I had my wisdom teeth removed at this office. This dental office and their billing department will refuse to contact your insurance for any bills, even when asked. Was quoted for wisdom teeth removal, and told my insurance would cover the rest of my balance. Aspen Dental then sent me multiple bills. When contacted, they refused to send my information to both my medical and dental insurance. Do not use this company for any dental surgery. I have contacted the billing department and the office multiple times. My insurance hasn t been contacted & no resolution has been made about the bill. It is now sold to collections without any attempt to contact my insurance.

The entire staff showed compassionate care towards my sister from the moment we entered the door until we left the clinic. The receptionist, Tiffany, greeted us with a welcoming smile as she held the door opened for me to push the wheelchair through. Dr. Patella and his dental tech were exceptionally patient, professional, and personable in providing dental service. The consultant was diligent in her efforts to secure an affordable payment plan. Amazingly, other members, the hygienist and another unknown member came into the room and welcomed us to the clinic. The list of commendation and compliments is endless. Their customer service is incredible.I m considering transferring my dental care from The Woodlands to join Aspen. Kudos to Aspen for exceptional care!

I am very grateful and satisfied with all the staff at the Aspen Dental clinic in TEXAS CITY. For the work that my husband Jorge L Flores received in his entire mouth. The results and prompt recovery were due to being cared for by a team of brave professionals. In this clinic the treatment is excellent, there is a lot of empathy, from the reception who are very friendly, the DOCTORS, Assistants, Technician, Financial is a warm environment and offer a lot of security to the patient throughout the process. I have been to Aspen Dental 3 times in 2 weeks. They are located extremely convenient for me with very flexible appointments. We are starting my treatment plan. I work nights and didnt sleep well. Assistant Chasity could tell i was a little sluggish but i wasnt about to quit. My blood pressure was low 2 times in a row as I had started a new routine and didnt have time for my usual. Dr. Abdat agreed and brought me some crackers and water. I took 2 bites but ended up clutching the food. The root canal was going to be in the 2nd to last tooth in the upper top. Once i heard i could be relaxed but not completely out of it i apologized and offered to pay the office visit. Both of them were more concerned with my health. I lived 3 miles away and felt better to drive. I went back today and everything was great. Super knowledgeable and nice staff(front and back). I will be making almost daily appointments! Update: i had an extraction from Dr Patel and his assistant. My worries were quickly put to ease. It has been slowly recovering. Today i saw Dr Abdat and assistant Chasity to finish the root canal we started and started a new one. I worked nights, had 730am physical therapy, and my appointment was at 830. Every member of the staff be it a doctor or nurse to the scheduling/front desk employees all show the same high friendly standards. I will be back Monday!

Everyone was really friendly and assertive. There wasnt a long wait and if there was the great staff were sure to make sure I was comfortable. Then when I got to be seen they were again very nice and quick to help me. After X-rays I was seated in one of the main dentists chairs. Come to find out there was a tv monitor with something to pass the short wait to be seen. I do regret not remembering his name but, he was very knowledgeable on what I had going on with my teeth. From there he explained what was needed to get done and gave me a few options to choose from. After that I was seated in another room to be seen by their financial advisor. He was very down to earth. And explained to me a couple options that would be right for me. Long story short they were kind and assertive from Start to Finish. I highly recommend trying them out. I do not recommend this place. They state theyre making dentistry affordable and its the complete opposite. The staff were professional and very nice. My rating is based off the billing. I was quoted a little over 400.00 for deep cleaning and a crown. No problem lets do it. After the crown and top teeth were cleaned they come back and tell me its going to be 800.00 to clean my bottom teeth. No thank you ill go back to the last dentist I saw. Hes much cheaper and is open even Saturday.

My 1st appointment for consultation and X-rays. Very nice, very clean and wonderful staff and I really liked Dr Patel. I have another appointment in January, I wanted to wait until after Christmas, that was no problem. I like the idea that their lab is right there....cool !! Dr Tran did my dental surgery, bottom teeth, on 1/24/24. Im happy to say that I have for the first time in my life beautiful teeth and I can eat whatever I want!! Thank you to my Aspen team!! Vickie

Waste of time for me. I had an appointment and waited around alot. Their treatment plan was really expensive. I was there 2 hours and didnt get my cleaning done. Today I went to hitchcock dental and they are amazing there on every aspect. They are truly looking out for people and are honest. The things i was told that needed to be done didnt. Get a second opinion if you think the prices are high. I knew my teeth were in good shape unlike how Apen dental made it seem.

Dr Tran is the best! Extraction and implant post went smooth. Took a couple ibuprofen later in the day when feeling came back and all good to go this evening. Staff is kind, helpful and on top of things. Been to several dental practices over the years, including high dollar private ones locally. This Aspen clinic surpassed them all!!

I have no idea why the reviews for this place are so good. I have been 3 times now once for a consult there the dentist told me I had gum disease that required specialized cleaning without having actually looked at my teeth or gums. Second time I went was actually good but only because of the hygienist, she was awesome. Third time I went was for another cleaning, I guess I was their last patient on a Friday so I could tell they were rushing (understandable but still uncomfortable) and the next week I receive a bill for fluoride varnish they used during the cleaning. I wasn t told this was an extra charge, no payment was discussed with me, it wasn t even presented as an optional treatment. Next thing I know I m being charged for it? Idk how that happens. At least tell me I have to pay before you do it. I m only giving 3 stars because of the 2 hygienists. They were great. There s one lady in the office that was unpleasant but I can t remember her name, she made nasty faces a few times. Also kinda not great but oh well.

Borderline malpractice. Buyer beware. They are the 7-11 of dental offices. They sell their services based on the level of dental coverage that you have. I went in for a cleaning, but they said that I needed a $3000 deep cleaning, after telling me that my teeth and gums are healthy and cavity free. That price included the $135 oral b electric toothbrush that I didn t ask for. If you have plenty of cash and dental insurance, they are probably the dental office for you.

They told me they d give me a goodie bag post wisdom teeth surgery with after care products like gauze and a syringe, but I only got an info sheet with 5 small pieces of gauze. I came back immediately after work the next day because their hours online said they were open, but they weren t, and I had to beg a lady from outside the door for the syringe they promised because I had stuff stuck in the holes, and she said they didn t have any and they didn t give them out (even though another lady told me they d give me one prior) and to go to a pharmacy. I called 4 pharmacies nearby and it wasn t until I called a completely different Dental company that I got the right syringe. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I only went there because my mom went there and she said the crown she got from them has been bothering her since she got it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your dental work!

I found the back office/insurance lady to be very rude and unwilling to assist me. when they refused to call my prior insurance company (they called twice and called the wrong number), they told me they had wasted enough of their time and I had to call to get my records. This told me loud and clear my business bad enough.

I was in a lot of pain with my teeth, Let me tell you that everyone I talk with before my actual appointment was very professional on the phone earlier that morning , very kind made my appointment for 4pm that day. Got there 30 minutes before my appointment. The lady at the check in desk greeted me as soon as I came in, walked me thru with everything I needed to do. It was so nice to see everyone on working together as a team very professional. The Dentist also was very professional checking and doing my exam . I feel Im in Very good hands for my dental work thats in progress on my mouth. I would like to thank each and everyone for making me comfortable, that made me feel safe and secure. I visited Aspen Dental in Texas City, Texas today for an emergency denture replacement. Although I didnt received one day replacement as their website indicated, my experience was okay. The staff was patient and tried very hard to accommodate my needs. I am disappointed with the necessary wait, but do understand. Special thanks to Macy for your calm, kind demeanor. Front desk and x ray lady were the sweetest, Dentist was also nice the only thing I disliked was that they were telling me I couldn t get a reg cleaning that insurance covers because I need a deep cleaning that I couldn t afford , financial lady was also saying I need that done first before getting a regular filling on my tooth , they should never deny a tooth filling specially when insurance covers those.

The environment from the time you walk in to when you leave is very welcoming and for a dentist office nerves can high, but every staff member makes it more comfortable. They are all very sweet and knowledgeable, they truly care about there patients, they go over everything before any work is done and they do there best to get you an affordable treatment plan. I have to say I horrible anxiety going to the dentist, and today when I left I felt relieved and happy to know that the work I need is going to be done at an affordable price. I left smiling and excited for the next steps . Thank you to the whole staff for being so kind and helpful.

The oral hygenist, Natalie, is great! Alone she gets all the stars. I deduct because I just had a filling done. The doctor who performed the procedure was not the same one doctor I had spoken to on previous visits. I was not given a heads up that a doctor I had never met was doing the procedure. And procedure lasted an hour longer than I was told it would last had I gotten like 4 fillings done but I only had 2 done. This made me late for work. Then I get home and pieces start breaking off until finally my tooth broke off while I was eating soft food. I m not happy about it at all. Outside of Natalie, I felt like ushered cattle. I wouldn t recommend it for procedures but will for a the cleaning.The staff is nice.

My wife and I have been using Aspen Dental here in Texas City since shortly after they opened. Dr. Tan is an excellent Doctor who really cares about his patients. I ve had a couple of emergencies and they have always found a way to accommodate us. We are very satisfied with the service Aspen Dental provides. I encountered a crown problem yesterday and this morning I had it all taken care of by a very competent Dr who has just joined the team.
