If you like some inconvenience and unnecessary things in your life.. this is the place for you... first, living on the first is just an inconvenience itself, you have to go upstairs / ramp and then downstairs to get to the first floor . The first floor is supposed to be for convenience but not here... Although the apartment is pretty and small, its nice and cozy if you make it that way. The closet near the restroom is the most ridiculous design ever, whoever the designers were fire them!, just put the toilet in there already save the trouble of any smell good or bad to seep into the clothes. Then the area within the apartments looks nice, but like anywhere else, you have inconsiderate people leaving dog shiiiit on the grass .. you have someone patrolling the pool for unaccompanied minors and wrist bands but not a clean-up crew? What sense does that make? And the pool wrist band thing is retarded and that teenagers cant swim on their own? Just have us sign a waiver, and if my kid drowns, its not on you it will be on me. But Im in clear view of the pool so I think my child is good and is a great swimmer. They have a camera viewing the pool, but for what? Aesthetics? Or to actually catch those messy, inconsiderate people from ruining the beautiful pool,.. and fine $$ those people for leaving a mess so that those who love the pool dont suffer... because its one of the best pools Ive seen in an apartment, though. that is all. I really love Ariza Temple. The staff (Kecha & Rachel) are amazing, friendly, and helpful. I enjoy being a resident here. I could even disturb them at night that s how wonderful they are.

i ve lived here twice ! once with my parents and then moved out and moved in here . the staff team is absolutely amazing . the maintenance men , benny and mike , go above and beyond to keep this place looking perfect . i love it here !

I ve lived here for a few years after relocating from New York and I ve felt right at home. The staff is warm and welcoming, the property is well maintained. Pool is cleaned everyday and the lawns are trimmed regularly. Everyone here is friendly and I feel right at home. The units are hotel quality with a modern touch in the kitchen and bathrooms. Any maintenance issues are handled promptly so we never have to worry about things not getting taken care of. However, I haven t had any issues aside from a light replacement. PIN code gates makes the place feel secure and private, while still managing to have an overall intimate vibe. You guys are great, thank you for being the best past of Texas for a city guy like me.

Have lived here for 2 years and my experience from start to finish has been excellent. Leasing office is extremely professional and prompt with responding to concerns. Maintenance team is fantastic and answers repair requests really quickly (never more than 24 hrs). Im honestly sad to leave this complex and I see why its so hard to get a unit here. Oh, another thing, I have had 0 problems with roaches or other pests, which is kind of crazy because theres a decent set of trees nearby. Update 7/16/23: Living there was great, moving out had some slight annoyances, just pay very careful attention when you discuss moving out with the leasing team. Take note of what they will charge you for. Would definitely recommend that you set up a walkthrough with the leasing office to make sure that it is clear what you will and will not be charged for on move out, also take pictures of things before move out as well. Dinged a star, sorry yall those move out fees were an unpleasant surprise.

Our 1st home as newly arrived in the US and I m so thankful for Ariza. This complex is amazing!! Nicole from the leasing office has been an angel helping us out throughout the very beginning until we arrived here. The complex is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The pool is gorgeous; and kudos to Ashley who is always organizing events for residents and these events are awesome! Location is great, too. You have everything you need around you. Ariza is a real Gem!!!

The ARIZA CREW! Absolutely Amazing! From the Moment I called to obtain information on an apartment, I received the most wonderful customer service. Not from just 1 but from All. Carrie, Rachel and Nicole. It doesnt matter who you talk to you will get above a 10 on friendliness, Knowledge and speaking to you as you are already part of the Ariza family! WE applied and they called right away to let us know we were approved and sent all the details right away. There is not any waiting, worrying, guessing or any other kind of not knowing whats going on. My husband and I searched high and low for the best apartments after selling our home and deciding on a new simple journey in life. Ariza made it so easy for us. Ariza is the TOP not only in Temple but in Bell county! Mike and Benny are just as amazing on Maintenance. You submit a maintenance request and these guys are on top of it. The calm, safe feeling, knowing that you absolutely have zero worry is really the best feeling of it all! We love being part of the Ariza family! Ariza Temple has restored my hope that apartment communities still take care of their residents. From the moment I applied and got approved its been smooth and easy, and I had a LOT of questions for Rachel through the process but I am so happy here. They even gave me keys a few days early because of the holiday weekend that had the office closed when I was moving in. They even left my pups each a gift, a portable food/water bowl and doggy bag holders. It was a really thoughtful touch that we love to use all the time! Rachel, Nicole, Mike and Benny are incredible and they are all kind and make you feel totally at home. 5 stars to Rachel especially- she really has been so responsive, patient and kind to how neurotic I can be. The amenities are really nice- the dog park is perfect and even has a wash station, the pool is always clean and refreshing, the neighborhood is nice, I was worried about moving to Temple from the Cedar Park area but really I love it more here because the people are just nicer! Thank you Ariza for making me feel so at home.

Absolutely my favorite apartment complex I ve ever lived at. It s small enough to where you will get to know you neighbors and build a fun community atmosphere. Carrie and Rachel are the best and the most helpful ladies who run this place. There isn t a time I wasn t able to reach them and get help. The maintenance staff is great too, Benny and Mike thanks for letting me bug y all. These guys are always working or fixing something. Overall, best place in town hands down. We also have the best gym, pool, grill area, and sand volleyball court. If there s a wait, which I m sure there is, I would wait it out for sure!

I lived here for almost a year. Very nice apartments, great management, and a fair move out process. Many apartments try to take advantage of people upon move out, but they do not do that here. I am only moving out because I purchased a home, but I highly recommend this place.

If you want to move into an apartment complex that will jump through every hoop to help resolve issues you may be having then I suggest applying here. I recently had the property manager contact me and I have to say that I am beyond satisfied with the amount of care and concern she had for my problems. Carrie and Melissa are in the service of people and they have restored my faith in the integrity of this complex. I would recommend all my friends and family to make this place home.

this is a real nice place to live. I have lived at many apartment communities, mostly in the Dallas area, and this is the nicest for the price. There is a good well kept large dog park and lots of area within the community to walk your dog as well. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing service requests in a timely manner. Apartments themselves are nice. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is there seems to be issues with car break ins. My husband caught a group of young kids trying to break into his car when he was leaving early in the morning one day. When he mentioned it to a few other residents at the dog park they were all not surprised and stated something similar had happened to them. I think they mostly check for unlocked cars. I have never not felt safe on the property. We also had an issue with crickets and bugs in our apartment, but this wasnt a huge deal and I believe was more due to the fact that we were on the first floor and they could crawl beneath the door. When asked to have our apartment sprayed, someone came out the next day. Overall, nice place to live. We felt at home and if we werent moving out of Temple, would definitely renew our lease.

I love this community! Daniel and Lauren from Apartment Life are awesome and events are incredible. I ve never been to a community where I ve been welcomed by anyone, which was really important for me as it s my first time in TX. The front desk staff and maintenance are always here to help! The people in this office go above and beyond for the community and public. I have had a great experience with both the manager and the assistant manager. I did not end up leasing as I chose to go ahead and purchase a home. However, I made several visits and each time they showed me a model and were very thorough in their information and were extremely polite and professional.

This place is HORRIBLE you pay for a bunch of services that you dont receive. The trash services comes whenever they feel like it, 24hrs maintenance doesnt exist but we still paying for it. Everyone deserves a partial refund from the time they live at this residence into the time of move out....

The BEST apartment complex I have lived in. The Apartments are really nice and the pool are is a good time as well. The property manager has been great and quickly addressed any issues I had with my apartment. The area is in close proximity to anything that you could need or want. I waited two months of moving here to write this review. This place is awesome! Starting with the swimming pool, the manager carrie and her assistants, cleanliness, awesome maintenance service, kindness of neighbors, the events they have here for residents, the free coffee and snack, and more importantly is how safe I feel here! You pay here more than you may pay somewhere else in Temple but you get what you paid for! I believe I was so lucky to pick this place over other places and I cant be more happy! One last thing to mention, Aaliyha Hill is awesome! She will do anything to make your experience there better!

Moved into a new apartment and it was dirty, had rotting food clogging the sink drain and the disposal doesn t work, the washing machine doesn t work, the blinds are broken and will not close all the way, the walls are not completely painted, and there is no hot water in the kitchen sink, among other things. I have lived here before and been happy, but after this experience I am very disappointed and disgusted.

I left a review prior. The place is great, don t get me wrong...but all of a sudden, new management took over. Brittany, Alondra, and L Oréal were amazing and all so sweet. They made everyone feel at home! My husband and I never experienced any kind of issues or had to make any complaints about anything. MAINTANENCE was on site, very kind, and quick to fix issues. Since the original manager left, things have started to go down hill. I recently learned that the new manager from the new management company has fired everyone for not being a good fit just to bring her own team in. There was zero reason for termination as nobody had done anything wrong. Now, there is no onsite MAINTANENCE so the pool is disgusting and yellow, with trash flowing thru. The trash receptacles are always over flowing, and they also forgot to mention to everyone that they would now be closed on Sundays. Last week this poor guy was trying to move in because he was told it was his move in day, and no one was in the office to give keys or show him his apartment. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and we will not be renewing unfortunately. I m sure new management are just as sweet as old management, but letting everyone go because you want your own team in there is just rotten. Not letting people know the office will be closed on Sundays is unprofessional. Letting our pool get grimey, yellow, and full of trash is just unacceptable.

Within this price range, this is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. They use very cheap construction materials. You can hear every footsteps of the neighbors upstairs. Sometimes I can hear them talking. Every time it rains, the gate will stay opened all night, which has great security risks. Even though you have to pay for pest control every month, there are still a lot of crickets and ants. I suggest that you think about it again. There are a lot of cheaper and better apartments nearby.

I don t recommend this apartment. If I can give the zero star I will do.It had major ant problems when I moved in at first month, I have the picture to tell you how disappointed I am. Also my car is parking in the back area was scratched I don t know why it is not safety for parking. Another problem is you can here everything from upstairs if you are leaving in the second floor or first floor,I mean every single step when they walking.Even during the 2 o clock in the morning. It is horrible. The only reason I moved in here is close to hospital.

Ive lived here for almost a year and it has been an overall great experience. The apartment was clean, there were no issues with the appliances and I appreciate how energy efficient the apartment was which makes my electric bill really low. When I first moved in (in the summer), there were ants in the apartment but their pest control came within a few days and the problem was gone. There were a few instances of petty theft in the complex (my bike got stolen) but I think that is just an issue with the neighborhood in general becoming more populated. nothing dangerous, just use good judgement and lock your stuff well. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here for a no hassle, new and clean apartment.

Moving into these apartments I thought would be awesome. But it ended up being the worse experience of apartment living. The only thing good about the apartment is that if you work at the hospital it s right across the street. I have found several issues with the apartment complex from cleanliness, to the staff, and the pool parties that happen in the summer. If you re looking at living at any apartment even the arias apartments. Really do your research.

Very disappointed in these apartments. Moved in December of 2017. Had so many problems with this place ever since I moved in. At first our refrigerator didn t work, then our a/c didn t work which took months for them to fix. It s not fun living in an apartment that is 80 degrees. Also had major ant problems even though you are paying for pest control they never come by and spray. This apartment is gated but the gates never work they always stay open which is scary because there have been brake ins. Not to mention staff and maintenance are rude. I am so relieved to have moved out! I would highly recommend you look somewhere else. This place looks nice but its not worth your time or money!

Me and my Fiance were in Temple looking at apartments and we saw Ariza and decided to take a look. We took a tour and absolutely fell in LOVE with everything! Our leasing associate Loreal was incredibly patient and kind and answered all of our questions. She showed us around all of the amenities and all of our apartment options, and didnt make us feel rushed at all. I cant express in words how pleased we were with our experience and how above and beyond their amenities are! We are SO excited to lease here and make Ariza our new home!
