I always get Glorias Super Special for the variety it offers. I couldnt remember what fillings I could get in my pupusa and asked our waiter if I could get pork, and he seemed very annoyed at that question for some reason and replied no with an unnecessary attitude? Ended up getting chicken, and everything else tasted great. It was just that one interaction that threw me off.

we usually love this location, but went this past saturday for brunch and it was not what we expected. i mainly love the sopes, the thick bread and piled high with toppings not this time i got tortillas pressed together with minimal toppings. they were so small. who decided to change something that was already great? secondly my wife s dish was underwhelming also if this is what to expect for gloria s brunch, we will have to not go anymore.Granted the just opened for the day but that s when you expect the best, freshest food. not this time.

This location is one of the most consistent in the metroplex. The waiters/waitresses are always kind and attentive, the cooks serve your food with pride and the fresh ingredients used to create your entree makes for a great foodie moment. This to me is comfort food and they don t disappoint. I could be biased though because I m always spoiled by the black bean dip and salsa we devour upon arrival.

First time trying this location for lunch. Food was decent. Chicken fajita came out sizzling but the beans were stuck to the bottom of the pan. Chicken was ok, alil rubbery. The salsa and bean dip are great. Service was ok. Had to request water, dessert menu. But it was a busy lunch time. Its a very loud restaurant, so a little difficult for business meetings inside the restaurant. Returned. Tried the chicken fajita chimichanga. Its my go to lunch entree from Glorias and it never fails. Its wonderful. Its quite filling. Outdoor seating has a nice view, however beware of the roaches Vegetarian options: Cant remember if the beans have lard but they have many vegetarian options for entrees. Salads, bean burritos, veggie fajita, etc.

This place was fantastic! We had Tania as our waitress! She was sooo nice to us and clearly cared about our experience there! She treated us so well, took care of everything and just went the extra mile! The food was sooo good too! We had chips and queso- probably the best queso we ve ever eaten. Followed that up with an amazing burrito- queso, guac et al. was part of the play! They also topped it off with the best churros I ve ever had. They had added caramel and chocolate with the addition of some delectable ice cream! Amazing place!

Our first visit probably would ve been a better idea to go at a more slower time. The food was absolutely amazing. It was busy and that is understandable. But the service was not good. We requested a high chair twice and never received one. I had to wait 15 minutes to receive a refill on my drink three times. By the third time, I was done and ready to go. Then the check took forever to come. The waiter was doing the best he could and it is understandable, which I strongly feel that the 2 managers that were just standing and talking to each other could ve help (just my opinion) however it just didn t make for the best first experience for me.

I never have an issue when I go to Gloria s, but my experience here was unpleasant. My server was new and he was friendly, but we were told that we couldn t order a frozen Margarita. The manager that day is the tall guy, with the pony tail and glasses he said the same thing. I m not sure if the machine wasn t working that day, but I ve never been denied a frozen Margarita at any Gloria s location. We were sitting outside and was RUSHED! I ll never go back to that location.

I always enjoy a meal with drinks at the bar. I found out Rodrigo is no longer there bc he got promoted. Its clear he made a positive impact, and his skills will surely benefit him in his new role. After a terrible experience at Gloria s in Addison, my husband and I came to Gloria s in Frisco for cinco de mayo. We were greeted politely and seated quickly. The food was fresh and delicious. Our waiter John R. was so sweet and inventive! He refilled drinks, salsa and other things very quickly and with a genuine smile and sense of care. He was a breath of fresh air in service and the manager walked through and took time to check on us and all tables and talk to us. She took pride in the restaurant and so proud of her staff. It shows how important this staff is to her and we will be back. Thanks again John!

We sat on the patio in our waitress checked on us every few minutes and kept wanting to take our stuff when we are not finished with it. I dont know if she was just over anxious and really knew but it was irritating

We had a birthday dinner for my 2 year old granddaughter sitting on the patio. The staff went out of the way to make it terrific for everyone. Their food was good and everyone was impressed. Kid-friendliness: The staff went out of their way to make it very kid friendly

We were in Frisco for a conference and we ate here three days in a row. I highly recommend the ceviche and the shrimp cocktail. We didnt even get entrees because the appetizers were so fantastic! Ernesto the bartender was very helpful and kind, as were all of the staff there. If I return to Frisco I will definitely be dining at Glorias.
