Went here tonight to watch a college football game, not because we had to, just wanted to get out of the house. When someone finally acknowledged us at the front counter (several minutes) I told them we were there to watch a specific game so they could sit us accordingly. I was told to sit anywhere I would like and they would make sure a tv was changed to the appropriate game when it was time. We were about 30 minutes early as we expected it to be busy which it wasn t. 7 minutes after game time and after asking 3 people one of the large TVs was changed to the game I requested. We were the only ones on that side of the room even as the restaurant starting getting more customers. Even though service was less than stellar and an order of 10 wings and fries took over 20 minutes to get to our table, we were enjoying the game. Shortly into the second quarter the tv suddenly changed to a different game and when I asked about it was told all TVs were going to be switched to the fight. I can understand if the majority of patrons want something different but again WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT COULD SEE THAT TV. We paid our bill and left. I feel like someone could have come to us and said something like just want to let you know that at a certain time this tv will be switched but if you want to move to this area we ll be happy to put your game on a smaller. . Very poor customer service. I will not be back and if you want to watch local teams play don t go here.

i asked about a promotion that was being shown in store in the tv and was told it was for online purchases only, that was a lie. i called back and was told no it s for i store but i never got it and when i called nobody seemed to care or help. i was told well i still got my food but i asked about the promotion. i would never go back here who lies about something so little, than the rude lady on the phone tried to justify that all her people have been there and know but clearly they do not. very rude.

I would like to start off by thanking all the bartenders for their kind and professional service over the past couple years at this location. I had a frustrating experience on Friday 19 July at this Buffalo wild wings location.. but now come to think about it, Im very thankful the circumstance wasnt far worse. On Tuesday 16 July a man named Marco according to the patron named Ivan. Ivan also thought I was that person until he got a closer look and realized my name is not Marco I would like to thank Ivan for telling the staff that I was not Marco....So Marco was partying it up and ran a tab of 102.00 and skipped out on it. I walked in on Friday 19 July and it was implemented to me that I was that person, according to BWW management . I can assure you it was not me, the last time I was there was Wednesday 29 May prior to Friday 19 July and Ive also pulled up my GPS tracker of where I have been for the past month and if it comes down to it I can prove it in court. So I called Temple PD so that my innocence can be resolved. The officer said he looked very similar to me and even had a similar ball cap. But they couldnt distinguish the letters on the ball cap, Im pretty sure Im not the only one that has a black and white ball cap and Im quite positive My doppelganger does not work for the company Im associated with. Now it resulted in my ban from the premises of Buffalo wild wings . So to Marco you have a tab of $102 .00 @ Buffalo wild wings. So here is the frightening part, what if this individual would have done something worse? My heart goes out to innocent people who have been wrongfully accused and who have had to endure the hardship of proving your innocence , my incident was minor but it sure is frustrating and frightening.In closing, Im not sure how much footage these people saw. I can pretty much bet a paycheck this individual was there for over an hour and the bar is the best footage they have of him? Are you telling me with all that alcohol he did not go to the restroom?! Do they have cameras towards the parking lot is there no footage of him going out to his vehicle ? The human observation of video footage is not 100 accurate it was done with laziness and shear incompetence. In the hands of a trained person the video camera can redeem an innocent, and it can also condemn the guilty.but in the hands of an ignorant and incompetent person the video camera could condemn an innocent. A lot of establishments register your debit or credit card before you have a good time, maybe you managerial types of BWW should think about this before you go accusing another innocent person.

My sister and i go Thursday s around lunch time, its pretty empty and usually the service is amazing and food is quick but today it was horrible, i believe Ashley was our server and was extremely inattentive and it wasnt even busy, the food came out cold for all our orders and we all got sick this time. Didn t receive forks or napkins, couldn t even get her attention because she was busy talking to someone at the drink station. This was the worst service we have had at this location and normally its really great. Its a shame its now a gamble on the service and food

Buffalo Wild Wings in Temple used to be pretty good. Not sure what happened. Part of our order was Not quite right. We ordered 2 hamburgers; 1 burger was great, the other burger was missing Brisket, the wings were overcooked & had very little to no sauce. We ordered Garlic Parmesan & BBQ wings but you could not tell. The employee 4got our 2nd drink & we ordered ahead of time online. We spent way too much of our hard earned money to have to go thru that.

Twice we have ordered food to pickup and twice the experience had a lot to be desired. Each time we went back because we were missing half of our items and they fixed it, tied up the bag, got home and still items missing. On top of it all, the girl was very rude during pickup, like it was my fault. The phone rang until it hung up automatically because no one ever answered. Probably won t do this again; there are too many other choices.

Absolute horrible service. Not only was it slow as hell took forever for anything the waitress was rude. It wasn t event that busy to justify how slow the service was. Unfortunately I had an experience that was not very good at this location The food is overly priced and we waited over 40 min to receive food! And there were only maybe 10 customers in the whole restaurant and when we got our food it was only slightly warm at best and wings were overcooked and dry! I dont recommend this location.

Our server was awesome! Super polite, knew the menu by heart, gave great drink/dish recommendations and didnt keep us waiting or check up too much. I strongly recommend their Mushroom and Swiss Burger, upgrading your fries for $1.00 to the perfectly seasoned Potato Wedges, Deep Fried Pickles Appetizer and House Margarita.

They called last call for alcohol and my waitress took about 8 minutes to get to my table, she was to busy talking to co workers so when she came the people at my table werent allowed to get another drink. How do yall say last call for alcohol but don t give people enough time to get a drink if they would like. Last call for alcohol and stop serving basically right after you announce it. I ordered to go. The cheeseburger was over cooked and slathered w mayo. The chicken wings were also cooked to golden over done reflection! Lol. Seriously it was a chew toy. While I was waiting two families came in and waited about 5 min before they were seated. I get they may have been short staffed but the servers looked them square in the face and said nothing. They could have acknowledged them and said something to them. The poor hostess was hostess and was taking calls for takeout. The take out station is in a place she couldnt see the front. I felt bad as she was getting the brunt of the attitudes. I hope her servers tipped her out very very well.

Visit 2-17-24 Close to last call. I asked bartender if we were able to order one last drink prior to closing. Long story short, she served me another drink but I really was goin to order an another drink for my wife instead. So a lil miscommunication. She got aime major attitude because of the misunderstanding . I was very apologetic because I could see she was quite angry with what had happened. In hindsight, I should ve reduced her tip because I didn t appreciate her attitude. Put a little damper at the end of our evening. Sat at the bar. Megan was bartender name.

The food was very good the atmosphere was very noisy but I understand that but what I do not like is that I have to pay my bill with my phone it would be much easier if I can hand them either the money or the credit card it was just a down side are going to that restaurant Ill have to think about going again only will go if somebody wants to meet there. This is a nice BWW, our server was amazing, she was attentive & got us what we wanted, needed quickly. I havent had good experiences with other BWW in the past but this one is top notch. Terrible experience and wont be returning. We had a party of 12 and Our waitress, Mariah was her name i believe, was very rude, snappy and almost every order was wrong. When it was time to close out our checks, that process took at least 20 minutes because every check that was brought out was wrong. Even after being told what was wrong, she still brought it out wrong AGAIN. She closed out one of our checks before swiping our card so that added another few minutes to the check out process. She assumed we wanted grilled chicken on our crispy chicken salad.... just a terrible experience overall for the whole group of people. We usually go here for every family birthday but that will no longer be the case. Also the floors need to be cleaned and it kind of smells like dirty feet inside. Bathrooms are disgusting too. Very disappointing.

If you want the slowest service youve ever experienced, put in a mobile order. If the additional 30 minutes past your order ready time doesnt frustrate you enough, try to ask what is going on with your order, you will get to catch rolling eyes, and be cut off the entire time . When your food does come out, dont worry, only about half of your wings will be covered in your sauce of choosing. I will drive to another city before coming back to this location. Ill save time by doing so.

Unfortunately never got to eat cause after seated nobody ever came to greet us! We saw 1 waitress obviously busy with serving. So I thought maybe she s the only one working. Then I see a waitress come out after being there close to 10 minutes. She the proceeded to take a to go order from the booth near us that were still eating without even greeting us. Haven t been to one of these in a while. Mud step daughter wanted to go so we went, and we were very disappointed. The service was less than mediocre, she barely checked on us and was cold. Our wings and fries took about 40 minutes to come out . If fast food restaurants can t serve 10 orders in 15 minutes, fried wings and French fries should not take 40 minutes.

My family eat here regularly but last night s experience was subpar to say the least. We were seated around 6:35 PM and the server took our order around 6:40. We had ordered fried pickles as our appetizer along with our wings. I had also ordered a beer with a water. We received our water shortly after we placed the order however, we waited nearly thirty minutes before we got the pickles and nearly forty minutes before I received my beer. I received my food about fifty minutes after I ordered and my wife received her food about five minutes later. Not once did we receive an explanation for why our food or beer was late or did we ever get an apology. This is the worst experience we ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Stopped in tonight with my family and it started out great, until we were there for an hour before our food came out. My husband, son ordered wings, my daughter kids menu and me a burger. Their food was brought out before mine and were all done eating before my All American Burger was brought to me. Once brought I noticed they had put mustard on it. I had specifically asked my waitress for no mustard and watched her put it down in her notes. Waited almost another 15 minutes for a corrected meal just to get back the same frys that are now cold and rubbery. Burger that was remade wad great but wasnt able to eat the frys that go with it. Came here for the wings. It was terrible. Go to Pizza wings n thingz if you want wings. They are way better. I didnt even finish eating my food here and I spent about 25 dollars.

Three of us had wings and we all thought our chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. Mine had way too much sauce. For the price, it wasnt worth what we got. Normally the flavor and chicken are great, just not this trip. Disappointed. Our waitress was sweet & Service was fine. atmosphere was fine.

Okay people... thisll be a lengthy one . Youve been warned. We entered and were immediately assisted by the hostess. She asked us if we wanted to sit on the scan and order side or the menu side, or words to that effect. We told her it didnt matter BECAUSE in our heads, the scan and order side is what we experienced in the earlier stages of life after the pandemic. Boyyy were we ever so wrong. We had no issues with scanning for the menu and ordering from the app. Actually, thats a lie. Neither of us wanted to order because that meant [you] had to pay. We were being super cheap and agreed to just Zelle or Cashapp the money . That took us about 10 minutes. In that time no one had taken our drink order so we figured it had to all be done via the digital order. We ordered soon thereafter. My niece and son, already picking up on a flawed concept, wanted to move. I convinced them to stay and ride out this new way of dining (for BWs at least). I took a photo of the order to timestamp it - 7:09pm. I took pictures of the food at/around 7:22. Our drinks didnt come out until our food came out... almost 20. The hostess is the one that brought our food and drinks to us. We caught up with the hostess again and asked her if she was our server. She said no and explained that one of the other servers was supposed to pick up the table. Interesting. We move on. We quickly came to a point in which my sons drink was empty. It sat for over 8 minutes. I was able to get the hostess again and questioned if there was a Front-of-the-House (FOH) and Back-of-the-House (BOH) Mgr. She said yes but the FOH had been in the back the whole time. I asked if he/she was expoing and she said yes. Never coming out to check on the FOH. After watching time pass and still no refill, I asked for a manager. A key hourly came to our table, no MGR. I explained what I saw as an issue. She rebutted with the fact that it was a new concept and that the servers were unaware. Soooo... youre telling me that you all rolled out a new concept without a pre-shift meeting nor training session?!??! I responded Okay... lets go with that reason but how do you explain the service AFTER you told the servers about the concept BECAUSE YOU SAID that once you saw that our drinks were never delivered YOU HAD the hostess tell all of the servers about the concept? First off... wrong answer. The hostess has no authority over the servers, one of the MGRs shouldve stopped the group, as a whole, and updated them. She had no explanation other than to discount the ticket. I told her we didnt want our ticket discounted but were more curious to know whether or not the hostess would receive the pay she so rightfully deserved. The restaurant and its bold new concept are actually using the hostess as a server as well but shes on the clock as a hostess. She responded by telling us that the hostess should know to close out the check. In what world does a hostess know to close out a check? Shes not a server and I would think that the systems are set up so that no one could tamper with tables UNLESS you are a server. I then asked her, What about refills and other rendered service? What about tips? What about taxes...W2s? No server in their right mind would voluntarily close out a check because it counts against the earnings/tips. Did you guys honestly think this through? To give an idea of the concept, its almost like going into McDonalds and using the kiosk to order your food and drinks. However, unlike McDonalds theres no one calling out your ticket order nor is there a self-serve drink station. Im not sure why they went with this new concept but heres a FREE suggestion. Assign one server a shift to all of the tables. Leave your paid hostess as a hostess. If its a tip freeenvironment you are attempting to introduce, then put a self-serve station on that side. No?? Then get rid of the concept and go back to the conventional dining experience and work on making that better- yes?? Go Team Fight!

Went today ti have lunch with my friend. I came early so I ordered a drink and some onion rings..no silverware..no napkin. Waiter disappeared..smh..when my friend arrived we ordered food and her food came out first ..I waited and waited ..my friend was done eating so i asked the waiter what happened to my food ? He said hers was done first so he brought it so it didnt get cold. I asked him why the serve people ar tables together separately. I came to eat with my friend not watch her eat. I was told this is how buffalo wild wings does it. So I will not be going back.! If I come with people for dinner I expect to eat with them...boo buffalo wild wings.. do better!

Went right at 12pm with little to no customers. Appetizer (chips) took 20 minutes and I waited a total of an hour before deciding to leave without my food (cheeseburger). My server never apologized for the delay and when the manager closed out the ticket, he didn t even bother to come to my table- just billed for my appetizer and sent me on my way. There s no way this is how Owner intends for guests to be treated. Every single table was on 30+ minute wait for food. A simple apology goes a long way Mr. Manager.

I went inside and waited in the front to pick up a online order. No server or anyone came up to me at all. After waiting 10-15 minutes I left. I called the store after leaving and spoke to a manager and told her how I felt disrespected. She didnt even apologize as I asked for my money back. She said she would refund my money and it would be put back on my card. I dont recommend this place as I felt disrespected.

Ordered online had to wait 20 min after pick up time my food was cold and nasty picked up right when it came out burgers dry fries looked like they were double cooked didn t recive my drinks at all called and they said they could refund the fries well glad I got 5.00 back from a 40.00 order cuz the rest about to go in the trash will be calling corporate. Would not recommend going there bad thing was they were busy so no reason for cold food!!!

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Temple on 31st Street for lunch with a friend. She ordered the Loaded Nachos and we ordered chips and guacamole I ordered boneless wings. The waitress took our order only to come back a few minutes later to tell us they are out of chips!! Their last batch expired last night is what we were told. My friend then asked if they had lettuce for salads as her alternate choice was the chopped Cobb salad and was told they are also out of lettuce for salad!! The waitress apologized. This is happens every time I come to Buffalo Wild Wings in Temple. The General Manger needs to do better. This is the first I have come in almost a year because of frequently being out of items.

Gave a 1 star cause I had to in order to share a review. Came to have lunch. I ordered the nachos and the chips and salsa only to be told they don t have any chips. They expired last night. How do you not prepare for things like this. I wanted the Cobb salad insted only to be told they was out of lettuce. How are you out of the two mane things you need. Just how??

Great place to unwind and grab a quick bite while enjoying an abundant variety of sports on more monitors than one can easily count! Service was quick and very attentive. The drinks, appetizers, and entrées came right out Easy to move between parking and the front door with a nice outdoor eating area. Short walking distance from several hotels and the hospital.

I would say it is ok. We waited several minutes at the door... probably 5 with no staff seen before seated....seated by the hostess at a firth table. Our waitress took care of it no problem, just thought the hostess should have noticed and corrected it or moved us when seen. The ordering was easy. The food arrived room temp, not hot at all and that was strange. It was my mothers birthday, she doesnt like to make a fuss so we didnt....but yall it was my moms birthday and we got room temp food. . The boneless wings are decent size. The fries have good flavor. My daughter had been saying you all were worth the 45 minute trip for wings since the last time we came....but Im not so sure about that anymore. Parking: Plenty of parking, easy to park even bigger vehicles.

Went to have wings, but was told the wings had not thawed out! What...a wing place with no wings????? This was 5:30 Friday afternoon! So we ordered boneless wings! They were more like hard fried frozen nuggets! Poor management! Oh, and was told my Dr Pepper might taste like rootbeer...it did! Had to order tea! Needless to say, we will not be back to WINGS!

Husband and I went there over the weekend. The food is always good no matter what we order. The beer selection is great and you can always find something that you like. There is always a sports game on that you want to watch and the staff has always been friendly. Will be returning! =)
