I saw them not using cloves while cooking, the place was disgusting, bowling balls had black marks from dirt, crickets every where, go karts kept dying on us, laser tag didn t work, and there was gum on the trampolines, the bathrooms didn t look like they get cleaned, and the play scape was so gross.

We visited on the 10th for my son s birthday and spent two hours. We had a great time until we noticed kids were hollering something in the tubes and acting grossed out. When I went to check it out I realized they were saying a kid had a bowel movement in one of the tubes. We let the people working know as soon as we found out and they went to clean it. But then my 2 year old son came to me and had someone else s child s fecal matter all over the front of his pants and arms. We let them workers know once again and sat there and cleaned my son up. The whole time none of the workers came out to clean or let parents know the area was shut down. I ended up having to let the parents that had children in there know what happened so their kids didn t get it on them either. I m assuming it was on the balls in the ball pit. I m hoping in the future they shut down an area asap when something like this happens.

When today Aug.26, 2024, paid for an entertainment band for my granddaughter and half of the systems that we paid for entertainment were down or malfunctioning. Contacted employees and even the manager and he just told us Yes we are waiting for a code and walked away.. One of the employees i went to complain about the arcade machines not working just said to me I know we unplugg them and the tech guy doesnt fix them and plugs them back in. Anyway I would like to get a refund or another wrist band when everything starts working. On a positive note, I would like to commend a young dark skinned guy who took the time to assist me in signing the waiver and tried to help me getting who ever knew about the machines. He has excellent customer service and should be the manager.

I had fond memories of a big family entertainment center from when I was a kid, and this is the first place Ive been to as an adult that was on par with those memories. Im not kidding. Everything was on point. From the three-story playscape and huge trampoline arenas to the clean restrooms and well-designed layout. I was there with younger kids so we didnt even do half of the attractions, and fully plan to go back and do the bumper cars and laser tag someday. It was pretty neat seeing just how much stuff was included with the ticket price, and I could go on about the mirror maze and the Time Freak game which held my kids captivated for almost an hour, but Ill end this review here. What are you waiting for!? Go visit XTreme Jump Adventure Park in Temple!

Extremely expensive compared to the trampoline park in Killeen. The price for one kid for one day is nearly double the price of a month subscription to Killeen and they charge for socks, Killeen doesn t. I ll just make the trip to Killeen and not bother with the temple location.

I took my kids today and I can honestly say my youngest had a make or break life moment. He had never driven a go cart before and almost gave up on the track. I knew in that moment, if he didn t do it then it was going to affect his confidence so deeply. An amazing employee, Matt went to him and gave him a pep talk and instructed him with incredible patience and kindness. He gave him the boost he needed. That will be a forever memory. Matt is an angel!

My son wanted his birthday here and so of course I made that happen! We got the platinum birthday. Everything was awesome other than two things, one was an easy fix. Laser tag was a joke. The kids didnt even get to play because they only had 4 working vest and they barely worked. When I asked the employee since laser tag is clearly not working can the kids get another round of the karts they said no. I mean I paid for something that wasnt even working so another round of karts could have done justice or something to replace. Apparently the laser tag hasnt been working for a while. I believe the employee said out of 50 vest only 4 worked. Secondly, just because someone is with a party doesnt mean add all their stuff to the parties bill. If its not already paid for why add others extras without consent from the person that booked the party? Was an easy fix but the employees wanted to act like I was inconveniencing them on that.

I recently visited Xtreme Jump Adventure Park in Temple, and I have to say, my experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks in large part to Megans exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, Megan greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. Throughout my visit, Megan went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group had a great time. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the attractions and activities in the park, and she took the time to answer all of our questions and offer helpful tips to make the most of our experience. Not only was Megan attentive and friendly, but she also showed genuine enthusiasm for her job, which made the atmosphere at Xtreme Jump Adventure Park even more enjoyable. Her positive energy was contagious, and it really added to the overall vibe of the park. Thanks to Megans excellent customer service, my friends and I had an amazing time at Xtreme Jump Adventure Park. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and memorable outing in Temple. Megan truly made our visit one to remember, and I cant wait to come back again soon!

This review is aimed at ownership primarily. Hire good managers and pay people please, because it seems like no one works at this establishment and the few that do are either really great, or dont care at all. Its a pretty big free for all when it comes to that. That jump park and games are fine and its a good place to take the kids for a few hours, but please, staff this business!

This is the go to place for kids! It is actually a core memory for my 4yr daughter, her first two word combo was trampoline park! It was her favorite place when she was 2 and still is at 4! There s always plenty of friends to play with and a million and one things to keep them active and burning energy! The playing is great but the staff is better, they are what make the place! Sure some of the staff the trampoline park is their first job and might need friendly guidance from time to time, but I nor my party have even been denied anything, needs neglected or not felt welcome! This place is 5 stars all day. bring the whole family shoot bring the neighbors the more the merrier. Enjoy some quality adult time while the kids play in a safe environment.

Pretty sure the entrance/exit shouldnt be locked shut during business hours. With more than 100 people in the building, they could only tell me they did it to keep rough kids out and were looking for the person with the keys. Had to walk around the outside of the mall with 3, 6, and 9 year old children. Very unprofessional and a huge safety risk, will not be returning.

Was up there with my family on an extremely busy day. There was so much chaos and not enough employees to go around. This establishment is needs to show some appreciation for the Management and employees cause they work so hard and do so much. I am extremely disappointed. I spent $50 to bring my kids here and they couldn t do laser tag, the rock wall or cash in their points because no one was working. We had a great time. My grandkids loved the play area and the trampolines. Bernadette took great care of us while we were there. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is some young adults snuck into some of the play areas and were being loud and cussing, while little ones played not far from them. No one said anything for awhile and then a team member did ask them to leave. I m sure having the Temple Mall as a location is a problem sometimes. Overall, the girls had a great time. I m sure we will be back.

I brought my kids here over the weekend and my kids were so excited. We walked in and it was extremely busy. We waited about 15 minutes for a cashier to help us. Once we got our bands we headed to the laser tag area. My child had to walk to the front desk twice to ask for someone to help us. We waited for over 30 minutes for someone to help us. I understand they get busy, but there was staff standing around not doing anything. As for the Valo Jump area, maybe there should be someone supervising due to kids not knowing how to take turns or entering the game when someone is already playing. My kids wanted to go into the Toxic Meltdown and we had to tell the lady at the front desk, who was just standing around doing nothing, we had to ask her 5 times if she could help us with toxic meltdown. Once the staff member walked over to operate the ride, he told my child that they could only do it 1 time because they were about to close and were changing shift. We are aware they close at 10PM, but we asked for someone to help with the ride at 9:05PM. Truly a disappointing experience.

25% of the games never work when we come and the games are ALWAYS taking swipes. It ll say swipe to continue game and you swipe but the games don t acknowledge it. Or the games will say it couldn t process the transaction prompting you to swipe again. When you do you ll see it actually did take swipes off the first time!!! You have to constantly keep going to the manager to have them reload the funds on your card.

Wow! I don t normally leave reviews, but Megan made it an exception. My kids had the time of their life, and it was literally due to her!! (And of course the fun activities) She is the best manager I ve seen there. I witnessed her work her butt off to keep the place going VERY efficiently, even while short staffed, AND on top of that keep all the kids happy!! She was literally everywhere at once with a SMILE on her face. That is so rare to see now days. And my kids have not stop talking about HER since we left! They said it was the best experience ever and she made it a day they won t forget! Xtreme jump park management - if there is a position higher for this lady, or a bonus for best manager - she DESERVES IT! Not only will I attest for it, but also all FOUR of my kiddos. Dont walk, run away! This place is shady! As here for a party, we purchased a $40 game card, and was not given a receipt by the machine. When we swiped the card to play a game, we were told our card was invalid. I told the manager this and was told, to bad. I showed my bank statement and everything and was told tough luck. A young employees took me to the machine and attempted to look for the receipt and come to find out, the machine wasnt any of the receipts properly, they were going back into the machine! We found my receipt and I was credited. This was a disaster. It took 45 minutes to fix and my kids were sitting there waiting. Thanks for holding up the paid for birthday party! The whole time I was treated like I was a thief, like they thought I was scamming them. I still have the 40 dollars on this card and I will never step foot in this moronic establishment again!

Poor management. I am not impressed with Tiffany s service. She kick me out in the table w/o helping if where my family and I can sit. The very sad thing, she just came to me and saying she pointing another customer bought the tables. I understand she bought the table but the another table where I was sitting at there s no tabletop sign. Let s forget that, how about to come and say politely by explaining properly. Or instead to help me to relocate and find a table if where my family can sit at. So my experience, whoever paid more here will get better service. Just to let you know my kids love this place. We been here multiple times. A lot of things the kids wanted to do didnt have staff at them, so they had to go to the counter to ask to do certain activities. Then someone would come and start laser tag, race cars and a thing that spins around so you can jump over or duck under it. It was clean and the kids had fun though

Tonight my family and I went to Extreme Jump for the first time and the customer service there was great!!! We had a lady that helped make our experience so amazing! Her name was Kat, she had such an incredible spirit and she was very patient with all of the children. I watched as she went above and beyond for everyone she came into contact with. We also met a young gentleman by the name of Enrique who was very informative and kind to us.Lastly we met this security officer by the name of Kristopher there who was amazing as well. Thank you all so very much for making our first trip awesome. Wish there were great customer service like this everywhere.

Unfortunately the attractions offered here are well below average. Almost 140 dollars for the 4 of us. This included unlimited jump, lazer tag, a few smaller things that i feel they added just to hike up the price. The trampoline area was extremely small. The lazer tag equipment is so old and the course so small its definitely not something worth doing more than once. The go carts were electric and extremely slow, definitely not worth doing more than once. And the icing on the cake...most of the staff acted irritated when they had to do their jobs. We will not be visiting this place again, and would strongly suggest anyone contemplating a trip i would try to find a different option. If i wasnt already so irritated i would have pushed for a refund. There has got to be other options in temple or even waco.

So when we arrived to celebrate a day for my sons birthday. The lady said she was a manager and helped us decide which band to get. Explaining what is included however did not explain that you need close toe shoes for the one flip go cart. So my child was told no they couldn t ride after spending 50$ on one pass and over 108$ all together. My child is upset, when the lady went to tell chad y all s manager what was going on he said it s posted here very loud and rude and I tired around and said yes she told me that when I came to discuss and issue but when she originally told me she about the bundles nothing was ever said about shoes we had to buy socks so . My problem here is your manager chad that is very very unprofessional and very argumentative with guests that pay a pretty penny for employees not to be at any of the activities to let the kids ride! Horrible I will never come back!

upon arrival there was a 3 employee behind the cash register not one of them smile said welcome. After paying for the tickets not even a thank you Chair and table are dirty and sticky park close at 7 they close the restroom at 6:30. Nice to have a local place but 2 hrs into our visit the Bumper Cars were not running. Finally had 3 staff try to figure it out with no success. My nephew had to disembark which was very disappointing after waiting 2 hrs. I would suggest more training and function testing the rides before customers arrive. I took 2 kids to this place and it cost just shy of $60!! They were only let ride the go karts once and they wouldnt let them bowl!!! They were told bowling would be another $25, and to top it off, at 5 pm they closed the front door and at 7pm wouldnt open it so we could get out so I had to walk all the way around the mall(300yds) to get to my truck which was parked in front of the Cotton Patch!!! So for $60 they road a go karts once and jumped on a sorry trampoline for 15 minutes!!! And not to mention its run by a bunch of kids!!! First and last time for me on this place!!! Spare Time is the Place to go. Very disappointed customer considering the mall is going downhill fast and needs something to save it...not sink it!!!

I was skeptical about the last time I brought my granddaughter and was concerned no real management. Especially the go kart course. Came back today along with my granddaughter and what a change. First of all they need to recognize an individual by the name Latero gentleman running the go karts was a real professional and very thorough about everything even safety. Last time I was here music was blasting and the other individual running the go karts was not doing his job. Everyone was hitting the barriers and even small individuals that were on the track. Even put in a complaint for the safety of everyone. But today I hope they recognize this individual and put him into a real position to apply his skills. And as a grandpa we need more individuals like him to give us a peace and knowing we are in good hands. LA Quality Management

Took 3 boys here on a Saturday. Admission varies if you use go-karts or not. Parking is free but you may need to walk a bit to the door. Theres a variety of activities for kids to play, lots of picnic tables and even Private Party rooms. The arcade is available and you can earn tickets for free stuff. Snacks are sold and there are restrooms and drinking fountains available. Overall a fun place for children, kids parties, or air-conditioned play indoors.

Attitude of staff was TRASH If youre paying for a room, you should get all of your food and drinks in a timely manner. We didnt get ours until 20ish minutes before we were supposed to be out of the room and were still RUDELY told to move out to the white tiles. One of the managers came into our room slamming cabinet doors because she was stressed out. But 7/10 for the kids :) They had fun.

Absolute garbage if you plan on hosting a birthday party for your family or kids. Spent over 600$ to host a party with a group of kids and selected the pre-decorated party options. This helps cut the cost of my own decor and allows me to have more time to plan the experience and enjoy the time together. Upon arrival our reserved party room was not setup, not decorated, and had a filthy trolly with a cheap floor fan sitting around with no guidance on if they were items we were allowed to touch or move. Once staff was contacted, they stated we dont do the decorating, and provided no options to resolve the decoration cost or find some way to make up for the lacking service/room/preparation. No host was assigned to assist, and asked us if we would like our waters now. While the bottles of water we included in the package, it doesnt help that everything that was paid for or or planned was not an option until staff were directly contacted (they stayed behind the counter throughout the entire time). We took a gamble in trying out this party location compared to the much better Urban Air and Spare Time competitors in the area and we lost. The staff were cold and crude, the games/activities that required staff assistance to utilize did not have staff readily available (limiting what the kids could play), and the pizzas we ordered were literally not cut. Side note about the pizza, when we asked for the pizza cutter we were told they couldnt give it to us and wed have to bring both pizzas back to them to cut. Instead they gave us a cake serving spatula with no further instructions. After an hour a young worker, Kat, came into the reserved party room and apologized tremendously and explained they were short staffed and that our host was having to check in parties. She was super nice and apologetic. The party reservation time was already 1/3 of the way completed by the time she was sent in to check on us, and the family members we already dispatched to leave and purchase party decor elsewhere were already on their way back to fix many of these mistakes. This review is no reflection on her, Kat, due to her being the only personnel on the clock who was genuinely shocked and upset at how horrible things had gone. Shes doing her best and is appreciated. To fail this hard at managing and operating a trampoline park/arcade is difficult, and this business made it their achieved goal. I have not personally seen such a failure since Netflix charging extra for sharing passwords. Do not come here if you dont have to. I do not recommend. No one had a good time. The time, money, and energy I have to this place will never be returned. Please learn from my mistake and take the ones you love to any other entertainment venue/arcade/fun zone.

I had my Daughters birthday party here on a Friday night, I was worried from reading the reviews it might be a busy but it was all around a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The workers did not seem bothered when asked for help. They made my family s experience wonderful. The facility is well kept and clean, the food came out in a reasonable time, and the workers all had great attitudes during busy times. This place is worth it!

Very horrible customer service, very understaffed ESPECIALLY for a weekend. Had my sons party here and our food for the party was a hr + till it would be ready. Staff unpleasant to be at work as if us customers were bothering them. Cafe staff had an attitude and i felt didnt want to take any more orders because they were behind (customer behind me stated shes very rude) Eden should NOT BE IN MANAGEMENT!! Alot of the staff just sat or stood around, where they could have assisted with the line or concession area. Pizza was over cooked and dry. Will never host another party here.

I just love everything about this place. Its a really great place for kids to run around, act crazy, let out all their energy and just be kids! There is SO much to do! Even if you purchase the standard package, your kids are not going to run out of things to do or get bored during their 3 hour time frame to play. If course, splurging on the premium package to get laser tag and the race cars is a special treat on occasion. Its also a great birthday party option. They have rooms set aside for party use.

Ive been here about 30 times now over the past couple years. The place is great and always super busy. My only complaint is the snack bar area. There is usually always a long line and only one person working the register. As well, I rarely ever see anyone come out to clean the tables up after people leave (or ever) so new customers have a place to sit. Ive waited over 30 minutes before just to get some drinks for the kids. Theres two registers up there, use them when its busy. No one likes standing around waiting forever especially when little kids are involved.

But she was throwing candy at the worker in the back and placed that same candy back in the display case to give to a customer that just landed on the floor. I know repeated BONELESS WINGS to wait forever to 2 small pizzas that literally were sitting on the counter by customers coming up just to have a wrong order i was so irritated at the point i didnt even care and at the rubbery bone in wings that i didnt ask for. I mean really how hard can your job be? I feel there should be a level of maturity when hiring people because your staff is what helps builds your business. I mean she wasnt helpful, happy or even pleasant. Maybe a little to busy flirting with the young man in the back instead of doing her job. I could tell other customers were irritated by her also just by the look on there faces.

Came here and paid for my one year old to play around , me and my husband were helping him climb up and go down the slide etc etc , worker came up to us and told us we both NEEDED to buy parent passes and their special socks even tho we had grip socks , I would understand buying a parent pass if your kid is 4+ and you re playing with them but I paid for my baby/toddler to use the establishment and I can t even help him slide or climb up stuff?? And then he came up to us again and told us there was a deal going on to where I d get a free parent pass for purchasing the bracelet for my baby , which I had all ready done but they never offered it at the desk even tho I asked the worker if they were doing weekday discounts and deals. I mean yea the establishment isn t bad but they definitely upcharge for snacks and try to get money any way they can. Not to mention the whole place was empty during our time being there , you really couldn t let me help my 1 year old use the slide ??

Went to visit xtreme for a bday on 9/25. The young lady with the long braids checking us in and Jason the asst manager were amazing. Jaden in laser tag was cool. These guys were super nice. The rest of them...need attitude changes. The girl in the cafe was very rude, cafe staff were all eating while helping customers, saw lots of health code violations, most of the staff have earbuds or airpods in, and dont forget to mention the 13 year old thats working there. The bathrooms were filthy with whole rolls of TP in the toilets. $2 for a 1oz bag of cheetos is crazy!! I would put the names of staff but no one had on a name tag. Had to ask for names. Overall great place to waste 3 hours. But its gone down hill the past 2 years. What happened. Must be new management because it wasnt like this before.

We had a great time and felt like the prices were very reasonable. The only reason I didn t give it 5 stars was because of the horribly rude staff. We encountered only 2 pleasant staff members. All of the staff at the cafe were unbelievably rude, took forever to get the food, and barely spoke to us when we asked questions about the food. I waited 30 minutes for a simple salted pretzel and they got rude with me when I asked how much longer it would be. They also were rolling their eyes and laughing to each other about customers. If young kids are going to be working here, they might need a refresher on kindness and customer service. The super young kid with the blonde hair at the front desk was SO sweet though!!

Our grandchildren thought this park was awesome and so did we. The activities are various and engaging for all ages. The level of energy needed is a bit intense but perfect for children who loves constant motion. For the most part the facility was clean, could yluse a bit more attention to cleaning the tabletops, benches and touch surfaces. I wish I had gotten the name of the very tall young man who has worked there almost 2 years. He is the most people oriented, respectful and friendly employee in the building.. The other employees do not make eye contact, do not respond even when told thank you. I definitely recommend this park for children toddler to pre teen. I also recommend the owner/manager train/teach employee customer service to your staff. And put that young man in charge of everyone.
