This agency is worthless, they discriminate against people for not speaking English, they demand that they speak English and pay very little, just as they demand English, the hourly payment should also be fair, but they pay a pittance with $12 or 13 dollars, no one can survive and it is what they pay

The Regal Staffing Agency of its Carrollton office is a great staffing agency to go to if you are in need of employment. Ms. Leticia Morales found me employment in an area of my expertise. I start this Monday and I just sign up with Regal Staffing Tuesday. Thank you and your staff, Ms. Leticia. You all helped me when I needed it the most.

This is why I dont like staffing agencies. I hate coming up to them in person because every single time I do its a waste of time. I spoke to a lady over the phone that kept telling me I needed to apply in person. But also said when I apply I need to click Carrollton. I told her I did not want to work out there. I stay in Cedar Hill and the job is in Midlothian. Why I need to drive all the way out here for I dont know! I get here 40 mins before they close, I walk in, told them I would like to apply since I was told to come in person. The woman tells me in this EMPTY building, they stop taking interviews at 3? So why didnt nobody say that over the phone? She claims they tell everyone. I told her, no one told me or I wouldnt have drove 40 miles for a blank trip, just to get told to come back on Monday. Like girl, at this point dont even call my phone at all cause I see yall like to play. simple stuff that couldve easily been stated

Garbage company that provided one poor staff person after another. Then after 5 months and moving away from all their lousy staff, they send a bunch of months old bills that were never sent previously...and ultimately after an attempt to negotiate the debt, immediately hires an attorney to sue. Stay away from these people if you are a business owner unless you like wasting money.

Ive been working for this company for some months now, and Im actually really proud for working under them. Their work keeps me employed, even in these hard times of trying to find better and better paying jobs. They try to avoid bad businesses and focus more on good and honest companies. The only bad part of this company isnt even the companys fault, but rather some of the HR/Management offices of their clients, especially when they let someone go. Ive had no less than 2 companies let me go, and not inform Regal, so that they could get not only myself, but my peers back into a job ASAP. I hope to keep working hard for this agency, until the day I find the Company to call my permanent Workplace for the next long while...

Just gonna be honest here, everytime they have a job that has good pay they save them for friends or family. They will tell you your not qualified on entry level positions that the employer WILL TRAIN ON. But they always call for the jobs paying 12and 13 an hour if you dont know anyone in the office kiss the good jobs bye and say hello to the low paying jobs nobody wants i feel this needs too be addressed

The Regal Staffing located at 8701 john carpenter suite 205 Dallas tx was a bad experience for me as a man of color because of there lack of professionalism. I went in to apply for a job and did so accepted the position etc when i called back and spoke with Karen and Gissele they said Mr. Johnson i will send you the address.. fine no problem..2 hrs went by and im just wondering whats going on..so i call back and she say i have a charge pedi theft 4 years ago no problem. Thing is just because i have charge i was not worth calling back job or no job THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL......They need a entirely new staff.......................

Regal Staffing was easy to get to beings though Im still relatively new to the state of Texas and still need help on learning my way around. All the staff members were pleasant and helpful. They were encouraging to me on how they operate on getting me stable work in a close location to my home. The interview process was quick and stress free. I appreciate everyone of the representatives and may God continue to bless them and the work of there hands in Jesus name amen

So a staffing agency can t get me on a staff this place promises and gives you their word and falls short every single time. Not just with me but everybody who I know that has done business with them. Absolutely pathetic service, response time and overall experience I would absolutely love to speak to whoever runs this establishment and sincerely get to the bottom of why I ve had this experience if I could give you no stars I would.

They have the worst knowledge of Employment Authorization documents. They do not follow guidelines set by USCIS. That gives an EAD 180 day automatic extension thereby refusing employment. Very RACIST PLACE. LUPE at Carrollton branch is very ignorant of immigration rules and racist. She won t even look at you in the face..... Run Run Run. They are worth zero stars.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I received a call after I submitted my resume. I show up early and waited 30 minutes for anyone to see me. The receptionist did not explain to me what the process is so the whole time I was confused. Finally Anneke greets me and takes me to her desk. She spoke to me for no longer than 5 minutes. Told me about a position asked me to email her and she told me I would most likely get an interview. I NEVER heard back. I reached out twice the first time she was in a meeting and I was told shell call me back, nothing. The second time the receptionist told me that Anneke doesnt take care of admin positions! she asked me to email my resume to another recruiter...the email she gave me the wrong email! what a waste of time!

I would give them a 0 but it is not a choice. Anneke did not spend any time getting to know me and my back ground. The job I was looking at was listed as being preferred to have the skills but not required. She explained that Indeed did not list it correctly. I got the impression since it was close to being 11:30 on a Friday and several people showed up she was in a hurry to get rid of everyone. Two people in the back had there heads down looking like they were sleeping, so sad. The receptionist up front was supper nice only plus here. I spent less then 5 minutes with Anneke. Dont go here find another temp agency total waste of time and drive.

Disappointed that I wasnt asked what experience I had before scheduling me to drive back the next day for an appointment and then sitting there for over an hour filling out the online application because they have no way to upload your documents. So I had to type everything in. Then the only jobs they have are warehouse and then told Im over qualified for the jobs.
