Delicious burgers, fresh fries and totally uncomplicated menu. The perfect place for a perfectly old fashioned burger. The fact that the people are kind and quick is just a bonus. Crows burger is a small burger joint that you can order from the counter or call in an order to be picked up later. The food is hot and delicious. Definitely, a place to checkout. There are no places for you to sit and eat inside. However, there are seats for you to use while waiting for your To-Go order.

When they sell a hamburger, put tomato sauce on it everything else is fine, but it is bad that you go for your hamburger during your lunch hour and you arrive and it doesnt have tomato sauce, you have to eat the hamburger dry

Burger and fries were pretty good. Staff was very rude to us when we finished eating at the picnic table and asked to refill our drinks, they refused. When asked why, they stated we just dont do refills even if you eat at the picnic tables. We wont be returning to this establishment!!

I had Crows burger when I was a kid and have always remembered it as one of the best burgers Ive ever had. I was in town recently and was exited to show my wife this place. When ordering I specifically asked for no mustard as I hate the taste of mustard and it completely ruins the taste for me. Upon receiving our food I saw they had ignored my request so I went back and as nicely as possible told the staff. I even apologized to the staff for their own mistake, as I was still very exited to try this burger again after so long. When the staff gave me my burger back after only a minute or 2, I checked it to see they had just lazily scraped the mustard off the patty. I would have just kept the burger and done this myself if thats all they were going to do. I even told the staff this and they said they had given me a fresh burger which is ablantant lie as they had only taken a minute or two to return my food. I will never be back and this has completely ruined a childhood memory for me.

The burger was excellent and the onion rings were good, but I will not be back. They do not allow paying customers to use their restrooms. I had to go bad, but was still waiting on my order. I ended up having to leave to use the gas stations restroom across the street. When I returned, I informed them I would not be back as it is bad business to not allow paying customers the use of a restroom. They got rude and snarky with me and started yelling at me that it is allowed by Bell County Law they do not have to provide a bathroom since they are a to go establishment. I then told them that I do not care what the law allows, it is still bad business. This only made them more irate and rude to me. The only reason I gave 2 stars on service is because the cashier seemed nice until I told them they were providing bad business.

I have ate at Crows for years. I have loved it. It is my favorite burger place but here in the last couple of months every time I order a bacon jalapeño cheeseburger they give you one little strip of bacon. If you ask for more they give you two what happened to bacon burger bacon on a burger You pay for it either way I broke my one piece of bacon in half to try to make it bigger on the burger and it still didn t work

We have ate at Crows for years! This is the first time we have been there in a couple of months and usually their patties are pretty juicy, you could tell they used fresh meat. Today.... totally different. The burger was dry as can be, no flavor, no juice, tasted like frozen meat. Fries were terrible... Guess we will have to find a new spot :(

The person taking the order was rude. I purchased my order and asked for an additional cup of ice in my own cup she said I d have to pay full price for a drink. They won t allow you to use their restroom to wash your hands after touching their stuff. I got sick off of the meat. Over all very unsatisfied and wouldn t recommend to anyone nor will I go back

Sad to say my experience at the Temple location wasn t good. I ve always gone to the Belton location but happened to be in Temple and was craving a good burger. I called in my order but still waited about 30 minutes even though I arrived 15 minutes after placing it. There was a little shredded lettuce on it and some mustard but no onion or tomatoes. I read the sack where the person who took my order wrote it down when I called it in. There was nothing to indicate that the order was anything different than a regular burger with everything on it. So, I don t think I got someone else s order. The lettuce was terrible and the lack of other vegetables made the burger tasteless. Won t be back to this location. Not the first time that I got a burger there that was sub par.

Honestly, Id been wanting to try this place for several years and finally did just that, the other day... The food was decently priced and just about as expected.. no complaints! The service on the other hand... There was one poor, determined, beyond efficient gal behind the counter and about 6-7 customer/s. Mind you, this isnt the middle 9f the day oh no folks, its 20 minutes until closing! Long story short... Everyone got their correct and prompt food/orders with a courteous smile from the one person (customers included) who had maintained her composure and gotten us all through it! Give that Woman a raise folks!! 10/10 Parking: N/a. Wheelchair accessibility: Indeed.

Absolutely delicious and fulfilling! I brought my kids and had them split a cheeseburger as they dont have kid portions. But my kids enjoyed it more than their normal happy meal down the street. I got a double cheeseburger and loved every bite. From the tasty patty to the grilled soft buns and thick French fries. Every penny was worth it. Best burgers Ive had in a very long time.

Ok good. Really expensive and what the heck is up with no soda refills? For 15.00 for onion rings and a double you can afford 30 more cents when a customer asks for a refill. Hometown burgers (ie Whataburger style), good fries, great OR (for the few you get.) Prices a bit high for this type of patty - should be closer to 1/3 lb for this price or not have everything as a side. Closes early so catch them early to grab dinner. Overall - expensive for what they are serving. If overhead is this high, get creative. A lot of local business would prefer to eat local but no one delivers and we can t leave. Many places like Crows are not on delivers apps or offer delivery.

Looking for great burgers, then try this burger house. Staff very friendly, inside very clean. As I know of, there are 2 different locations for Crows Burgers. What really got me was how the owner, short brown hair, tight blue shirt and no bra(unprofessional)Karen Martinez approached our table outside under the trees demanding our 85 year old friend move his truck. She repeatedly told him to move his truck as he was finishing his lunch. Very disrespectful, he has lunch there weekly. We wont be back. Be careful with your review. Well.. when I called to order the lady on the phone, acted If I was an inconvenience for calling in a order. Huffing and puffing in the back ground. My food was 25 bucks which is fine., BUUUUUUTTTT to get one SLITHER of bacon and I just paid 25 bucks for 2 meals I think thats pretty ridiculous. One of my favorite places for burgers in Temple. Id rate the food quality on par with Whataburger (high praise, Whataburgers so good it doesnt even taste like fast food). They arent the absolute cheapest, sure- but show me where youre going and getting Any onion rings for less than 2.50. Besides, the onion rings and fries are delicious and crispy. And while some people have had mistakes in their orders below, Ive never had anything but sterling service and correct orders.

Make sure you double check your order before you leave. Me and the better half both ordered the BLT meal. When we got home and opened the sandwich it was a BT without the L. How do you sell someone 2 BLTs without lettuce? Giving the location the benefit of the doubt we called in an order for my son, Double Hamburger Patty, plain and dry, add bacon. When we were given the bag we checked the burger at the counter. No bacon and it had all of the fixings. Buyer Beware, Double Check before you leave. As for us, we will not be back.

I just left Crows extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I asked for a lot of ketchup and while I am there watching the woman grab a handful of ketchup, she takes three packets and puts them in my bag and then places the remainder she has in her hands back in the bin. When I asked for more she tells me thats all we have. LIAR--I just saw you put them back in the bin. Its one thing if you have a policy where you only hand out a certain amount but dont insult the intelligence of your customers. I sat there and saw you put them back and you lied to my face!! You have lost a customer (and my familys) for life!! Customer service is key and no one likes to be lied to... BTW, when I order onion rings, I expect more than 4.

No meat! High priced! Fries have changed. Where did the Crows I remember go. Sad day when I pay almost 11 bucks for this. Never again for me. It is sad though just very disappointed

They make a pretty tasty burger. Not open often enough hours to get to go. Also, on 08/19/20, I attempted to call starting just under the 30 minute mark prior to the temporary posted closing time at 3:00 p.m. I received no answer on multiple attempts to call, and I even showed up about 5-10 mins before close and the door was locked while those inside just looked at me. It seems they were far more interested in going home early than taking my money. I doubt that I will be wasting my time any more for a place that s not interested in taking my money. I am very disappointed.

They have new hours and actually close 30 mins prior to close...fyi. NOTE: If youre gonna be open till a certain time then be open. I reaffirm the rude lady @front counter.

They messed up my order. The service was pore. The burger buns where extremely soggy. The young lady at the counter was very rude to me. I would not recommend Crows to my worst enemy. Your much better off eating at Jodys or Wesss burger shack if you want a good burger. Even McDonalds beats a Crow burger.
