Everytime I come to this store its always a great place to walk into. Clean and well kepted up with, the customers are friendly the workers are amazing, and they always put a smile on my face when my order is complete.. Breanna is always finishing my orders and other orders in a timely manner she is really quick at what she does. Shes always also communicating with others making sure things are running smoothly, she is a great team player . She needs a raise. Between her and Steven they are the best top 2 best workers in my book . Keep it up they are doing great job.

Brianna was absolutely amazing! So friendly from the moment I walked in and attended to me as soon as she could. I drove 10 miles just to come to this location and it was DEFINITELY worth it! She completed my order in a very timely manner. I will definitely come back!

The smoothies are great, but the customer service isnt. When I walked in, the man at the counter was on his phone and didnt even pay me any attention until his coworker got his attention. He didnt say anything, just stared at me until I ordered. Gave me my change, still said nothing. When my smoothie was ready, he literally snapped his fingers and was like Miss, here. As someone who works in customer service, it feels like a very unwelcome enviroment.

Online ordering never works and always out of the smoothie bowl ingredients! And some of the time its ingredients are alittle to thawed out. Seems they would most importantly not run out of the ingredients.

There has been a few times that I have tried to order an acai bowl in the past month, but have still not had the chance to try it! I went an hour before closing a few weeks ago and was told that they do not make bowls past a certain time, which I understand. I just tried to order a bowl again and was told that someone had placed an order for a few bowls and that they were not taking orders for anymore at this time. I also tried to doordash one two weeks ago and they were temporarily off of doordash due to not having supplies. Whoever does the ordering needs to take a better look at how much supplies there are, and it seems like the workers do not like to make certain orders.

Walked in excited to try the acai bowl and. We stood there trying to decide and when we finally agreed i stepped to the counter just to be told they had no fruit. What the heck. She literally saw us looking at the menu for at least 5 min when we could have been told prior or would have been nice for there to be a sign on the door.

ive came in 3 separate times (weeks/days apart) and the same exact lady always tells me they ran out of bowls. atp it feels like she just don t wanna make them :/ most likely not coming back again. also last time i ordered through the app i still had to wait a long time for it to be made, however at least the app didn t tell me they ran out of bowls.
