Very disappointed in this starbucks. They were out of everything and they didnt offer anything to substitute anything. Went there for a caramel macchiato and they didnt even put caramel nor vanilla. Replying to owner: It was a stop and go coffee stop, I am not going to do a u-turn and go back from my long comute for a simple coffee and lose more of my time. The only way yall can make it right is to either refund me or allow me to get a remake to a different location.

The lady at the counter was so very nice. I told her what flavors/texture of things I would like because I had no idea what names they would be nowadays and she very kindly was able to make suggestions until we were able to find me a couple of drinks that would suit me and my Dad. I got a Summer Sky drink I think it was called, a caramel frappacino? without coffee, an egg cheese and bacon on some cibbata and Lemon pound cake.

I stopped by Sunday at 7:30AM and the doors were locked. I was confused based on the store hours. So I knocked and they all looked at me. They didn t bother to hand signal me or anything. I assumed they forgot to unlock it. There NEEDS to be a sign saying only the drive thru is in service. I am doing Uber eats delivery and it s inconvenient to guess what the store is demanding for the customers and partners.

Always packed if you re here on weekends. Too long to wait for anything! So for weekends (especially on long weekend holidays) the best is to get your drinks etc from another Starbucks before you go to the outlets for your shopping. It s not busy on week days. They do make mistakes with orders sometimes. So do check what you have received before you leave the store.

I went in to pick up an order between 7pm-8pm on January 1. When I walked in one of the three ladies working approached me and just threw her hands around asking with an attitude whether I was going to order or what was I doing. At first I was very confused and just said oh I m sorry and simply told her I was only there to pick up an order. I realized that I had placed an incorrect order for someone so instead of getting a refund, I went back in to just order the correct one that they wanted. When I walked in the same women walked up to me and didn t say anything I just told her what I was wanting except this one was iced. With an attitude she said, you just ordered that but whatever, very rudely. I told her what is your problem. This was the second time I walked in and she had a bad attitude from the very beginning. Another women wearing a beanie and glasses approached me and was trying to figure out the issue. I told her what the issue was and she did nothing to help but just said, I don t think she meant to be rude seriously?? This woman wasn t even near when the other women approached me, how would she know? I tried explaining to her further my experience from the very beginning walking in and she completely ignored me and just asked whether I was going to order or not. When I was ordering with her I tried once again to explain to her what happened, she ignored me again and walked away. I seriously thought it was a joke like wth is happening here. I usually have good experience at this location when going through the drive through but this time was SO much different! Upon walking in I just felt like the vibe was completely off. Worst experience and location I ve ever been to by far. Those women probably shouldn t be working there either based off my own experience because the way I was treated and the way the other woman attempted to handle it was terrible.

Today I accidentally placed an order in Buda!!! While I was in San Marcos, I didn t realize it until I was at Starbucks in San Marcos and my order was not there. Luna( who was in drive thru) made sure I was not charged for another triple espresso since I had already paid for it. every time i visit this location the service is some of the best service i have received anywhere..today i waited a little bit longer than predicted for a mobile order because another customer took the drink i had ordered. it really wasnt a big deal to me, these things happen, but the barista immediately remade my drink for me and gave me drink cards as an apology for the longer wait. this hasnt been the only instance where i ve had really great service at this specific location, there have also been multiple times where i have gone in and received a chorus of compliments from the baristas about my outfits!! they welcome me as if they are the most supportive friend group i could ever have. i hope someone from there reads this review and can share it with the rest of the team!! thank you for such great service, you have put many smiles on my face and make the best coffee!!!!! <3

Came through when it was busy with a long line so my boyfriend and I decided to place our order on the app before we got to the speaker to place the order so they had to do nothing but grab the order... My husband was accused of stealing from tip jar by a male employee 5/15/2023. In fact my husband put change from a 20 dollar bill(we do this every time we visit ,we feel employees work hard and for gratitude)in to white cup and did in fact push money in as to it wouldnt fall out. This place has really gone downhill since the renovations. There is little room to sit! Not sure why the removed the larger tables good for studying, now its just SUPER tiny tables that dont fit most laptops. SB used to be an excellent place to study but not anymore. The music is VERY loud, so loud that you can barely hear the person sitting next to you. Also, it takes a lifetime to make drinks! I normally order my drink b4 I leave my house and by the time I get to SB (15 minutes later) its not ready and the staff are just standing around.

Christmas eve- the staff made sure that we knew we had placed a 10 item order when we arrived at the drive thru but failed to let us know that they were out of Avocado spread. It was until we checked our order and got out of the car to go inside and to ask about the Avocado spread. The employee then stated they were out and that we had to get a refund through the app. Ive never received a refund through the app. Its always been in store. I hate to do this but how hard is it to look at an order and make what the customer order? It literally says it right on the receipt attached to the cup. They also made my frap well before pick up time so it was nice and melted and room temp by the time i got there. I get it people mess up, people are human but to charge someone almost 10$ and consistently screw up their order might as well be stealing I mean McDonalds nails it everytime for more than half the cost. And they had no straws so they used these flat tops on all my drinks and they had little to NO whip cream and missing all the toppings like the cookie crumbs no sugar sprinkles and no caramel drizzle etc. VERY disappointing the girl said they had been out of straws for a long time I dont understand why they cant just order some more. Bad service with this experience.
