Take out is bad and tremendously bad. My husband and I both have ordered separate times and including tonight. I ordered the wings half naked and half buffalo. I received all naked. No buffalo on the side either. Oh and I only got 11 wings and not 12. Someone cant count. Take out has to get it together cause its making me not want to go back just because of them. Also, I would recommend to remove the tip as an option cause you guys arent serving us the same as sit down. To expect the same percentage as sit-down is crazy!

Ordered takeout. Text stated they would let me know when my order was ready. I received the text 20 minutes after I got back home with lukewarm food. The takeout server was rude to a lady who asked if her order was ready by asking her if she let them know she had arrived; but they were supposed to text. I asked what the procedure was and she popped her little neck and stated that they were short staffed and never answered the question. Just so happened that my order was ready and sitting for 15 minutes. The food was lukewarm and one of my boneless chicken nuggets was bitten into so I threw the rest of my food away. No I didn t go back. But I want go back again

Had Chilis for the first time since I was a kid and it was such a a great experience! It was a fairly busy night but we still got seated fairly fast (family of 6). Didnt talk long to get out drinks which turned out fantastic! I went with the Captains Castaway and it was a good mixture of rum and sweetness. The appetizers were fantastic and came out pretty fast and we got close to finishing before our food got there so that was great timing! I went with the Alexs Spicy Burger (I cant remember the name) and it turned out perfect, meat was cooked great, good amount of spice, and just an overall solid experience. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions, they came around enough to help but not too much to where it was annoying, and we left happy. Ill definitely be back! Parking: A lot of spots everywhere, doesnt get overly crowded even in a busy night. Kid-friendliness: Offers kid menus, high chairs, and friendly staff.

Wife and i sat at bar to watch TV. Food was great as always. Bartender was good at first, would be gone for long periods of time. Never refilled wifes tea and when it came time to pay the bill, she was gone a long time. They told us she left. I didnt tip because I thought she left. After I paid, here she comes. Too late. Food

I love Chili s but was very disappointed today. I was driving through Temple and stopped here. I have eaten here before and everything was good. This time I ordered take out and had it brought to me in one of the To-Go spaces. I have never seen such a small piece of Salmon and all food was cold. I m sure it wasn t just prepared and not going to complain and ask for them to prepare anything else in fear of what they would do to it to retaliate.

My family when here on a whim. We ordered Mozz sticks, Two triple dippers, and one chicken tender basket. In had to send all three of my chicken tenders back due to them being rubber and one of my daughters back for the same reason. They replaced the the one for my daughter and the three of mine, but the remade three of mine were so covered in dry spice rub it was almost a salt block. The Southwest rolls were limp and chewy. The best thing about the experience was our server Allisa and the Manager Adam. I talked to them about the food issues and they apologized and made it right by dropping the bad food off the ticket. I could tell they were understaffed, but they made it right immediately and that counts alot to me in food service.

Ordered - Dip Trio and Half Rack - Two salads (came in a small container less than a cup of salad for +1.50 to entree, worthless) and Dip Trio was not in the bag when delivered - bag was tied but only had chips and salsa. Spend $50 on nothing, it was half-missing and poorly served what was received. Will never make the Chilis Temple mistake again!

When we arrived it was a slow Monday evening around 9:30. We went in and waited for the hostess. Three more people walk in and we waited quite a while. Employees walked by and completely ignored us. Then we get to our table. Our waitress took quite a while to come to our table. We asked for napkins and ranch and never got it. We asked for drink refills twice and never got it. Too much money for the service to be like this. Wont be back.

I dont like this Chilis because they acted so racist. Michael waitress was very short with us, even though I was being polite. My food didnt sit well with me and made me sick to my stomach. The only reason the manager asked if everything was okay was because she saw me writing a review. Before that, she walked by without checking on us, while other guests were attended to promptly. I hope no one else has to go through this experience.

Top notch for sure! As soon as the door was open we got greeted by 2 people and asked how many in our party...the door had not even shut. The young lady sat us down in a booth with cocoa as our waitress. She was phenomenal! I like my sweet and she never let it get half full and had the next one there. We had the bottom less chips and we went through 3 of them! The manager even was walking around checking on everyone and wanted to know if everything was OK and if we needed anything. We let him know that cocoa had us taken care of and was the best! After having absolutely the worst experience 5 minutes before at olive garden, we told the manager his employees are the best all around. All the staff was hoping and getting it done. Thanks, keep it up Chilis!

Mens bathroom not only smelled terrible, but tissue paper was all over the bathroom. So papertowels to dry hands. Floor was wet and smelled like urine. Walls were even dirty. The past two years, the cost has kept rising, and food portions keep getting smaller. I have decided to start downsizing my visits to Chilis. You pay 15.99 for a very small salad, water, corn on the cob, and three very small chicken chrispers. Im done with restaurants that treat loyal customers like this!

Picked up to-go tonight and the person who helped me was awesome! I did hear one of the servers cussing in front of guests, which seemed pretty weird to me. Maybe she knew them, but as a bystander it seemed sloppy. I ve worked and managed in food and currently work directly with customers and I know that I wouldn t want that in my workplace. $40 bucks for two dinner plates & a favored water. Bacardi® Silver Rum, El Jimador® Silver Tequila, blue curacao, coconut and pineapple is what I order but I swear it tasted like straight syrup over ice for $8.99. Boneless wings with fries. My son said his wings were alright. I ordered chicken, bacon, ranch quesadilla. The chicken was hard to find & there was absolutely no bacon and a small container half full with ranch. Two more small containers one with a spoon full of sour cream and another with diced tomatoes & a hint of green peppers mixed. The meal was nothing like I read in the menu and looked nothing like the picture. Most important it had no taste. Flavorless! Like two day old dried up cheese tortilla is what it tasted and looked like for $40 bucks. I know the price in everything has gone up but this was robbery. I could have spent less than $20 on two meals and gotten full at Whataburger. Won t be visiting Chili s again!! Lesson learned!!

5-1-23. Between 7-9 pm, Bar area. Food was pretty typical. Service from bartender was mediocre, bare minimum. Customers want to feel welcomed. Feeling welcomed makes the customer feel good about being there and makes a more enjoyable experience. Do not know bartenders name because he never stated what his name was at all. We ordered an appetizer and drinks. First drink came out full on 100% great presentation, sugared rim and lime. Subsequent drinks had no sugared rim or lime. Consistent service and product ensure customer satisfaction and better tips

Horrible!! I watched my server serve everyone just as nice and friendly as could be and very short and dry with us. Then had the nerve to give me and OPENED disposable fork/spoon pack and tuck it under like I wasnt going to notice. I didnt eat my food,let my boys eat,pack my food to go. Just walked over from the Hotel. Sat at the bar. Order one drink each finished before our meal arrived. Never offered a second, never offered water choked our food down. We went and got salt and ketchup off a table. Terrible service. No they were not even close to busy. We will stay at same hotel in future but find another place to spend our money. We went in and asked for a table. Host asked us if we would like a wide booth instead. Explained that booths tend to be problematic for a party members back. So got seated at a table. Within minutes server came back, saying he needed to move us to the bar, as he had over seated that section. Wait person was OK. Sweet tea just tasted like sweet water. Ordered burger with ketchup instead of mustard. Came plain and was told ketchup was on the table. Just overall a poor experience.

We came in around 10:30pm on Veteran s Day and our server was Payton. She was absolutely amazing and honestly the best server we have ever had at chilis in general. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and just a great person to talk to! We haven t dined at a Chilis I m some time but we will be sure to come back. We are looking at this area to move and she was just so helpful answering all of our questions. I also want to give the bartender a shoutout. Those drinks were good! Thank y all for making our day. A wonderful day at Chilis for a late afternoon lunch. A bowl of chili and a turkey club; see pictures. Both were fantastic. Great atmosphere along with fantastic service makes me want to come back again. Have been to other Chilis and this place stands out superior than the rest. 5 s for Temple. Update: Nov 11,2023. Could this girl with the laugh be any more visibly annoyed and rude??? Rolled her eyes at us coming in 45 minutes to close like... She didnt even have to do anything but take the order... Nostalgic place for us (not this particular location) and the food was fair - fajita meat was grisly and the pasta undercooked or otherwise chewy. I appreciate the folks working in service roles where they probably have to endure a lot of childishness and disrespect from patrons in our day and age and dont want to be too critical of that, but our server made no secret they were unhappy and didnt want to serve us. All in all not a great first impression especially for a rare time away from our kids.

Definitely my Favorite chili s Restaurant to visit. Always have great food the best wait staff and very fun atmosphere even for those who bring their children Parking: Regular parking lot. Frequent chili customer while I travel all over for work. And this was the absolute worst experience Ive had to date. Server got the order wrong multiple times. The tortillas for my fajitas were hot but old and stale. Asked multiple times for no cilantro when ordering and still got the cilantro. The skillet queso was really runny as well. Think Ill steer clear of this place for awhile. Maybe you should too

Ordered through the app for curbside last night (Saturday 9/15) with the Southwestern Eggrolls and Soup/House Salad. I chose the Chicken Enchilada soup as it is my favorite soup. For some reason this location chooses to add the tortilla strips to the Soup instead of leaving it on the side on to-go orders. By the time I got home the strips were just soggy and gross which pretty much ruined the Soup. PLEASE serve the strips on the side for to-go orders. The rest of my meal was good.

HORRIBLE FOOD and SLOWEST WORST service EVER! Manager aka LALA is a extremely Rude and unprofessional person. The Food was absolutely horrible..... I have eaten at chilis for over 30 years and this is NOT how Chilis treats customers. East Texas Chilis have always served fresh hot awesome food and had a fun and Fast highly professional Staff ..... This Chilis should be closed permanently...... The Mac and cheese was mush it was so overcooked and soupy my husband spit it back in the cup after trying to taste it. The ribs were not fresh and were so salty and nasty and old it tasted like they took a dry rub rib and covered up in sauce and they were awful... the chicken tenders were microwave and smelled like they were freezer burned. Did not even resemble a Chilis chicken tender..... The brisket quesadilla was a greasy flour tortilla with totally burnt cheese inside with a dab of premade bbq brisket like the kind you get in a frozen tub in the cheapest freezer section . Everything was Horrendous. To top it all off the manager is rude and makes excuses and is a Liar...... she actually accused me of being rude to the server and Not at any point was I rude or my husband..... Even though the food was absolutely disgusting and the service was the slowest and worst I ever experienced we were not ever rude to the server. I dont know if this unprofessional rude female who said that her name is LaLa is actually even the manager......... She sounded so very ignorant and rude and its hard to believe that she was manager.. but its Saturday at 2:51 and I just spoke with her less than 30 minutes ago. So hopefully her boss and corporate will be getting this message. I will be reporting this location to Corporate and I told her that.. she doesnt care. She wanted to blame me for the terrible experience and horrendous awful food and she didnt want to make anything right......... I wish I would have walked out and went next door to IHOP when we had to ask the waitress 3 times to take our order and noticed that the entire place was almost empty ....... corporate will be notified and we should have not been charged anything..... We both left feeling sick and still hungry and stressed.

Came here with my wofe tonight. Spent $75 and some change and didn t even get to eat the food. Potatoes were raw the meat for her mini burgers were raw. The ribs were as dry as sand. The only good thing was the drink. Would of been better off eating dog food.

Again, the grilled chicken Sante fe Salad did not have all the ingredients to be called a Santa Fe salad. Also, the salad salad plates and portions have gotten smaller. This used to be our fallback of restaurants. Now, its not worth it.
