I was super amazed at how much this place has to offer!! From Giant Mums to mums that go on shoes!! Amazing natural (which is very important with animals and the environment!!!) Scent candles of many Tx smells, car interior air fresher gels in awesome shapes I would highly recommend to come in and spend hrs looking at all the awesomeness they have at this beautiful Floral+ shop. I was absolutely thrilled at how fun the atmosphere is also and the lady I spoke to was sooooo helpful and happy and energetic about her work and helping others. She definitely brought a smile to my face 10 stars if I could rate it that!!!

I LOVE Precious Memories! The customer service is excellent and all the staff very friendly and accommodating! Ive known them to go out of their way to make things happen for their customers, they go the extra mile to make the customers leave happy! The store is beautiful and filled with not only flowers and decor, but with many gifts and goodies as well! They even have Precious Mail and Shipping! Definitely a place to come see! I used Precious Memories Florist and Gift Shop to plan a surprise for my mother on Mothers Day. When the driver delivered the flowers, there was noone home. We had arranged that if anything happened to ruin the surprise, to call me. I did not expect that my mother and her husband would go shopping, so this was, indeed, something that would ruin the surprise and warranted a call. I would have instructed the driver to take the flowers to the neighbor on either side of their house and the neighbor would complete the delivery and still generate the surprise. I waited until 4:00 in the afternoon to receive a call from my mother, being happy and surprised. No call came from her, so I rang her phone. She answered and I wished her a happy mothers day, then I asked if they had any visitors. She said, No, so I excused myself from the call with my mother and began calling the florist, who, of course, was closed. I ended up having to call my mother and spill the beans on everything that I had set up, and I had her search for the bouquet. The driver had left a note on the front door and hidden the flowers in the corner. My mother never uses the front door. They go in through the garage. So my mother found the flowers hours later and opened the card that partially read, I know that you old me not to...... This establishment doesnt even quality control their spelling, and had me call my mother old on Mothers Day. I called to express my disappointment the following day and received an, Oops, my bad. from the owner, basically. I was hot under the collar and needed to get off of the phone before I said something that I may have regretted. After a couple of days, I called back to see if we could make things right. The owner offered an apologetic arrangement, from me to my mother, be delivered. I told the owner that I had already apologized profusely for calling my mother old and trusting the wrong florist to help me create a positively memorable day, but was provided with a negative memory that my mother and I will have to look back on. I told the owner that an apologetic arrangement from them to my mother, along with refunding the generous amount of money that I spent for everything to be achieved as planned, only to have the driver not do the one thing that she should have done, call me. I explained that the refund and her apologetic arrangement would equal out her companys poor performance and we both could take a hit rather than just me taking 1 massive hit, my calling my mother old on the worst day possible, and the owner take a small financial hit as punishment. As far as failing to write the card with all words spelled correctly, I am beside myself on how that could slip by. The owner ended up doing nothing in regards to refunding or sending an apologetic bouquet, and simply washed her hands of the situation. I would strongly advise finding another florist because this one has a very poor performance record and absolutely no quality control from beginning to end.

I called Precious Memories on Saturday to see if they could fit in another arrangement for Mothers Day because the florist I had originally bought an arrangement from canceled my order last minute. From the second Precious Memories answered the phone I was greeted with nothing but understanding and hospitality. They were able to do a last minute arrangement that was beautiful and were able to get it to my sister on time for Mothers Day. I cannot thank the staff enough for their hard work and wonderful customer service. If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. Thank you Precious Memories!!!

This is the second time I ve been disappointed by this place. My husband sent me flowers on Valentine s Day and they were wilted. She did try to make good on it and send me more along with some chocolate. The flowers still wasn t fresh for Mother s Day. My husband sent me flowers again, and as the lady was walking them up the driveway, petals were falling off of the flowers my husband works out of State and sometimes out of the country so it is very special when he sends me flowers or anything I will make sure he never uses this place again I added photos to show what they look like I just got these yesterday. It s horrible and my husband paid over $130 for these.

I am very disappointed and saddened that I wasted my time at this florist. I asked if they could create a pink arrangement like a white one they had in their case. They told me yes. The flowers delivered were a poor copy of the arrangement chosen. The roses were tiny and the whole thing looked sloppy. I would have appreciated being contacted about unavailability for my order. They had my phone number and email. I went in personally to be sure there would be no issues with receiving the perfect arrangement. I guess I should have done more due diligence and taken a picture of the arrangement in their case. I will not trust this florist again.

Now if you want to find a 5 rated florist, well this is the place to go in the Temple area. You will be amazed when you step inside of this fine and beautiful establishment. Was just going in to get a homecoming mum for my girl for the game on Oct 19. I was overwhelmed of all the beauty inside. Look at my photos and it will tell all. Look at the fantastic wide variety of the Hallmark selection too. s up and a 5 rating is well deserved for this business. Update: 4 Oct, 2023. Always a selection of floral arrangements. My daughter and I met with one of the designers a week before her wedding. She was needing a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere for the groom, as it was a simple wedding. From the moment we stepped into the store, the staff was so friendly and excellent customer service. The flowers were so beautiful! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Precious Memories did such an amazing job! With extremely short notice -1 and a half days, they were able to help save my wedding day. 2 days before my wedding a hurricane hit the the florist shop that was doing my flowers and they would be late arriving. My mom called Precious Memories gave them our color scheme and preferences and artistic freedom on the design, and they didnt disappoint. Full bridal flowers just before the wedding. And they were so beautiful and fresh! Thank you so much for making my day so perfect!

What a fun store! It reminds me of Kathe Wohlfahrt in Germany--Christmas year round! If you love themed Christmas trees, this is a must-see. Tons of great decorating ideas. There are also handmade items on consignment from local crafters. In the back is a large room where classes are held on wreath-making and floral arranging. It can also be rented for meetings. Corsages, plants, custom baskets, weddings, and more. Special events on First Fridays! Be sure to say hi to Dory the dog.

I had ordered a Prom boutonnière from a different florist and when I went to pick up the boutonnière on the day of Prom, the florist was closed even though they had stated that their Saturday hours were until 12 pm and I arrived at 11:40 am to pick up. I was panicked about this unexpected, and highly upsetting situation. I ended up calling Precious Memories Florist and spoke with Wayne. He was very empathetic about my situation with the other florist and said that they would help me right away. They were able to make a perfect boutonnière in my daughter s chosen colors with very last-minute notice. They literally saved this Mama s skin today. I will definitely be using them for further floral needs. Thank you Precious Memories Florist for being such a lifesaver for us today!!!

These people said they delivered flowers but they WERE NOT DELIVERED!!! We work from home and would have not missed the chance to receive the order, had it come to the correct address. Don t know where the flowers ended up but on a very special day such as Valentine s Day, for them to laugh at their mistake, and then lie in the review saying they were delivered. WHERE??? Our apartment office closes at 5:30. So are you saying that after indicating an apt number on the delivery address you ignored that?? I called my apartment Managment this morning and NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. But that s right you said in your response that the flowers were delivered at 6:15 pm. So you delivered them after the office was closed and thought it was okay to leave them there???? I mean where were the flowers delivered to because they most certainly were not delivered to the address we requested. I wouldn t bother putting a request in to them because from all the other reviews these folks don t take them into consideration!!! What a huge disappointment. Seriously do yourself a favor and GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE for flowers. Mistakes happen but you guys handled this so poorly. Laughing and being completely rude saying l I guess no one answered the door WHAT DO YOU MEAN LADY?!? WE WORK FROM HOME AND WENT ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE! Then, to keep repeating they were delivered after we called you to say we had not received them. We were told that they are on the way and on the delivery truck. What a poor practice. Why mark it delivered if you hadn t dropped it off yet? Why say it was delivered when you can t even confirm where exactly they were delivered to? Also how much time would it have taken to make a phone call? I NEVER leave bad reviews because again mistakes happens. But you guys have poor service and others should be aware to not go through the hassle of expecting quality service from you because they won t get it!

Take your business elsewhere, this place cannot follow through with your order and will be unable to give you an answer why in the end. I placed an order for a Valentine s Day delivery ahead of time online, paid in full, and the flowers were not delivered to the correct address. In the delivery notes I asked for a call before they were dropped off and never received it. I checked with the shop four times on Valentines Day and was assured each time that they were out for delivery, and not to worry. Every time I called I was immediately given an off the cuff answer such as Maybe they didn t hear a knock or Maybe they were left with the apartment office, rather than actually looking into the issue. The problem with both of those explanations is that my fiancé and I both work from home, and neither of us heard a knock or got word from the office there was a delivery. Not to mention the driver did not call as was requested. Deborah, the manager that was working with me, offered no explanation because she did not have one. The two options I was presented with to fix this issue was that they would either send an upgraded bouquet today (02/15) or refund my money. While that technically was a resolution for the problem at hand, it does not fix the poor execution and almost assuredly antiquated business practices that result in such errors as delivering to the wrong address and not following the requested delivery instructions. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Woods or try out Maribel s Flower Boutique. Precious Memories will have you creating bad memories for Valentine s to come.

I am very grateful to Precious Memories. I was trying to find peonies for my daughter s newborn photos last minute and was having a hard time finding anything. When I called Precious Memories they were very sweet in letting me know that it s typically a special order flower but that they had fabric peonies available to purchase. Since this was New Years Day they were closing early so I quickly rushed over to them and was able to purchase the flowers. The gal was very sweet for setting them aside for me and even tho they weren t real they still looked beautiful in my daughter s photos can t wait to blow these pictures up to display in her nursery.

These florists (there are several here), have always provided exceptional arrangements at value points. My wife spent a wonderfulChristmas with her daughter and grandchildren at the magic of Disney World. Now again separated by a thousand miles, she was a bit melancholy, and I asked for a cheer up arrangement with earth tone colors. The result was just exceptional, and she was so pleased!

VERY disappointed in the flowers I had sent to a life long friend. I specifically told Connie I didnt care for roses. I specifically said I wanted bright and cheery... This is anything but. Roses look like they will only last another day or so. This picture was sent to me 5 minutes after she got them...I spoke with the manager and she said she would explain to the designers what bright and cheery means. I am a former designer and this is totally unacceptable for the price I paid. No refund or partial refund offered. Be careful ordering over the phone.

I live out of town and called the Hospital for a recommendation for a Snack Basket for my nephew. He had just undergone surgery and was feeling down. The hospital recommended Precious Memories Florist. I pulled up their website and noticed the 4.6 Star rating. When I called Tracy S. answered the phone and I told her per the website I was looking for a bigger Snack Basket, Tracy was like sure....let me get my headset on and we will look together. Im thinking okay not sure how this will work, but lets try. I told her a little about my nephew and his likes and dislikes. She explained all the baskets they had made up and this one sounded great. She sent me a picture and I requested the bow be changed because of my Nephews personality. Tracy was like that is no problem I will make him a bow. My mind was blown and the level of detail and care she took into this purchase. I mean I am out of town and would never see it. She walked me through everything, showed me the finished product and delivered to the hospital herself. Unfortunately I didnt get a picture of the basket when it arrived to my Nephews room, he immediately tore into it and his Mom said he had a huge smile on his face. I would like to commend Tracy S. for all she did to make this a special moment for him. She is truly an Asset to your company and I will never forget my experience with Tracy or Precious Memories Florist. I only wish I could give them higher than 5 Stars it just doesnt seem enough for all she did to bring a smile to our family. They have helped me with personalized special requests and gifts to go along with the flowers My sister loves all things creepy The florist found some spiders and made a web out of hot glue to include on my sisters get-well arrangement. I had a relative pass away recently. I am actually from out of town and wasnt able to attend the service. When I made an online order I made sure to include a request for a picture to be sent to me of the arrangement. I called to the store to make sure the online order was sent. Made sure that they were aware of the request. Well the confirmation of it being delivered was sent to my email but no picture. I called the store and they said the delivery person didnt do it. My 14 year old son asked my aunt to the ballet as a continuation of tradition started by my uncle many years ago. He also wanted to make sure she got a corsage as it was part of that tradition. When we called and explained all of this the staff helped prepare the most beautiful wristlet Ive ever seen and imo worth more than they charged my son. I live in Colorado and have been having flowers delivered to my mom (Mothers Day and birthday) near Temple for several years now. Always great service and beautiful arrangements, and my mom always loves the flowers!

I ordered an arrangement for a friend. I spent over $220 including delivery and asked for a nice arrangement to include a dozen roses with additional color and a nice vase. I asked to receive a picture before delivery so I would know what my friend was receiving. I did not get a picture and called in to inquire if the order had been delivered. The store manager made it sound like my fault because I did not ask for her when I made the order and the person that took the call was a florist. I told her that it was her employee and that she should not allow them to answer the phone if they are not trained to make notes on an order. I did not receive an apology but was told to ask for the manager next time so they could get it right. I asked to speak to the owner but did not get a call back. I got a call the next morning from the store manager who said the owner declined to speak to me. I told the manager no thanks and that I would not be making a future order. I had spent about $480 with this florist but will not do it again. Own your mistakes, apologize and make it right. Customers have options and I won t be using this one due to the attitude of the store manager and the owners unwillingness to speak to a customer.

I ordered saved by the bell. However, they notified me that they were low on some of the flowers for that arrangement, so they made gave me an executive arrangement instead! These flowers my mom said was the prettiest she has seen.

They have an eclectic selection of gifts and a variety of accessories for your flowers for prom. The prices are a bit high on flowers but they are fresh and they make efforts to make sure you are happy.

I live in California and upon discovering my Dad was in the ICU in Temple, Texas I called Precious Memories Florist and Gift Shop. I was greeted on the phone by the very friendly voice of Latrice. She was so helpful and I felt confident my delivery would make it to my Dads room. Thank you Latrice for your excellent service!

Hands down the best customer service! I walked in this morning to order corsage and boutonnière and I did not know what to expect but the lady looked at my pictures and should me flowers. She helped me pick out a bracelet to put it on and the ribbon I like. I recommend using them for!

I worked at a flower shop for 12 years so I more than appreciate good service!! I was, that customer today. I called with a last minute delivery to a school for our nephews birthday. Not even flowers. I asked for a candy basket! And she was MORE than accommodating. As it turns out.. he is home with a fever! It is one of the busiest times for flower shops, but they rerouted it and he has it in had already!!! Thanks for making his day!!!! (and mine ;) )

Placed an order for a large arrangement and had nothing but problems, the day the flowers got delivered some of the flowers has brown spots on them, sent an email asking for someone to please call me about it, and got Nothing called and was told the manager and owner are both out! Will never use them Again!

Wow! If I could give higher than a 5 I would. Ordered online for my aunts funeral. The spray was absolutely beautiful. I know my aunt would have loved it. She was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. The spray was blue and white flowers. We added some Cowboys memorabilia. Thank you so much!!

I live far, far away from Temple (Hawaii) and called Precious Memories with an idea for a Gatorade Get Well Basket for a coworker I had at Scott and White. Debra and Seleese helped put together a basket that turned out SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER than the one I found online. They did not hesitate to find any of the contents and were able to get it put together and delivered to Scott and White in a matter of 1 hour! AMAZING. They did all this for a VERY reasonable price too. I couldnt thank them enough! Thank you Precious Moments for showing that true southern/Texas hospitality!!! You guys ROCK!!!

Precious Memories is not only the best florist in town, they have a great staff and are very active in our community. I have used Precious Memories for as long as I can remember and have never been disappointed with their services. The arrangements have always been beautiful, creative and last a week or more. If you need a great florist, go to PRECIOUS MEMORIES!!

Horrible, horrible place. The owner and her employees are rude and act as though they think they are better than you. They dont offer much for the money they ask for their floral arrangements and they want to act like a gift shop, but they have nothing to offer. If you dont want a candle, they have absolutely nothing. And the candles dont even smell good. Tried to get them to fix an arrangement that was ordered but was wrong and they absolutely refused. All they want is an exhorbitant amount of money and wont stand behind their product. Dont. Do. Business. With. This. Company.!
