I like their scrambled eggs, I like them crispy on corn tortilla, the 2/5 mini burrito (full up taco) are awesome! Hope they are open again , the breakfast plates are good too, the coffee they served it on a clay cup has a great taste. Food

Food here is great! Tried for the first time (ordered through DD) and everything was delicious. Although I didnt get to try the Chips and Salsa because when I recieved my order it wasnt there. Called the restaurant and the lady I spoke with assured me she handed it to the dasher, Melissa. After attempting to communicate with no response I can only assume she, the dasher, stole it. But not the restaurants fault. This is probably the most authentic Mexican food Ive had in temple so far. Everything seems made from scratch. Will definitely order again! Give them a try!

The food was so bad. We ate here because of the promising reviews. I have no idea why people are leaving 5 star reviews. We were squeezing water out of the soft tacos for several seconds. The mini tacos were terrible. In Temple, the worst meal I have eaten.

I went there once before and I was very disappointed in the size of my burrito. I decided to give them another try and am very pleased I did. My tacos i ate today were so yummy, and they were so quick. Furthermore, the staff working were really nice. The ranchero was also good, just a little salty for my taste. I will be returning!

I live in Austin but travel to Dallas at least once a month. I make a point to stop here every trip up or down. The service is wonderful and the food is solid. Its a small family run business and you can tell they take a lot of pride in there restaurant.

Came here about a year ago to order some breakfast tacos. Went through the drive through and sat around for 5 minutes at the window and no one came to take my order. They were open but I guess they dont have an alert system for the drive through and obviously no one was there manning it. Finally decided to try coming here again yesterday morning. Swung through the drive through around 8:15am on the way home. Same deal. Waited 5+ minutes and no one ever came to take our order. If you want a sit down meal then maybe they are fine, but their drive through seems to be pointless.

New spot in temple serving AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Don t come here expecting the normal Tex mex style of food. We ve been brainwashed to think peas and carrots belong in Mexican rice. Daily specials, Mondays are .99$ tostadas. Bar drinks offered. Everything from the salas, chips to dip, tortillas, and seasoning is all homemade & authentic. Prices are reasonable and little lower compared to a taqueria around here. Kid liked his food so much he wanted to order more which never happens. Only suggestion would be to offer bigger portions. Portions and prices do match but they could charge a little more and portion and little more as well. Check em out!

Heard alot about the place recently, so.we decided to check it out. Pretty crazy to find out its been here for 3 years. 1st to pull into the location is confusing and hard to get into safely, 2, not really a big sign of the restaurant, so you can miss it easy, 3, queso wasnt my favorite. Chips were great, Salsa was pretty good, I had the favorite off the menu, I wasnt that taken away from it, it was good, but not my favorite. Now the rice, wow, that was super good. My wife really liked the tortillas. The waitress was super friendly and answered alot of my questions about the menu, Ill be back to try other things. I would recommend if you want to try something different and good.

This is my go to place for tacos! The mini tacos are always amazing! I also love the green salsa and lemonade. I read a good review about the restaurant, loved the pics, and when I got to the drive thru before closing time. I was then told they were closed and that they were out of all their food. I was planning to meet friends at this restaurant today and I got there ahead of them. There were only three cars in the lot, but I pulled in and parked under the only shade tree toward the rear of the lot to wait for my friends to arrive. My friends called to let me know they were running late, so I told them not to worry. I sat there in the lot listening to the car radio (quietly with the windows rolled up) and waited for almost an hour. I was shocked and startled when someone came from behind my car and knocked on my driver side window. I rolled down the window and a very rude woman identified herself as the owner of the restaurant. She asked why I was there and told me she was about to have my car towed! I explained that I was waiting for friends to meet me there for dinner. She acted like I was a nuisance just sitting there in my nice Mercedes sedan, but there were plenty of empty parking places all around me. It was not like I was keeping other customers from parking in the lot, so I asked her if she didnt want us to eat there! She rudely said to me You can eat here or not! She obviously didnt care! I told her that we would gladly go elsewhere for dinner! I couldnt believe that a business owner would go to such lengths to treat potential new customers so badly! It certainly explained why the parking lot was so empty! The building and windows looked dirty and nasty as well, so it was probably a blessing that we didnt eat there! I will tell everyone I know just how rude this owner is and how she could care less about her customers!

This place was great. The staff was very friendly. Food was authentic and tortillas were fresh; not store bought. I had Migas Ranchera plate which was delish! It had scramble eggs with Pappas n Ranchero sauce, bacon n beans on the side. My husband had porkchop plate. His had porkchop, 2 eggs, Pappas n beans. The prices very reasonable. The parking lot needs to be cleaned because it makes it look like the business is closed down. However, it is open and the inside is roomy and very clean. Def recommend!! Family run place at what used to be (I think) a Jack in the Box or Wendys. Driving up to it, it did not seem like a good place. It was empty, no other guests, parking lot could use some patching but the pictures and reviews said it was good so after thinking about it in the car, SO and I decided to try it. Im glad we did! We had just finished running a local 5k and were cold, hungry, and pretty miserable (it was 32 degrees and raining) and the plates that came out were just what we needed. Definitely made from scratch. I had the chilaquiles verdes, brava, eggs, and potatoes. SO had the birria plate with beans and rice. Chilaquiles were crispy and sauce was delicious. Beans were nicely refried and the potatoes were perfectly fried. The only complaint we could have was that the side salsa was not hot enough. Service was prompt, tables were clean. Btw.... They also sell beer!! Thank you!!

Alright. Salsas were fantastic but the tacos were mediocre when I consider both. Along with the street style/mini tacos I had 2 tacos al pastor. The 2 al pastor were not very good, the mini tacos were good but I didn t care for the cumin in the seasoning (just a matter of preference I suppose) but altogether good meal minus the al pastor tacos. Staff though, AWESOME! I asked for spicy salsas on Uber eats and they delivered with a few to spare.

Horrible food! Overly greasy and bland. Oil was dripping off tacos and down my hand. The beans were runny, the rice had soggy onions in it and nothing was edible. Not worth the price for amount of food. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Do not let the outside of this place fool you, very nice and friendly staff. Most, if not all of them are bilingual. You can order online with GH, or have delivery. The food is authentic Mexican cuisine, do this is the real deal, excellent taste and flavor. Now, when it come to price, its s lot less expensive than most Mexican restaurant. I usually spend $40.00 on any burger joint, I spent $46.00 in Tapas, complete meal. So yes, I highly recommend this place. We will go back alright.

Found this on Google while looking for places to eat and it did not disappoint. Authentic cuisine and very reasonably priced. The chips were fresh and the red and green salsas were delicious! I had the Birria taco plate which had 2 tacos and plenty of portions of rice and beans along with a consomé. Highly recommend and will be back again.

Today was my first time trying this restaurant. Someone shared it to the Temple TX City Watch on Facebook about $1 tostadas on Mondays. So, I dropped in. I decided to ask if they happen to sell birria tacos because all my friends have bragged about them on Facebook and Ive never personally tried one. They happen to have some extra today (usually only offered on Fridays and Saturdays). I ordered just one plus five $1 tostadas because Im not cooking today. Mannnnnn that birria taco is absolutely delicious! I shouldve gotten two. I will definitely be a regular customer! The young lady who helped me at the window was super nice. 5 stars easily!
