasnt worth that much to say the least.
