This was an awesome experience! Husband Thought he damaged his camera lens. Turned out it was just the plastic covering. He replaced and didn t charge him for the minor repair. My wife came in for a cracked screen, and got back an even worst cracked screen, phone blacked out, her 5G no longer works, and her touch screen no longer worked. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS WRONG, WAS A CRACKED SCREEN. She gave it to them on Friday 09/08/2023 and they said it would only take a couple of hours. They messed up the phone so bad, that they wanted to send it away and we wouldnt get the phone back till TUESDAY at the earliest. Obviously we couldnt do that and instead had to drive to Waco in order to get everything fixed. We were only asking for the 270 to get the phone fixed, not even including the waste of gas or time. They wont pay it even though its their fault and thats everything to make it right, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MORE PROBLEMS THAN WHAT YOU STARTED WITH!

If I could, I would leave no stars. Had a iPhone battery replaced I was told it was brand new spent 65$ 2 months later battery went out! Second attempt took in my sons iPhone 12 to get screen replacement for $120 his battery would die extremely fast he never had a issue with battery was told at Batteries plus in temple that a cheap screen was on as a replacement instead of an iPhone screen which was why battery was dying faster.This place fixing phones fast without a doubt but sale you cramp just to make there money and let you walk out thinking you re devices are going to stay good indeed not work later on due to the cheap merchandise they put in the guy is a scammer he lost a good customer.F this place !! They were able to repair my phone screen within the same day and did a great job at it. The estimated time of completion was off by almost 1.5 hours though. He told me itll be done in an hour after drop off so I went home, ran errands, drove back after an hour had elapsed, and ended up waiting in the parking lot for another hour.

So I live in California, I came to visit family. I messed up my charging port at the beach (dropped it and sand got in it). Guy fixed it for me. No problem, told me the price, got my phone back on little over half and hour. Had to come back a couple days later because I got water damage (went to Kalahari water park, my waterproof case had a hole in it). Came back here and see thing.... Told me my price, came back again in little over half an hour. He showed me what was wrong and fixed my phone. Very nice and friendly. Good with time management. My phone is working great.... As you can tell from my post. If i ever need a phone fixed while here again I know where Im going to.

First off - thank you Khan for the prompt service on fixing my iPhone. The Problem: The right side of my iPhone Xs stopped working. Basically I couldnt open any of the apps on the right column, and the first two rows of letters didnt work, along with the backspace. Can you imagine the PITA that was? If the app didnt rotate landscape, I couldnt use it. I couldnt turn alarms on because if the slider was on the right side and most of the time they are, I couldnt manipulate them. I couldnt turn Siri on temporarily to use that to open apps. (If you are using Siri, you should do a little homework and look up the term PERSEC and OPSEC. Anyway, I looked at getting a new phone but just didnt want to donate more money to AT&T/Apple to replace a relatively new phone, that was almost paid off. I called ON SPOT and Khan asked me to bring it to his shop. He took a look, explained what happened (dropped it too many times or the wrong way) and told me he would need to replace the screen. He quoted me a fair price of $120 (For the Xs). I sat in his office while he changed it and viola my Crapple iPhone was back in business! He suggested a screen protector and sold me a tempered glass screen protector for $10 and installed it. Khan is both very proficient and very efficient in his trade. He communicates the problem and the solution clearly. I hope I dont break my phone again, but if I or anyone in my family jacks their phone up, there is only ONE PLACE I will take it. ON SPOT and the Jedi Master of Phone Repair - Khan. I would give him and his business 10 stars if I could. I believe in supporting our local businesses and repair shops like ON SPOT! I recommend ON SPOT 10/10. Give him a chance and hell win your business.
