I have worked with John Williams and his firm for over a decade. I ve worked with many lawyers (both in personal life and in business) and must say that John is a breath of fresh air. He s extremely knowledgeable, especially in family planning, will creation and over-arching estate / financial planning. He gives excellent advice to simplify ones estate documents (vs others who tend to complicate to increase billable hours). My wife and I trust him implicitly, and for this reason, have continued to expand services with him over the last dozen years or so. In his respective field, John is a lifelong trusted advisor who we have referred friends and family to. We highly recommend John Williams and his firm with zero hesitation.

Mr. Williams is a remarkable estate attorney. He was attentive during our conversation and asked the insightful questions that demonstrated a sincere desire to tailor my Trust and Will documents specifically to my needs. When I received the documents (over 80 pages!), they were comprehensive and reflected clearly that he understood my needs and that he must have taken extensive notes. Before meeting with him to sign the documents, I sent a number of questions that he responded to promptly. After our signing/ witnessing/ notarizing session was done, he took some time to share ideas on how to organize and guard the original documents in a manner that would keep them safe, but also make them effective if (or when) I pass. His extensive experience was evident in this discussion. I highly recommend the Law Offices of John F. Williams Jr. for your estate planning needs. We just finished up an estate plan with John. Its the second time weve used his services. Ours was a little different because of a blended family. John listened, took plenty of notes, and came up with a way to solve our issues. He answered all our questions (sometimes we asked them two and three times!) until we were entirely satisfied. The signing was painless and well organized.

Updating our Will and creating a family trust as well as medical directives and POA s is something that I kept putting off, i guess because I think I m bullet proof. When I found John and we had our first conversation I knew I d found someone who knew his stuff and that was comfortable to talk to. Didn t talk above my head put everything in layman s terms and that was truly appreciated. We got everything taken care of for our estate and will be back to work on some of our business documents. We recently moved to Texas and were in need of an attorney to assist us with estate planning. We were referred to John and were able to schedule an appointment with him almost immediately. Mr Williams and his team helped me with establishing the trust, etc. I needed it completed quickly and his team did everything they could. Plus, they made changes to my last minute request on the signing day. Getting your legal house in order is one of the things everyone knows they should do and put off. Who wants to read through pages and pages of legal language, not to mention think through the nitty-gritty details of the end of your life? John demystifies a complex, intimidating process and gently (but firmly) gets you across the finish line. He was exceptional at answering all our questions and there were a lot. Whether you need a straight forward will or the whole kit of trusts, wills and power of attorney, John will be there to assist you every step of the way. No one wants to think about dying. However, if you dont plan ahead those you love wil be left with the burden of trying to figure out your money, possessions, and propery- your estate. Having a will is one of the most important things you can do for yourself and your family. My husband and I just did not know how to get started, what to do. We just keep putting it off. We were very thankful to find John F. Williams. His many years of experience enabled him to kindly explained the entire process to us and guide us through the paperwork. He aswered all our questions and was very patient. He really made this very easy. Everything we needed to do was accomplised in two meetings. He answered all the questions and provided advice where appropriate. In addition to the Will, we established a Durable and Medical Power of Attorney, plus directive to Physicians on what our wishes are.
