You should check out this community. The staff treats us like family (if you don t have a great family, well they re great). Everyone s neighbor is neighborly; there s a real sense of community. Plus it s close to most all the retail that you may need. My wife and I are very glad that we chose the Delano at NRH.

Visit this complex frequently and am always so pleased at how well put together and clean everything is. Parking generous for visitors, clean lots, stunning floor plans Office ladies are super nice too. It s a quiet little friendly neighborhood. Oh, and plenty of well stocked pet stations to pick up after your dogs too, that s always a plus. This would be a very good place to call home.

Currently moving all my belongings from here. Safety is my number one priority with me. These people came into my home on the first day and switched the garage door and front door while we were gone moving things out of our old place and replaced them while my in law was in the shower WITHOUT NOTICE. After that, they came in while we were all at WORK because our stairway was dirty with mud prints. They kept coming in WITHOUT NOTICE through our garage and let ATT and maintenance in. Att left a mess and broke pieces from the wall. Maintance came in saying there was a leak after confronted but there was NO LEAK to be seen. Whenever no one is living there with all the lights and electric turned off! They really destroyed my trust whenever I had trust/safety issues from way before. They were told on multiple occasions don t enter while we weren t there and give us notice. They gave us notice one time throughout our time being here. They don t fix anything even though we complained about appliances not working as they should. Lights not being changed. Filters not being changed. Nothing. Don t rent here because if you do, they ll probably do the same to you. What yall did was AGAINST THW LAW for you to not notify us 24 hour in advance about your entry s. Even your fake emergency plumbing issues that you had to enter my home whenever everything was turned OFF. Will never come back here!

I rented here at delanos at nort richills for 1 yr And then when I tell him I am moving out because I purchase the house all calls and emails has stop And then they give my house keys to somebody who does not work for the apartment complex. They entered my House destroyed my Living room went into my kitchen when in my Refrigerator took two bottles of water an lock my cat up in the laundry room from 10am to 8pm an he went into my bathroom use the toilet and left the sets up then went into my bedroom and looked around and then he walked down the stairs went Into the box of Granola bars and took 1 or 2. Then I called the office at 10:30. When I seen the cameras to find out what was going on and who let him in my house? The office refused to call me back. Then I called them at night time. They refused to call me back that Wednesday morning. When they entered the office here it is Saturday April. The text went into the office. The lady says we have no comment and do not want to talk to you. So I made a police report Tuesday contacted AT&T fiber now. I will be contacting a lawyer because anybody here at the apartment complex. Refuse to talk to me and give me answers if I do not hear a call back by Tuesday. April, the ninthanks bye 3 PM. I will move out before May 11th, where my Lisas up on May 11th and if they wanna take me to court, thats fine because I have videos. Apartment number 2503

When we visited Delano at North Richland Hills apartments I was drawn in by the peaceful surroundings. Being connected to a neighborhood made it feel even more like home. The separate garage space is nice and to have the garage open directly into the apartment was nice. The office staff were very professional and answered all of our questions. Not just questions about the apartment but the surrounding area for schools and shopping.

Wow! I am in the process of moving to TX and along with job interviews used recent trip to view housing options. The Delano at North Richland Hills surpassed all of my expectations! Starting with the office staff I could not have found a more welcoming group of people. The smiles were infectious! As we toured the property, we were also surprised by the way residents and staff greeted each other with such friendliness; a sense of community that isn t always found complexes like this. Then there were the actual apartments. I can honestly say I was was surprised by the personality in the finishes used, the flooring, paint. I could easily see myself here and caught myself making a mental list of what would go where when I moved in. I initially chose to look at this property due to location, but what sold me on it was the feeling of welcome and pride in the property that the staff I met and residents I saw so naturally exhibited. I have no doubt that living here will truly give us that sense that we are home.

I moved to The Delano close to a month ago and I am so glad I chose this property. It s clean and well taken care of the staff is amazing. Every time I go to the office I m greeted with a smile by Eden and Pam and the maintenance team ( my apologies I forgot your name) . Over all I m very pleased. Office is really good and following up with an questions sent via resident portal. And the maintenance is by far superior. I put a work order and got a response and follow up emails until it was completed as they had to order the part. Would highly recommend this property to any one looking for their next home.

Really bad communication from front office. Wont send my new apartment complex Im applying to our notice of intent to vacate. If they dont do it before September 30th, I lose a nice promotion that they are running. Hard to get a hold of anyone for this issue and the time is ticking. Actually living here wasnt awful, other than us being in the 4 bed 3 bath floor plan where its impossible to cool down properly.

This is a review of the 4bed 3bath floor plan. Overall, we have enjoyed the floor plan and layout, however there is one outstanding issue. YOUR A/C WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY from May to August. They used the same unit as the ones to cool down the one bed and two bed layouts, meaning it cannot possibly cool. It was 83 inside every single night we went to bed for the last three months, and despite having maintenance look at it 4 separate times, they insisted everything was working correctly. At the beginning of the summer, when they started getting complaints about the AC, they just sent out a memo stating that they were within legal limits of the city ordinance, so they didn t have to do anything, essentially telling everybody in the complex to get over it. Another issue you will have is you cannot reach the front desk by phone. They changed this while we were living here so now it directs to an offsite location. Another thing is that they don t seem to fix anything before you move in, so we had to submit quite a few maintenance requests within our first couple months, including replacing the entire dishwasher. I will say, we enjoyed the actual layout as well as the patio and garage, but they did not seem to care about our AC issues, knowing that they can have other people move in and suffer the same fate without realizing it beforehand.

I really enjoyed living here for the time that I did. After leaving a different complex by different owners in Arlington, the Delano welcomed me with open arms. Ms. Pat in the office is great. She goes above and beyond to get to know the residents. The community is quiet and I always felt safe here. One of the big selling points in selecting this property was the option for an attached garage. Despite being an older building, living at the Delano has exceeded my standards when it came to apartment living.

Best apartments I ever lived! Office staff ALWAYS kind. Maintenance staff always shows up same day or next day. Apartments are very nice and well maintained. Grounds very well kept. Neighbors super friendly. Pool very well kept. Gym has lots of equipment and free weights. Fun Community get togethers. There were issues with the apartment of which some have been handled and others are in-work. My main concern is the fact that the FOBs we were given only opened the garage and none of them worked on the gates. Currently weve been given 1 functional FOB and were making due. I just dont think we should be making due when were paying a healthy premium for the location. The staff have been friendly and responsive and that is a plus. Overall Im pleased and happy to be here. I also wish the pool was functioning as its been down all but 2 days since moving. I also think there should be a little more organization of the trash and pickups. It seems no one knows what to do with trash and its left all over. Perhaps a more outlined approach being communicated to the residents so that all can be on the same level of process? Lastly, the landscapers seem to work all hours, Im not sure if theyre undermanned or if they have a schedule that theyre supposed to be on, but they are often working past 8pm. Course it is Texas and its been very hot, it just makes for a noisy evening.

The Delano has been so gracious and kind to my husband and I. We come from a property that told us they couldn t do anything to help us when the freeze hit and ruined our apartment. We were so stressed out, just trying to find a place to live. The staff at the Delano were AMAZING. They were open to questions, allowed us to look at the apartment multiple times (that we now live in), and were so helpful with paperwork. We come from a property that wouldn t answer the phone, never returned calls, and were very far removed from the tenants. The staff at the Delano is always available, quick to respond to issues (which are few and far between), and were really a God send for my husband and I. Thankful for this property!

First and foremost, Miss Pat and Amanda are AMAZING. Hands down the best service we ve received in a complex. The property itself is very appealing to the eye and the community is quite family friendly. Our maintenance team has been AMAZING, even showing up at 1 AM to fix a broken air conditioner. The 2 car garages are a huge perk and the square footage is the best! (My master bedroom is HUGE) Since we moved in during the pandemic, we haven t been able to access the gym as much as we like. The hours of availability are the same as the office hours (and those are our work hours). Another conflict is the internet. You can ONLY get ATT and it s not the best speed at all. With both of us working from home... one can only imagine that slight struggle during stormy days. Lol Overall we ve had a nice experience here. We really like our community!

I loved living here, but decided to move as the rent increase was well over $100 more. Nice property, always felt safe. It was quiet overall, but the neighbors that moved in halfway through our lease seemed to run a shop out of their garage. Drilling hammering and other loud power tools after midnight. The units are very nice and master bedroom is huge. The shower is giant also!

This apartment seems great from the outside. Most of the staff are very nice and the maintenance is very prompt. I have lived in apartments for a very long time and have had my fair share of some that were not so great. When I signed on with The Delano I thought this was going to be a very different experience for me...it was a little bit pricier and the environment seemed more family friendly. I just knew this was not going to be one of those apartment complexes where people have parties every night with all kinds of people coming and going that dont live there. As far as that aspect goes....I was right. BUT............the management at this complex is horrible. I am not one of those tenants that constantly has problems or puts in a ton of maintenance tickets. So when there were maybe 3/4 times I had an issue in the 3 years that I lived here, it was hard to get someone to even call me back. Loyalty means nothing to these people. Every year I received my lease renewal they increased. But not by a normal amount....the first year they increased my rent $150. And the next year it was another $100. Now I was prepared to pay a little more for safety and niceness if the units....the gate never worked. They would fix it, but it only worked for about a month. It would be broken for about 3 months and then they would fix it again to only work for a few weeks at a time. They also liked to do these inspections which to me can be a violation of privacy. I dont want a bunch of people going through my apartment all the time. I understand if they have to spray for bugs or need to check the fire alarms, but this was not the case. They would say it was for outlets or patios....but either way I feel like they wanted in my apartment way more than they needed to be. I really felt that management just wanted to see what everyone had in their house. I have never been so dissatisfied with an apartment complex before. I wouldnt even reccomend this place to an enemy.

The list of things people dont really mention in reviews: Pros: Quiet community majority of time. Nice aesthetics for complex. Community generally nice. Some staff really enjoy helping you. Some. Management quick to advise of problems on site. Maintenance is quick to fix problems. Apartment is super nice looking, very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Master bedroom is HUGE. Largest I have ever seen. Overall peaceful living experience. Cons: Some staff dont enjoy helping you. Unsure if cameras actually work, told they dont. Internet option: AT&T ONLY, Max of 50 down and 10 up with data cap. Unlimited data costs double the price compared to literally across the street with Spectrum at 300 down and 100 up and unlimited data. Gym: Missing some weights. Was advised six months ago they were on order. Dish washer: Odd but I think the ones installed are like half the size of a normal one. Cant really fit much into it. Water heater: Maybe just mine, but you can only take about ten minutes of a hot shower and then it goes cold. Neutral: The mailboxes seem to be either broken, broken into, or left open by the postal service FAR more often than it should be.

I wish I could give a 5 Star. I just dont feel safe on this property right now however since there has been vandalizing going on in the community. I think people have a right to know that their cars are not safe in the general parking any longer. I have lived here a year and have been happy for the most part and I dont blame the staff for vandals. I just know there is now an element here that is vandalizing and I dont feel safe here right now because of it. On the positive note the community is making efforts to clean up the mud issues and I am hoping that they continue those efforts on the whole property, especially between the buildings. What has been addressed so far looks great. The maintenance team is always courteous and quick with repairs and addressing issues. The front office staff is very nice and they do address any issues they are responsible for. Again I dont blame the staff for the vandalizing going on. Maybe we can install security cameras though. That would make me feel more safe.

Our rental rate was increased 39% at renewal which essentially forced us to move out even though we had been model tenants with zero complaints, zero late payments, and only 1 service call. We were more than accommodating when our apartment was NOT ready on our scheduled move in date where appliances were not installed, water valves under all the sinks were not installed, the master bathtub had a hole in it and was not usable, etc... We also paid a $400 pet deposit as well as $25 per month pet rent none of which was allotted to our move out costs including a mandatory carpet cleaning because we had a pet. Mind you there were ZERO stains on any of the carpet and they still looked brand new and didnt need to be cleaned. Upon move out we left all appropriate contact information including our new address so the final bill could be sent to us. Rather than sending the bill to our new address they sent it to our address at DELANO (you know the apartment at their property that we already moved out of). Because mail forwarding takes a few weeks we did not receive the letter for a few weeks and also learned that it had already been turned over to a debt collection agency which has negatively impacted both mine and my roommates credit and we also incurred extra fees all because of the incompetence of their office staff.

Nice apartments and friendly ppl but they wanted me to pay almost over $3000 just to move in i would rather invest that money into a house not an apartment but if you have the money go ahead.

Evelyn and Pat were great. But my issue is with the apt manager that approved my application with the stipulation that I pay a months rent for deposit and first month. Plus get a co-signer that makes 5x the rent of 1985.00. Really? Ive never heard of that so ridiculous. Avoid! Avoid at all cost!!!

Avoid at all cost. I lived at this property for two years. The apartment was nice, quiet, and the experience living there was positive over all. When I moved out, I hired stanley steamer to clean the carpets and I scrubbed the apartment then took photos. A week after moving out, I receive a bill for nearly 600$. 12$ for drip pans under the burners, 17$ for caulking around the door, 120$ for carpet cleaning, 200$ to refresh paint, 175$ to repaint the garage floor, etc etc etc. I have photos that show the condition of the apartment and when I spoke to the assistant manager stacie she advised I could pay the bill within three days or she will turn it over to collections! Who gives you three days to pay a bill before it goes to collections after I never was late with rent in two years of renting!? This place will scam you when you decide to move. *** update *** I paid the bill within her three day requirement and today, a week late, I receive a collection notice in the mail!! I called the manager and she said she didnt remember who I was! I have the check that cleared the bank to prove I paid the fee, but I should not have to make phone calls and sit on hold to prove I paid something to keep my credit clear. Avoid!!

Overall this is a nice complex with nice units however that is about as far as it goes. My children were yelled at by other tenants repeatedly and they never felt comfortable playing in the grassy areas. Our unit was on the second floor and the tenants below us repeatedly banged on the wall because they felt we were walking too heavy. We reported these issues to the complex management and while they claimed to speak to the other tenants the behavior never stopped,. We got out as quick as we could! Upon moving out we paid the $225 Worry free move which turned out to be nothing of the sort. Most notably they were supposed to clean the carpets as part of the fee...instead they decided to replace them and pass the charges on to us. Of course they were going to keep the cost of the carpet cleaning that wasnt performed too. They make it very easy to sign the lease and move in but once your there your trapped and it will cost you a fortune to get out. STAY AWAY!!
