Johnny called within 35 mins of our call. On site less than 1 hour, resolved thermostat wiring issue (my fault) and checked our entire system to determine that all was good, so the 60 amp 2-pole circuit breaker for the heat was bad. Highly recommend this company, fast service, fast and knowledgeable technician and friendly personnel from the office to the technician.

Jeff showed up about an hour and half after I called. Had the problem diagnosed in about 15 minutes and repaired in about an hour. These guys are prompt, good and fast. Dont hesitate to use them. I will be checking into seasonal PM services.

My AC fan stopped working on a Murphys Law Friday, at the end of the workday, during a heat advisory, and during a surprisedly unexpected thunderstorm. I figured we were going to experience a really rough, sweaty weekend ( ugh). Thankfully, this company does emergency calls, Johnny showed up amazingly quickly, and the AC repair was straightforward and swift. He also informed me of the potential need for a new fan motor and the cost. I emailed the company Thursday night about A/C not keeping up. Then I received a phone call very next morning from All-Pro to have someone come take a look that very day! They always call a few minutes before arrival which is helpful so I have time to put my barking dog away :) Johnny spend little time diagnosing the issue and had it fixed and working properly in less than five minutes. Temple All Pro Air came to my Mother-in-Laws house to service there AC, its been out for over a month and the have been living with my wife and I . I told Jeff that another AC company said it would take a month to get the parts. He looked up the part and said it was in stock in Waco. Jeff told me he could get it working until the part get here next week. The AC is working GREAT and my In-laws can stay at their own home. After a terrible experience from another provider that cost me money and the diagnosis was wrong, I called All Pro. From the initial visit to diagnose the problem to final completion, using All Pro was a wonderful experience. Friendly, prompt, highly competent, multiple follow up calls from them to make sure I was taken care of, fair pricing and the technician was attentive to all my questions. All Pro Air Conditioning just put an entire new a/c system in our house along with the new refrigeration lines needed and a new thermostat and offered us a terrific payment option~~when you call, you have the pleasure of excellent customer service and a level of care regarding our situation that was so so appreciated~~installation day was well over 100 degrees but they never flinched, put it in exactly as described~~such nice people who worked with efficiency and got us up and running exactly as they contracted~~we would recommend All Pro to everyone in Central Texas!

Today A/C stopped working while I am out of state. I called several other companies who advised no appointments until next week. I called All-Pro at 11:41 am and they said they could work me in between 12 and 4pm today. Johnny was at my house just after 1pm and quickly found problem, a clogged drain, and remedied problem along with doing system check. The fee was less than I expected with the quick service response. They couldnt fix the issue I had originally called about. Couldnt really do much of anything on the service checklist. Wasnt completely the techs fault. The unit was installed in a difficult orientation. But the guy that I delt with on this job didnt really have a can-do attitude. On top of that messed up the gas line going to the furnace. Came home and the house was filled with gas. We have an older home so the valves at the wall making the connection to the furnace were out of date but still working. The furnace and the line that was damaged was only 5 years old. Had to call Atmos energy to find the gas leak. Determined it was right where the tech was working. Got red tagged by atmos which led to a 1000$ bill from a plumber to bring all the valves and connections in the house up to code. I had the plumber fix the techs mistake as part of that 1000$ If you need a system recharge or simple task I guess they can do that. But if you have a real job you need done. I would look elsewhere.

We had a great experience here! They were able to get our AC/heating maintenance scheduled quickly and it was very affordable! They called us after they were done with our service since we weren t in the area at that time to explain every thing to us, they gave us the sizes of all of the air filters we need, and they told us the location of all of the air filters in our new house. Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of this summer. I called them at 10 am. Heres why they got my business: 1. They actually answered the phone in person. 2. They were able to give me a ballpark figure without the usual, It all depends... 3. They were able to come the same day. 4. They were polite and professional on the phone. Heres why theyll keep my business: 1. The serviceman easily identified what was wrong and had a replacement part with him. 2. He explained what the problem was and gave extra information. 3. He was honest. The price was about half of what it was estimated to be!! 4. He did not complain about the heat or my messy garage. What a professional, and what an asset this business is to Temple!

Was charged $55 and then an attempt to sell me equipment that was under warranty? Compressor went out and was told it wasn t under warranty. Checked myself with original manufacturers and it was still under warranty. Don t trust these guys they are price gouging and will take advantage of you at every turn. Got a second opinion and it will cost me $425 less to have the second repairman to fix the same compressor. SMH this is an example of the integrity of ALLPRO HEATING AND AIR of Temple.

I could not have asked for better service. I had an ongoing issue with my HVAC system which the original installer and service provider was not fixing (and actually was responsible for, as I discovered). These guys are awesome! I had them come out to check my unit, turned out it was nearly 20 years old. The unit was still working, I asked about a new air conditioner and I decided I should invest in a new system. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy a new system. I love my new American standard system that was installed. My old system had many problems that made the installation of the new system very trying. The system was installed professionally and they ended fixing more items to ensure our safety and that the new system performs at the peak performance. Amazing job! Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Our AC kept freezing up, called on a Friday evening, had someone at our house by noon on Saturday. We ended up getting a new unit since ours had hit its lifespan and because of the ongoing problems we had been having with it...no pressure to buy, and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. Had our new complete unit installed in about 5 hours, less than a week of them coming out. These guys are the best!They came out in the middle of the summer when our old AC broke down and we had no cooling. Up and running in a couple of hours! No one else even bothered to return our call. Over a year later they installed a whole house brand new energy efficient system for our home. It works fantastic and cut our electric bills because it is so efficient! Today was a good day. The technician name Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly. He called me and let me know he was on the way and did not take him long to arrive at my house. Also, let me shadow him and was willing to teach me things that I need to know as home owner how to maintain my AC unit and what to look for in the future if I needed to call them again for repairs. This the second time I have use this company, and all I can say they are Great with reasonable cost, and the customer service on the phone was friendly. I would give them more than 5 stars and rate them above a 10 if I could. I would give them a call first if you need repairs and they give you an estimate before they work on the problems, so you can see what the cost is. Of course you will have to pay them going to your residence but All Pro is worth it.

Absolutely awesome A-plus service! My heating/AC wasnt working at all !! I called at 930 am and they showed up around 1100ish..diagnosed the issue, EVEN went back to the shop to get a part.. And wa-la...the system was working again.. All before 1230pm!!! They are very professional and efficient! From phone call to labor, very nice... So my 3 year old AC could only keep my house at 80 when set to 73 and the condensation was so bad out the drain line, my yard was like a swamp. Had a different company come out twice just to tell me they could not find anything wrong and they said its an insulation problem and charged me $125. Johnny from Temple All Pro came out and in less than 5 minutes, he told me the problem, the solution and was on the phone with the warranty folks getting the new part for free. Temple All Pro will be back to install the new part once it comes in, but with the professionalism and knowledge Johnny showed in the short time he was here, I have no doubt that next week my family will be much more comfortable as we finish out the Texas summer.
