Very disappointed. We had ordered crazy bread and pepperoni pizza. The crazy bread was very undercooked, greased dough like lumps. When I had called to let them know it was undercooked, the staff was chuckling in the background. Then my husband gets there to pick up the new crazy bread, and another lady came in because she received the wrong order. My husband then watched the staff go into the back and laugh about serving the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen, but the laughing and mockery is so unprofessional, especially in the service business. The crazy bread we did receive was very bland with minimal spices on it leaving it very flavorless. **** I hope they get better management in the future.

Never have any hot and readys available when I go in. Tonight I had to wait almost 20 min for two hot and ready and when I asked for two marinara I was handed two that were not even half way full. Also the air conditioning was not working. It s sad that the temp outside is 105 with real feel of 112 but it s hotter inside the store. The poor workers.

Came here on a Saturday night asked for extra everything on my deep dish pizza and it came out raw didn t notice it till I got home I was mad and sad! Called Monday they told me come on end and they make it right and they did! They made me another one and it was great!! I haven t had any issues after that that s why I gave it five stars! The customer service has been there always! It s nice to know if something is wrong they will make it right!

First off it took over 45 minutes to get two pizzas after ordering online about 15 minutes ahead when we got our pizza we realize that our cheese pizza didn t even have any sauce and no it wasn t ordered as breadsticks was ordered as cheese pizza then we realized that the crust in the dough was still uncooked almost it looked literally raw. Then I got SICK from eating it. For two days now I ve been having bad stomach pains and have been living in my bathroom. Please don t eat at this location. Seems to be a common issue

Friendly, fast service. Asked for fresh pizza, they handed me what I thought was fresh .....needless to say it was cold. It should of been thrown away not sold to a customer Parking: Its easy access to enter the parking lot, but absolutely horrible trying to leave. Ive ordered through the app multiple times and Ive never had a bad pizza. The people are friendly, joke with you while you wait, and if youve been sitting for more than 5 minutes theyll make sure your order is set and ready to go. I always get the 7.99 option for half a pizza half bread sticks. Hasnt let me down once yet. Ive got probably 5-6 pizza boxes stacked up on my counter from this location alone.

Nice place for easy food but can be a wait certain days. I dont eat here. I am a regular door dasher. The staff is okay they dont seem too friendly. No smiles or curtious. They just do enough to get job done. It os mostly a gwt n go location. There are seats inside. Parking: If the lot is full I have found parking at walgreens and walk to store.

Food was good for it being little Caesars. The wait was long for 2 hot and ready peps. The cashier was so busy talking with friends that he didnt even notice me enter the store. The bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom Ive ever visited. There is mold in the toilet. Something yellow all over the walls and the soap is broken. I came in yesterday close to 6 pm. It was very crowded. Customers left and right complaining ( especially the classy door dash couple who insisted on using inappropriate language in front of my kid. You know who you are red dodge journey!) but y all even though I had to wait over 20 minutes for the 5 pizzas I ordered, I was quiet and patient. My food was piping hot and so very fresh. The guy working the counter seemed kind of stressed. I get it. I manage a fast food place. He needed smiles and kind words. Not attitudes. I love this location and if I had to wait an hour for fresh food I would. So thank you to the employees of this locale. I m your biggest fan Parking: Quite a few parking spots. 8-25-21 I ordered the normal pizza that I order all the time. Its the Moistest sausage. When I went in to get it it was supposed to be ready at 6 and it was like 6:05 p.m. It was not in the portal for me to pick it up. So I asked the young boy how much longer he went back in the kitchen and check and it couldnt find it came up and they were looking all around and the woman which I assume maybe was the manager said oh here it is down here. Well down here meant under the warmer. She put it up in the warmer and I put it in my code and I took it out. This is the worst pizza Ive ever had. It was barely warm probably because it was not in the portal and it was so dry. I buy this same pizza a lot and this was by far the worst one Ive ever had. I guess it really depends on whos working because I didnt recognize any of them tonight. I think they brought it up Front, forgot to put it in the warmer, and thats why they couldnt find it. I should have taken it back but I did not want to run all the way back into town. So beware. When I was inside waiting a lady brought in 2 pizzas that must have been made wrong and she set them down on the counter. She apparently had already called because the woman that I assumed was the manager brought her out to new ones.I cant give them any more than one star. I have been getting several pizzas there. The food from here if youre not careful they will burn your pizza, jip you on the cheese or mess up the flavoring of the wings. You have to be very specific on what you want because they will screw it up. Atmosphere is just a walk in and walk out place so you have one chance to look at your food before you walk out so please make sure you check your order before you leave this establishment because they do not believe in replacing orders that left their store without being quality checked by the customer.

9/12/22 7:40 pm. Management should be ashamed of theirselves and their employees. I walked in and 9 other people were waiting. They had no hot and readys. The employees were literally walking out from the back to look at all the people waiting in line and walking back and laughing. One of the female employees was yelling and cussing acting mad that customers were still walking in to order food. That same employee was literally throwing pizzas onto the sliding oven. Only one of the 4 employees I saw actually tried to assist the customers. He said he didn t know how to work the register. I walked out without even ordering after waiting 10 minutes and another customer asked to be refunded after waiting 30 mins on her food. This place is a joke and I will NEVER walk foot into this place again until I know management has addressed and solved the issues. Never in my life have I seen a business so poorly ran.

So I just came from there not even 10mins ago. I went there wanting the thin crust pizza as I am eating by myself. Well this is the 2nd time they dont have any ready. Last time I was told by a manager that they dont start making them till 4pm. This time there were none ready and it would of been a 45min wait. The store closes at 10pm. Ive been calling to place an order since 8:50pm. I tried for 15 minutes and the phone continued with a busy tone. So, I decided to drive up there. The young people working there just kept the phone off the hook, I guess because they didnt want to take any orders. They showed me pizzas in the warming oven. They said they would make me fresh ones. The two pizzas I ordered was classic and thin and crispy sausage with black olives. They only thing was it had one forth the toppings. Very little toppings. Its what most people call a bate and switch. They thought Im an old lady and they could get away with the sub par quality. People will always come online if theyre upset and not happy. Personally, I paid $6 for a pizza and I got a $6 pizza. Pizza was fresh made for me and I was underwhelmed. I wish I would have taken a picture. I got a half cheese half pepperoni hot n ready and there were pretty big sized areas where there wasnt any cheeses even on the cheese side at all. Thats unacceptable. I would I have went back in and said something about it but I only had so long for lunch and had to get back to work but next time I will definitely be going to the one by the HEB off 25th Street instead of this one on 31st. Got a hot and ready pepporion and found two black hairs in it. Also, got the BBQ wings, ice cold. Staff had no hair nets and uniforms were disgusting. I even saw the guy making the pizzas and cutting them up, he was eating a whole another meal with his hands while handling other peoples food, he wore a necklace that full black beads and he had a long beard. Third time I have been there and no hot n ready pizzas available. I was told 5 minutes. I paid and waited. After 15 minutes I started getting irritated watching employees eating, drinking soda and waiting on my pizza. Finally a guy asked what I was waiting on. I told him. He turned to the holding oven and got me a pizza. I asked if that had been ready while I waited. He had no idea. This place is terrible. Drive across town to another pizza place. Avoid this low life place that could care less about customer service!!!!

Worst customer service out there. When I called in my order the girl answered the phone hello, I had to ask her if I called Little Ceasars and she replied yeah . Step up your game guys. Then they made the wrong pizza on top of it all. Just a heads up!

No Stars! 45min wait -order still was incomplete. Pizza sat in the back for 20 minutes getting cold waiting on wings that never got dipped in flavor. They forgot to make the cheese bread so had to wait another 10 mins. Other customers had 45min for Hot & Ready. Manger was an inexperienced kid. About 8 employees all kids only 2 was actually working. Cursing loud to each other, one leaning across counter on their personal phone, one making the pizza was talking on his phone on speaker which was sitting on the counter where the pizza is prepared. Everything and everyone was unprofessional and if we were on Undercover Boss this location would have failed dramatically!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 630p. Pizza said it would be to my house (1 mile away) in 30 mins. At 730p my order was canceled because the store closed, at 730p. Attempted to call, no answer. Business hours say they are open until 10p. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service tonight ordered pizza for my kids not only was the wait for 1 pizza 30 minutes the girl behind the counter looked dirty and was rude kids were running around the kitchen area horseplaying at one point i see one of the employees try to trip another that was running away from him right near the oven

Little Caesars on 27th had an attitude. Worker threw down cigarette and said I cant even smoke a f_____g cigarette and followed me into store. He did not wash hands and said what do you need!!! I said NOTHING from you, Ill go to a different pizza house. No way would I let him make me a pizza in that state of mind. Had to drive across town to another location. They were busy and snippy too!!! Marcos pizza I guess from here on out.

Thank you Christian for fixing everyone else problem tonight and for the other 3 workers ( 2 guys & 1 girl ) that wasn t working do better it s part of the job you sign up for. Management has to do better at this location. A random African American guy was just walking to the back of the kitchen like nothing very unsafe knowing there s food in the back he went pass the counter several times. My pizza was undercooked no hair net very disappointed 09/15/21
