4 stars only because it was very hot in the ballroom everyone was fanning themselvesbefore dancing, aside from that it was beautiful and well organized, clean clean clean definitely recommend Great DJ!

If you are thinking of taking this room for an event, be prepared to deal with the rude and arrogant owner named Rubén... and the security who even fights with the children, threatening to close the party if he wants because according to him there is overcapacity when there are unoccupied tables. The people in the kitchen keep the things and when you speak to make your ungrateful complaint, they dont let you down...they even laugh at you according to the owner, telling you that what you tell him is unimportant compared to other things, its not even worth talking about. with them because they dont believe us, they turned off the air conditioning so that people would start leaving . But if you want to be treated like trash thats the place to go .

A nice hall located in a commercial area close to Hawkins, south of the interstate with somewhat limited parking. It offers catering, a DJ/MC, and other services for your event.

Bad location bad parking Rude staff I attended a quince here on September 1st staff is super rude the lady with the her hair tied up looked like she just woke up She had a very ugly look on her face and was rudely picking up the trash from the tables if this was my event I would make a complaint they started taking off the center piece s an hour before the quince was over The tall guy who was passing out the cake slices wouldn t even give me enough slices of cake for people sitting at our table he was probably toooooooooooo lazy to go get more and he gave two pieces with no fork told me he was going to bring forks and never returned he was very rude and ghetto And the DJ does not know what he s doing bad music

Very nicely decorated BUT need better air conditioning and there are only 3 stalls in the womens restroom (there were around 350 pplbor more) and security was rude and unprofessional.

Women s restroom stall doors are in terrible shape. They don t lock, there are large gaps and for the hall capacity there should be more stalls to make their guests comfortable. Security guard is overboard , harassing guests . security guard duties should be security & saftey.

Terrible service! Just telling them that I preferred to lose all the money I gave them ($3,000) than to have my event with them on Nov 25, 2022. Be careful, there are 11 months left, according to them they are going to lose money! Of course not because they are going to keep the $3,000 and with the date available! Rubén and Nancy Ortega are arrogant and arrogant people who do nothing to keep the client happy. By telling them that Rubén told me that he doesnt have time to sit down and talk to me (since Im paying him for a service) hes going to waste his time. He told me that the service started until my event! And then I pretended that the service started from the moment I signed the contract, a horrible arrogance and no humility. Several times they wanted to cancel my event due to lack of payment, and I acted as if I had proof of payment and nothing, they had not put the payment in the system. Avoid a bad taste in your mouth, we pay to have an event that lasts a lifetime and for them it is only money! I wasnt asking for a discount or anything, I just asked for a good deal and I was denied! According to Rubén, it is my opinion, but it is not true, he does not have any customer service or humility.

Pleasantly surprised. Situated among warehouses in an industrial area. Hall is a nice size with a Foyer, Stage, DJ, kitchen/bar, restrooms. Very large dance floor.

I called to inquire about seeing the venue and getting information. Lady that answered the phone was unprofessional and rude. When I asked if she had a ballroom to view her immediate response was for what month and what year. She rudely stated your super late, sorry can t help you. Keep your venue wouldn t want to conduct business with an unprofessional and rude attitude. You deal with customer service learn how to treat people right.
