I have a support dog that I have brought into the store many times -I usually go to the side entrance not a lot of people there to make my purchase and a manager name Donna was very rude to me and advised me my dog could not come in - I only go right inside to the register. I told her she was a support dog and she said she did not care I can not bring her in and to leave. I average spending $420 a week at Buckees on gas and cigarettes. Well my $1680 a month will be taken elsewhere.

Went to this buc-ee s on 08-24-2024 and was told by the staff that was wrapping sandwiches at this location that they do not alter the turkey bacon melt that they could not take the spicy mayo off for me and add extra cheese but I was more so wondering if you don t/can t eat spicy food then you can t have it with no spicy mayo or regular mayo?? And why not??? Don t y all make the sandwiches???

I went to visit Texas city with my family shopping for a few things and the employees made us feel uncomfortable. It looked like they target the Spanish people and they kept asking if everything was ok like we are stealing. We were shocked because, this was the first time this happened to us, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming, when It is usually never like this.everyone is usually super friendly, but today it was out of hand. and when we were about to exit the place one of managers, a black lady with a walkie talkie went to my kid and asked for the receipt when we had just purchased it for him. They were like dogs behind us and I will not recommended this place to my friends or family. We always stop every time on our way to Galveston and spend tons of money on merchandise. I don t think we re gonna stop at this place anymore, I feel like it was Discrimination.

Way too many people. Had to wait quite a while to get to a gas pump. Everyone shopping was extremely rude and pushy. I dont understand the hype of a store that you feel you have to constantly fight with all the other people to do or get anything. The store was nice and clean and the staff seems very friendly and helpful. It just feels way over hyped for what it is. Plus they dont have squeegees at the pumps to clean your windshield. Even run down crummy gas stations have those.

What an experience! Buc-ees is massive!! Lots of options for food including home made beef jerky, beek brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, buccees nuggets, glaced nuts, buccees hot sauces, and many more. Plus the bathrooms are known for being the worlds cleanest bathrooms! If you are nearby and buccees I would recommend stopping by and grabbing some food and snacks.

Went in a bought some things in bucees for my trip to the beach and park up front of store after I got some thing I moved my car to the bigger parking alot away from the busy part of the store after I got out to strech my legs and observe the parking lot rent a cop comes up and tells me to leave so I ask him a question and he didnt like it I asked him I was a paying customer of Mr bucees and he said didnt care Mr bucees doesnt want u on his property move or you will be arrested then local police come in and starts arresting people that dont comply in the parking lot so i leave to other side of bucces parking lot go back inside bucees and buy some more stuff I forgot to get

Bucees is an experience. They have every drink, every snack, and tons of stuff you wont find anywhere else. If you go to bucees prepare to lose at least an hour or two of your day. The restrooms are immaculate and HUGE! They also have at least over 200 gas pumps and an overflow parking lot . They have a brisket station, a bakery, a jerky department. Everyone there is over the top friendly. Its totally worth the drive from ANYWHERE to shop here.

Its massive, its awesome, and they have great BBQ. Were from Michigan and were in town for the worlds robotics competition and took the team to this location. The kids loved their first trip to Buc-ees and left with hats, shirts, mugs, and other beaver memorabilia. We actually drove by several other Buc-ees while we were in the area, and all weve seen are much smaller, typical gas station sized stores. This location would be more akin to a travel center and has a ton to offer. I would say this is a must-see while in the Houston area. Great prices on all products, and if you havent had them, you must try the Beaver Nuggets. Little golden, highly addictive Nuggets thatll leave you wanting more. The center BBQ station is very cool and the food is hot, fresh and absolutely fantastic. On a side note, youll never, ever, find cleaner restrooms.

Crazy, stopped 5:55 AM to get coffee and lemon bar unfortunately I put the coffee in WRONG cup (medium ice t cup). I grabbed first cup on coffee side . Which was by tea walked along found coffee and filled. I go to check out and I m told I m sorry I can t sell you a coffee in that cup. I put it in the wrong cup OK I said it s fine. You can charge me for a large coffee and she said no you re on film, I ll get in trouble. She proceeds to ask the manager or the other cashier on duty and they said sorry it s company policy. We can t sell you coffee in that cup and I had to leave my coffee there because they wouldn t sell me the coffee in that cup. I guess they want me to throw away a coffee and a cup to put it in another cup excellent environmental policies guys!!!

Two Buc-ees less than ten miles of each other, but I got to both of them. The Texas City location is on the service road for I-45 so its bigger and busier and has more Buc-ees inside and outside. 226 pumps? Not sure but there are a lot of them. Inside, all the usual Buc-ees merchandise including stuffed animals, t-shirts, sweaters, bumper stickers and such. A bit more beach stuff here. Brisket, jerky, coffee, candied nuts, soda fountains, icees, coolers with drinks, just so much stuff here that its overwhelming. Take a deep breath (and inhale the scent of candied almonds) and youll be fine.

We love Buc-ee s and most of them have great service. However Julie at this location wasn t. I love the Club Melt sandwich. I tried to order it without the Spicy Mayo because U didn t want the burn. When I asked Julie if it could be left off she said no because it was pre-made. I ve been to other Buccees and if I asked for something to be omitted they are happy to oblige. Julie s attitude stunk. She was unfriendly and avoided eye contact with customers. I heard an employee asked how she was and her answer was meh. Another employee fulfilled my order with no issues. Buccees is a great place to stop for clean restrooms, great food, and friendly staff. I m sorry you were having a bad day Julie, but please remember customers are how you pay your bills.

I ve been to Bucees many times, in many states, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It s such a positive environment and kinda wild no matter the time of day, (there s always visitors whether it s 1pm or 3am) but this place is great. Some will hate, but this place has some of the cheapest gas and the food here is NOT REGULAR GAS STATION FOOD. The food and snacks here are amazing and for the most part not too expensive. Have prices gone up? Sure they have but they have everywhere and honestly this place is not expensive at all even if you just wanted to get souvenirs whether they had a beaver on them or not, you can get a ton of stuff for not all that much honestly, and this place is great. You pull up too get gas and end up with a Brisket sandwich, Beaver nuggets, a coffee, and Bucees merch from head to toe. Even the employees here seem to always be friendly and this one employee was such a W so shout of to Bucee in this video. He literally did the griddy for us Definitely will always stop at Bucees!!!

We stop at bucees every time we come to Huston and Galveston, which is about every 3-4 months. We always get a kolache. Was very disappointed today when we were told that you stop serving them at 11am. We normally come through after that time. Very disappointed!! We had waited to eat till we got to Buc-ee s and was not able to get food. My husband didn t eat at all! Very disappointed! One of the main reasons we stop is to have a kolache! I hope this gets changed!!

I am at a loss for the extreme attraction of this place. Yes the bathrooms ARE clean and their gas prices are a little less than most stations located off a major highway hence the 3 stars. But, the appeal stops there. The food prices are outrageous. Over $9 for a small brisket sandwich, over $7 for a tiny taco, $30+ for the driest jerky I have ever sampled. I guess you have to gouge people on food when you are paying those outrageous salaries. Good for the employee. Well, Barnum said there is a sucker born every minute. As for me, I can buy cheaper food and gas at a Kroger or Murphy and Walmart and I ll use the bathroom at the house.

They banned SeDUCKtive from every single Buc-Ees in the world for no reason saying he cant have a emotional support animal in the building thats not contained when his pet duck was perfectly fine as it was. These two girls in the video need to be trained more professionally and understand that a emotional support animal in the building is allowed, they took this way to far by calling the cops on him which was highly unprofessional. This location needs new management, and should unban Wrinkle! Me and my husband love taking mini road trips to buccees and for the first time EVER I was treated with HORRIBLE customer service all for a dumb refill. ANNALISA, the cashier that CALLED us to her register (she was waiting for us to get there already), started telling my husband how the refills aren t free and explained the policy to us, which I understand it s her job but the ATTITUDE? There was no need for her to get all riled up for a refill just charge us for it, it s simple. This old lady was really just bored and waiting for an opportunity to go off on someone. Worse part is she charged us for a XL refill instead of a L one. I hope she finds a new job because Buccees should not have people like that working for them.

They basically have it all! Snacks, hot foods, drinks, souvenirs, clothing, and interior decorations. It is a huge gas station with inexpensive gas as well. These black birds must love the place too because they are everywhere and screeching in joy.

If youre ever in the south and want a fun unique stop, Buc-ees is a must! Not only is it an iconic and huge gas station, but the stuff inside is fun to look at, lots of unique convenient store necessities, and ALL the food is YUMMY!!! Were love buc-ees stop by every time on the way to galveston tonight we have bad experience with the manager her name is Krissy at 10:40pm Feb 9 we spend money on gas and inside stores another $30 I have small cup for only hot water she ask me to pay $1 more. 1 dollar is nothing, but her has been rude to us if she asks us nicely. im happy to pay, not a problem, so bab experience with that lady.

This is not a rating for the AWESOME Texas City Bucees. This is a rating for the rudest employee I have ever encountered in retail. The Texas City Bucees is top notch. Nichole was very rude. She gave my wife and I a sour face the whole time she was checking us out. She slammed each of our items on the counter as she rang them up. Slamming food on top of food. Slamming bottles of soda into the bag. She never spoke one word to us, she only stared at us with disdain in her eyes. Bucees pays a generous wage. She had the attitude of a low rate gas station employee. Bucees deserves better for her wages.

The one thing we always stop at a Bucees it s for their cleanliness. We spent $40-$80 each stop in snacks n things . Sometimes maybe more. Right now we have guests from Honduras and decided to give them a tour of our beloved Texas and its iconic places. One- Bucees s and their super clean restrooms and extensive snacks. We both wonder around the store separately to enjoy at our own pace, and at the exit we met. What a disappointment that both of us, me and my guest came across a very disgusting restroom stall . ..too sad to see the standards had fallen. Embarrassing.

This is a great Buc-ees! I stop here once a week to get gas on my way to work and sometimes a snack. Gas prices are some of the best in the area! We stop here on our way to Galveston most trips. Great food that is quickly prepared as we wait, the most choices for beverages- everyone can get exactly what they want. Of course the bathrooms are clean! They sell so much that you can find what you are looking for- this is our Buc-ees of choice. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Pump failed to kick off when the tank on my motorcycle was full. Pumped gas all over the top and right side of the motorcycle. Started sizzling when it hit the engine. No windshield washer available to rinse it off. Had to use water bottles from my saddlebag to clean it off. They didnt even offer to replace it. No, I didnt take photos because I was too busy getting my dog off of the motorcycle in case the gas ignited when it hit the hot engine.

For some odd reason I m always treated very poorly here even though I go a few times a week. It doesnt matter if I go day or night. Frankly it s exhausting. I live here but I m treated like a pariah. The legends are true. Everything IS bigger in Texas, including the convenience stores and gas stations-or at least that is the mantra of Buc-ee s. There is a plethora of items inside. BBQ is on point. Unique snacks: yep, they have you covered. Branded apparel, they have that too. Fishing and hunting supplies: Yes! I made a point of stopping at Buc-ees on my way down to Galveston after seeing some recent social media posts. What a place! They literally have everything and anything that you could possibly need, and more! Ive never seen so many gas pumps at one location before. The place is huge inside as well. I picked up a brisket sandwich which was quite delicious considering. It couldve used a bit more sauce though in my opinion. The sea salted caramel Beaver Nuggets were quite tasty and addicting; I honestly wish I had bought a bigger bag or a couple of smaller ones to take home with me. I couldve honestly spent a lot more time checking out all the different products and things within the store, but I was short on time. Maybe on another visit to Texas.

Stopped here because a buddy of mine. Wanted to get some stuff at this particular location. I was needing Mountain Dew at this point I walk in into my surprise. There was not one drop of Mountain Dew on this property. No fountain no bottles no cans no nothing how does a property this big not have Mountain Dew in some shape former fashion The bathrooms were clean and was very thankful for that but you need to have Mountain Dew
