Omg you must try! I got black garlic beef ramen with wide noodles. Perfect spice and perfect chew on these homemade noodles!! The spring rolls where a perfect crisp and mix of cabbage and grilled onions so so delicious. Huge portions I ate it for three meals.

I decided on this place because of the rating and it just proved now you can t even trust the ratings. The food is not that great I wanna know what people are eating to give them anything over a 2. I got the fried noodles with extra vegetables it should be fried noodles with onions there were SO MANY ONIONS AND BELL PEPPERS!!!! Extra vegetables just meant more onions I didn t see or taste anything else they should call it fried noodles and onions. The smell when you walk in I should have known the food wouldn t be good SUPER DISAPPOINTED

I ordered the General Tao Chicken from here through door dash, and I had to leave my review here ... Its expensive, $13 for it and you can choose either the rice or noodles. I got the noodles and boy this was really worth the money! The General Tao Chicken was amazingly good, sweet and spicy. It was actually the best Ive had ever and the noodles covered in that sauce ... Very very good. The portions were generous which I appreciate as well. I will certainly be ordering again

What a great little unsuspecting gem of a place in Baytown of all places! Super clean and roomy inside. Delicious and fresh food. The food is so fresh, made right when you order it, and brought out quickly. The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, and helpful with the menu. We ordered the Orange chicken with steamed rice - it was a generous plate of delicious and tender fried chicken pieces in a sweet and orange flavored sauce. This is easily shareable, we brought home leftovers. The pork and green onion bao - OMG! These were great! I ve had bao in Asian town over in Bellaire and even while traveling including at Disney World and these here are the best Bao I ve ever tried. I did not like the dipping sauce they brought out though, tasted like tobacco, but the bao are good alone or with the soy sauce though. The filling was tender and flavorful and the bao dough was smooth and not dry at all. The vegetable fried spring rolls - these are delicious and fresh, came out piping hot, the veggies weren t soggy and the wrapper was so flaky and crispy, and the dipping sauce is so good. You get 6 which is great for sharing. Prices are reasonable, food fresh, and service great! I definitely recommend! I can t wait to return to try more items. We returned and tried the Fried noodles, combination no shrimp. We were warned they aren t exactly lo mein but the closest they make but they re right. If you want lo mein, that isn t it. They had some sauce but some noodles weren t covered and stuck together, the flavor isn t right, the beef so tough and chewy, the chicken was tender and good flavored though. It s plenty to share. Cheese Bao - like a cheese stuffed fried biscuit. They were good, you get 4. We ordered soup dumplings but when brought to our table the server leaned way over into the steamer basket because she saw something in them and said something is in these let me get you new ones. Then rushed them back to the counter to discuss with the other server then with the kitchen as they re all looking in the steamer basket discussing what it was. That scared me and even though they offered to make new one I canceled those and we left because I was scared of what it was. Not sure how I feel about here now.

AMAZING FOOD! Im so Happy I found you guys. My friends at Specs Baytown told me that it was the Best in town and they did not lie. Guys my service was amazing. The ladies at the front explained everything to me. I was so IMPRESSED! WOW the Food is sooooooo good. Fresh food....When I got it home which was 40 minutes away it was still Hot and looked so darn good. Its worth the drive Trust me. This is my Place I got the General Tao Chicken over steamed rice and Combination Spicy Meats with Noodles and added red peppers. Guys it was so amazing and guess what I bought this for 2 people and we ate on it for 2 days and the quality was so Great. Thanks so much for your awesome customer service and attention to details.

Been to this location before and the food was excellent. Went last night to pickup a to go order and when I got home I was so disappointed. The Xiao Long Bao were gummy, the pan fried samsun dumplings with shrimp were full of grease and the fried noodles with shrimp were inedible, the sauce/oil they cooked them in was burnt. I ordered at 5:00 so no rush at all - very disappointed

My daughter brought me here as a thank you, I had to drive 45 minutes after work. Absolutel, the best homemade noodles, the soup dumpling, were amazing theyre hot and filled with soup. WE WILL BE BACK!! We tried it for the first time and fell in love. The atmosphere was very inviting and very clean, my husband pointed out that as soon as someone got up they were there cleaning the tables. The staff were friendly and had huge smiles on their faces. We placed our order and the food was on our table within 8 minutes. We were amazed at how fast it came. From the first bite we were hooked! I had the Kung Pao Chicken (pictured) my husband had Generals Tao Chicken we both tried the hand pulled noodles. When the food came to the table we instantly said we would have to get to-go boxes, the portion size is huge. We liked watching the tv of how the noodles were made. My husband will say he likes a place and move on with the topic, after eating here he talked about the food for hours so I know he truly loved it. Dont sleep on this place go every chance you get, I promise you wont be disappointed

Sooooo good. HUGE portions. The manager/owner was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Primarily we had gone there for the hand pulled noodles and General Tsaos chicken (nice and spicy as it should be) and the fried dumplings. Everything was super delicious, our order came out quickly and was steaming hot. You WILL need the scissors they provide for the hand pulled noodles unless youre ok with slurping 3 feet of noodles into your mouth publicly. There is no major signage from the main street, but Google Maps will get you there easily. Will definitely be back again soon. Parking: Park right in front of the doors, plenty of spaces during lunch hour and dinner times.

OK, this is a GEM hidden the ruff of baytown, I was skeptical at 1st, Noodle Master psh! Pulled I could see there was a few car, and looking threw the window bizness seemed to be flowing. We got in and the tables were pretty empty, we order a lot of food and wanted to sit at a larger table, no it is reserved for large parties. Ok, fair enough. Then we start ordering and couple of things they didn t have the cucumber salad. Ok, maybe they ran out earlier. Hey, things happen and restaurants run out of food. While we are ordering, the waitress was a little helpful, but can t order kids size for my 72 year old mom and there is no senior options, so she had to pay for a plate that there was no chance she was going to eat it all. We were told it is policy that adults can t order kids plates. Now let s get to the food, not good. Not bad, you can eat it, but definitely the flavor was mild and they even forgot to put meat in my sister in laws soup. We tried to joke about it but the waitress didn t seem interested and maybe just a touch of rude (but not significantly) The dumplings were bland and warm, not hot, even the Xiao Long Bao which is supposed to burn your mouth, maybe it s a health issue in the US? The waitress asked about the food and my wife said the curry was salty, and she said that how curry is made. Overall, was not impressed and really surprised this place has such a high rating and was excited to get some authentic Chinese food. We were disappointed with the service and the food. Do not recommend. Oh, no one sat at the tables we wanted to sit in.

My son and I just left this place and I knew I had to come home and leave a good review. Not only was the food AMAZING but every single person working there came up to our table at one point to either ask us if we needed anything or to just make sure we were liking everything we ordered. Everyone was so friendly and the whole atmosphere in general was so pleasant. My four year old immediately said after trying his food that we will definitely be back here and he is completely right. First off i am an OTR transport driver. I was a bit disappointed when all the other parties that were dining in around me were offered a complimentary cucumber salad. When I asked the server why I was excluded she said it was only offered to two or more in a party. I suggested maybe offering individual dinners half a portion. Just seams pretty petty. This was the second time we have eaten here. Fantastic food. Had the chicken curry with noodles. That curry dropped on those noodles so well. Great amount. The two times we have been there the waitresses have been beyond great. We re enthused about their job and we re knowledgeable about the menu. I tasted my wife s orange chicken and was wowed by the explosion of flavor. We will be back. Had the pork bbq bake last time, next time it is going down with those dumplings!!! Check it out, so good. Noodle master has some unique food that you cant find at other places in baytown. Their Xiao long bao is a must try and probably their best thing on the menu. I also really loved their BBQ pork bao. Extremely good food, huge servings, and great service! The waitress Madison Remembered my daughter and granddaughter from a couple weeks earlier. She even remembered what dishes they really liked! I was very impressed with her caring personal touch to service. In a small restaurant, they will need a bigger space with service this great, We had an awesome meal and cant wait to go back!

I ve only been twice but it was amazing both times. Maddie is super nice and was able to answer our questions about the menu. The soup balls are awesome! The portions are huge and you could split it with at least two people.

I m sorry to say that I had a bad experience with the food. The pork barbeque bao I ordered was mostly bread with just a little bit of pork and sauce in it. Additionally, my wife s order was incorrect and we had to make a trip back to pick it up. It s frustrating when you don t get what you were expecting and it seems like the restaurant is trying to save money.

We ordered the garlic takatsu ramen, cream cheese wontons, and BBQ pork bao. We had no meat in our ramen. Only veggies. We found it to be very greasy as well. We had to drive all the way back for the pork we paid for that was supposed to be in the ramen soup. Also. The cream cheese wontons were stale and barely had any cream cheese in them, majority breading. The stuffed BBQ Bao had the tiniest amount of meat in them with sauce and was like 95% bread. Its been a long time since Ive gone to a restaurant thats this stingy with meat and product but want to charge premium prices. We will not be returning. We were ripped off.. SMH. We will cook our own Asian inspired dishes at home.. No thanks. Also the noodles tasted just like store bought noodles. I dont really believe they make them fresh in house.

This place is delicious. The fried noodles with chicken are amazing. The portions are big. I do mean big. Will definitely be returning here to try the fried rice and the house beef noodle soup. Recommend trying the Takoyaki. Amazing.

I kind of expected better based on the reviews on here. It wasnt very good. I got the mongolian beef and the meat was slimy and flavorless. Husband got the general Tao chicken and it was dry and chewy. Cucumbers were soggy and warm. The noodles are okay but who goes to a resturant for plain noodles? Definitely disappointed because we didnt go to our favorite place so we could try this place instead. Also pricing was not good for the quality. I would have paid less enjoyed more at a fast food Asian place like panda express.

I was very hungry at 8pm, so I decided to buy a burger. Suddenly I discovered that a noodle shop is open until 9 oclock and has a rating of 4.9. There were actually 11 tables of customers sitting in the restaurant so late at night. We ordered two bowls of Lanzhou Ramen and two bowls of Japanese Ramen. As someone who grew up eating noodles in the north, I think the ramen here is so delicious. And he s actually jealous! ! !

In a single word. Delicious! The black garlic spicy tonkotsu ramen is incredibly flavorful. And the fact that you can get hand pulled noodles is a huge plus. We also ordered the Xiao Long Bao & Pan Fried Bao. Id say the Xiao Long Bao rivaled the flavor of the ones we had in Chinatown in NY. Our server Madison was sweet. Will certainly be back.

I wish I could show photos, but its just devastation over here. Wrecked plates of delicious food, the twisted remains of two types of curry, two types of dumplings, a smattering of appetizers, and whats left of my self respect. My food baby is 238 weeks old and about to pop, I stuffed myself. The fried dumplings were amazing, the noodles were world class, and my willpower to stop eating it was impaired on a high level. To top it off, the service provided was top notch, friendly and helpful with direction on the menu. Everything was great, no doubt, but we were directed to the creme de la creme, and it was affordable and worth every dime! 11 out of 10, would recommend, will return once my diabetes and gout calm down. Thank you for the great family dining experience! Vegetarian options: They have em, even though I dont partake in the non-meat fare. Dietary restrictions: I need some before I come back here. First time here and I was extremely impressed. The service was beyond top notch, and the waitresses were very attentive. The food was also very fresh. You can definitely tell everything was hand made, and the flavors were next level. I felt the portions they give were PERFECT. You will leave full and happy with the overall experience. If you ve never had good quality noddles then look no further. Noodle master is just that. A master of hand crafted made in house noodles. We ve experienced several different dishes and they ve all be packed with flavor. The service is exceptional. Friendly and inviting. If you re looking for a recommendation then this is it.
