Have contacted several times and all we get is wait, and no real attorney is assigned but assistant student Clark!! I got into a bad car accident and hired a lawyer that dropped me a couple weeks later because they said that my case was too complicated and that it wasn t worth the time. No sir... if I could give zero stars I would! I guess you would need to be mangled to get the attorney and his paralegal to actually WORK at your case... Accident May 20,2019 ...retained attorney shortly after that No word from attorney or his paralegal, I had to call for my updates.. Then they kept sending me to these meat market type injury facilities...I explained to Terry NUMEROUS times that this wasnt going to work for me.. I needed a DOCTOR because my shoulder was killing me! No help was given at all... I called off several days at work which eventually cost me my new job... In July I released THEM! Reason? Terry called me and said that I was at fault for accident and there was nothing else they could do...no fight...no nothing(I have a few lawyer family memebers in Atlanta, so I THOUGHT an attorney should fight on your behalf)... Anyways, thank God for USAA ...they fought on my behalf, the case went into arbitration and low and behold(I WON)!!! Just as well anyways, at LEAST I wont have to give up a third of my settlement after I did all the work and suffered and still suffering with the shoulder pain. I shouldve known better!

My wife and I met David Garcia in the Year of 2014. He called us and we went to a restaurant called Boudreaux where we discussed our accident. We was involved in a hit and run case where he helped us out a lot. I had a partially torn rotator cuff and he was able to get me the best OR doctor and Chiropractor. I referred all of my family and friends to David, because I know that he will get the job done. The only thing that Im upset with is that they need to add more stars on here so I could give him the proper rating!!!!
