This location is one that is always understocked and disorganized. Not my favorite location out of all the other Lowes Ive been to If I may add to this review I did a while back , Id say that for a brief while the store seemed clean and organized, carts in their place, people available to help load, etc. Sadly, it was shortlived. My second to last trip, my husband and I were loading lumber and right in front of us there were four younger kids helping a guy with a truck load stuff. 4 people for 1 customer who had his hands on his pockets and was on the phone, while us were left loading on our own. Then on our last trip, we needed someone with a forklift to help us load gravel. They took forever. For the brief time that things used to work well, things were always flowing quickly and efficiently. I dont know who is in charge of the crew by the lumber exit but it is disappointing seeing everything so unkept now. Dont question why people head to home Depot when sales start getting low. Not only low prices keep customers coming back.

The day Im writing this review is 8/14/24 So been remodeling on family house for about a month going back and forth to lowes to get supplies with necessary cards that were provided....today my mom and cousin went to get about 3k of supplies so we used her husbands card this time(no problem, shes already done it more than once this month, he is fine with her using it) However this KAREN named Kancy, see how proud she is in the picture, was very rude and racist (cousin is Hispanic & mom is Hispanic/Native American)and refused to let them get the supplies even after the owner of the card called and gave verbal confirmation that his wife could use his card to buy necessary supplies even sent a picture of his ID she wouldnt even get her manager for the transaction so now my moms husband is having to drive the 45mins to go in person to purchase necessary materials....been doing this all month and now all of a sudden its an issue. This racist women is costing us involved time and money to get the home renovation done in the time frame were shooting for. If the manager is reading this, write this employee up for racial discrimination, make her take a class on this to avoid it in the future, or fire her. My mother lef tthe house for materials around 3:40-4 pm and IS STILL there as of 7:39 pm.

Was given stank eye the whole time I was there by KANCY I wasnt allowed to use my stepfathers card which I d been using for past week going back and forth for materials cause KANCY didnt wanna ring up 3k worth of materials even calling him and him giving me permission wasnt enough he and to halt what he was doing drive an hr to the store just to be talked back and attempted to refuse his card for 3k worth of materials again WITH HIM there I believe kancy just wanted to problems because she had no problems with him when she found out he was white

This was ridiculous. Called to see the availability of a product. I was placed on a constant transfer loop for over 20 minutes. Phone kept being picked up and placed on hold and transfer again with no answer or response. When I finally spoke with someone and asked to be transferred to someone in customer service, I was again placed in a continuous transfer loop. No response or answer.

3 times I have had Lowes to deliver product to my apartment and they deliver it all over the neighborhood. After paying for same day delivery they tell me its my problem and it will take 24 hours for them to figure it out. Now I needed the product today. I was looking to get a few prices over the phone before coming in person. I got connected with a very rude individual in the flooring department who answered the phone with no introduction. He said flooring really fast and in a really rude and annoyed tone. I said hello to ensure I heard correctly and he sighed loudly and said flooring how can I help. I was looking forward to getting some products for a project but clearly my call was too much of a bother for Lowe s.

I tried to leave a review on the app and no dice. I bought an Ego pole saw there, I had to order it, your staff was amazing. Martha, sue, and especially Kaleb helped me so much. My frustration started with my online order. Went there they had no idea what I was talking about. However, Ms. Martha from customer service was willing to help me process my order with a smile. I had a bad day and she really eased my spirits with her kindness and willingness to help me. Realistic summary of reviews after my experience yesterday. The 4-5 stars are folks going in that know they need one thing, they know where it s at and a sales associate just happened to walk by. If you have a problem, question they don t know or want to answer, you need actual help, I encourage you to use google, Home Depot, or call a professional building supply business. I m a disabled veteran and have never met some so rude as D.S. Paul. He refused to provide his last name or employee ID (but other employees hate him because they told me his last name is Alto). I have never had so much help filing a complaint so he clearly doesn t even have the respect of his employees. What Paul didn t realize is that a dozen folks were on a group call on my phone and all are filing complaints through Lowe s Corporate. As a veteran, I strongly recommend taking your business else where. There are other options that truly understand and care about employees and customers, and not just put it in their slogan, ethics document, etc. Update 26May, went to Home Depot to get rest of supplies. Plenty of employees more than willing to ask how you re doing, what can they help with, and answer questions. They were super busy but still had time to say hello. In times when the mayor declared a disaster, you don t know what people are going through. A little understanding and compassion goes a long ways. Highly encourage veterans and community to go to Home Depot. You will thank me in the long run.

Over the years, Ive done a lot of shopping at Lowes and have always been satisfied. Sometimes, they dont have enough sales help, but thats about the worst thing that happens normally. This time, the salesman was totally inept, and he was a supervisor. When he didnt know the answer to something, he would just tell me the system wouldnt allow him to do it, and he kept making up answers. The whole experience left me feeling very frustrated, disappointed, and definitely not valued as a customer.

Even after calling to reserve a vehicle, ensure they HAVE THE KEYS! Active Duty Service Member here. Searched rental pick up trucks available from both Lowe s and Home Depot between Waco and Georgetown. The only one that had a vehicles available was Lowe s in Temple, being two trucks. While calling ahead to reserve one, I was told it s first come first serve and then informed the associate that I would be driving from Fort Hood/Cavazos. After driving a half an hour I was told that even though they have two vehicles the whereabouts of the keys are unknown. Complete waste of time. I guess it s my fault for not making sure they have accountability of their keys.

Had amazing shopping experience today at Lowes. Paul B. Cut my wooden mini blinds perfectly and loaded them out to the truck. Chuck was very helpful in the electrical department getting me all the covers and plates that I needed at a reasonable price and Anthony in the doors department found me the perfect screen door and looked for Rollers for my sliding door, but they were out of stock, but he was very helpful too

Tried to return a broken torque socket and was told to contact craftsman for some kind of rebate. Never had an issue before with broken craftsman tools. I think this lady just didnt know what to do so she got a manager and she said the same thing. I did not have a receipt, although i did just purchase the broken item earlier that day. Regardless, its a craftsman tool. Lifetime means Lifetime. No matter if i purchased it two minutes ago or two decades ago. I had to have a replacement that day, so i was forced to purchase another at full price. It has been one thing after another with this lowes location. I think this is the final straw for these guys. If I could give 0, I would. Garden center closed at 4:30pm when it said it closed at 8pm. Lumber departments saw was inoperable. Lumber department staff saw me struggling and blatantly ignored and walked around me. Garden Center staff were still there and was unable to help me push my cart to the other side of the store as they closed almost 4 hours early. I almost just walked out but I had already put in the sweat equity with the heavy boards I was purchasing for an above ground garden. I think I worked harder than the staff. I ll go to Home Depot next time. Much better experience if in Temple.

Washer was improperly installed and flooded the garage. Water damage to three walls. Still cant do laundry. Washer purchased on the first and installed on the second. Claims adjuster lowes sent out claimed no damage. Private professionals came out with thermal cameras and documented the damage. Update plumber came out today hot water heater had to be replaced along with pipes. All due to the washing machine purchased from lowds being improperly installed by who they sent out. Plumbing and hot water heater repair cost nearly 3,000. This doesnt include the water damage to the walls. So far Lowes has not done anything to resolve this.

The Lowes staff here is extremely helpful on everything they sell from cabinets to thermostats as we clean up a neglected house. Enjoying working with them. The problem with this location is that they consistently have the music up too high, making it harder to hear what the sales person is saying. Went back today, a month later. Music seemed to be a bit lower. It still could be a notch lower. at least I could talk with the excellent staff and we could hear each other.

Waste of my valuable time and 45 minute drive. Customer service was non existent. We walked out, went to home dwpot in temple and got the BEST customer service and price. Dont waste your time here. They make eye contact with you and get away from you as fast as possible

If you look at a product online and it says it s in stock at the store then you get to the store it s not instock that s a issue people don t waste your time on looking for anything online for what s instock call and see before wasting time and gas I m about done with lowes this store is the worst at keeping merchandise in stock
