After seeing the reviews, my husband and I had to try this place out! 5 stars all the way! The birria tacos are amazing and the staff were friendly! I saw one review that said there wasnt enough meat and I disagree 100%! The birria tacos were good size, the meat was tender, and was so flavorful! We will definitely be back! The young man that helped us with our order does his own snow cones as well! I have never had the snow cones before but it was delicious! 10/10!

Trucker here: after reading all the great reviews I decided on this food for the evening. Little cute kid greeted me and proceeded to take my order...his mother saw me ...didnt speak.. ugh ok Ordered a burrito with el pastor and chicharoon.. It was luke warm, extra skimpy on the meat (I got two meats) Chunks of very thick shredded cheese. And A LOT OF LETTUCE and BEANS. I was so disappointed i only ate half.. it was not good.. I was biting into lettece? BEANS and cheese. I am extremely disappointed considering the reviews. The only reason they get a 2 is bc the boy was very sweet

Where can I even start! This place is amazing! If you want the real thing, look no further. You will not regret it, I can hardly ever find good quesabirria and gorditas, the lady definitely has it down. There is an extraordinary amount of flavor in every single bite. The consomé is so delicious, it s not just any broth, it s liquid gold! And the salsa is also great, my favorite is the red - it s spicy but so much sazón. The Gordita (carnitas) was so amazing I had to get a second. And last but not least- the charro beans are something out of this world!! I will definitely be coming back for another round of gorditas and quesabirria tacos, 100% recommend coming here, your money will be very well spent!

Im going to be perfectly honest. The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Me & my date went here for the first time & the slim woman who took our order was rude. We will never come back! First, when I ask whats good, dont say everything, SPECIFY. She was impatient, didnt tell us what is the most popular dishes were, or even suggestions. We felt rushed to order, it shouldnt be like that. The consume that came with the Birria tacos was terrible & bland. The steak tacos were ok. Ill stick to Neldas tacos in Temple, which has amazing customer service & the food is honestly soooooo much better. One & done with this place.

My family and I tried Estellas Food for the first time last night. After munching on the 20 taco plate, we all agreed, they were some of the best tacos around. Homemade flavor, fresh ingredients... I could eat here every day if I could. The ladies cut ZERO corners on the preparation. Other places Ive eaten at the chicken is dry, the beef/ pork is greasy, and they use too much salt. As for the service, the young host that took our order was professional and very knowledgeable. There was a miscommunication on one orders. The host confirmed my order. But his writing must have read chicken or something. Everything was taken care of, no problem, and they made me what I ordered. My only recommendation would be some cement wall ((funded by the City, of course)) due to the proximity of the road to the dining area. Id highly recommend giving the place a try and supporting this business.

Im a very picky person!!!& that i cant make up my mind!(picky i am giving 5 stars!) she was so nice to explain things (their English is not the best time when you call on the phone sometimes young kid answers the phone) but in person she gave me a sample (so nice and kind) and it was so good quality of meat! blew me away!!!!!! u can tell her and the other lady (maybe her mom)? puts a lot attention of detail into there food! I orderd the birria Taco plate and was impressed the quality of the meat is really good not cheap gristly fatty meat at some places that use birria meat. of course shes stuffed it with cheese as well. and I saw her when she was grilling the taco she put a sauce on it so the tacos are more authentic and birra tacos! (unfortunately a lot of places skip that step and just put meat in a dry corn shell) no...she grills it with sauce to add flavor and texture to the taco onside as well!! the meat was not spicy at all (kinda of a bummer) BUT she does give you an interesting spicy salsa/sauce in a little bag twisted up(i thought was really a near idea!) and these amazing pickled like onions. although the meat didnt have a tremendous amount of spice and flavor...it was quality! not cheap faty gresy meat i have sadly had at other places. or pathetic little strands..no there was lovely beef shreds again quality! I definitely want to go back and try the steak and other tacos. the food truck its not in the best location. but who cares as long as the food it self is good! there bierra pizza is a little expensive but I want to try it one day! maybe it would be good to share wirh 4 people or something? i want to try all there food!! she won me over & i can honestly say is the 2nd best bierra tacos i have ever had!(1st best is not around anymore) so now is my #1 go to when i want bierra tacos! my only complaint is i wish they had a little more spice/flavor & maybe what ever she grills shells with (red sauce?) add more? But im still going back only to her for whenever i want bierra tacos from now on (will drive there & i dont even live in temple!)cant wait to try ALL her other Foods !!!!

Her food comes off fresh and hot, so be careful on that first bite! Berria taco plate comes with 3 juicy birria cheese tacos, soup and fixings. These are the best tacos here!
