We catered from this place for a birthday party for our kids, best fried chicken ever! It wasn t oily at all. You could hear the crunching sound with every bite and so juicy on the inside. We even had some leftover chicken the next day and it wasn t soggy at all from being fried. Definitely recommend this place whether it s for your next party or a meal at the mall. Customer service was exceptional as well, you won t be disappointed!

Went here late at night as the mall was closing. Staff was very friendly and made us all fresh food. Wait was 10 minutes for the fresh chicken. Food was flavorful and spicy! Would definitely recommend if at Tanger Outlets! Dietary restrictions: They use halal meat which is so refreshing to see!

Terrible. The guys that worked here were so incredibly slow. To the point where a lot of people were walking away to go to the other food places. Waited 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. The actual chicken itself was good. However, the bread was old and falling apart before even biting into it. No mayo or sauce or anything of any kind. Literally just a plain bun with chicken. Wife and kids didnt even eat it. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Buccees gas station for food instead of going here.

I work at the mall and i almost come everyday to get my meals from here. Not only they have fried chicken but they also have healthy options such as grilled chicken, fish, shrimps, etc. Shajee, Kyle and all the workers are always 10/10 on their service and food !

Your staff has some explaining to do as to why they refused to serve my family drinks AFTER taking my money, March 26th. I dont know what their beef was with her and frankly I dont care. The staff there is the very reason my wife avoids going out, blatant rude behavior where you ignore her for 10 minutes, and shes the only customer there.

I would highly NOT reccomend this place. It is unorganized and IMO they have no idea what they are doing. Im surprised they are still opened. You cant have just one person working behind the counter and doing everything (taking orders and cooking the food) It is unacceptable.

Its been a while since we had a crispy fried chicken so we decided to try them out. This spot is in a Tanger outlets mall food court. Once we get there we were handed a sample of chicken pieces and boy it was good. I ordered three pieces of mix chicken which comes with two pieces of dark meat and one white meat, side of your choice and fountain drink. My wife got 4 pieces of chicken tenders. Also we got Cajun zinger sandwich to go. Chicken was very crispy, juicy and fresh. Fries were not that fresh but they were good. I didnt care about them because my focus was on the chicken. Tenders were very flavorful and delicious. After getting home we tried Cajun zinger sandwich which was very good too. Overall experience was great. Food was delicious and service was fast and hospitable. Forgot to mention their BBQ, honey mustard sauces were awesome!
