Turned into a terrible salad place. The salad was terrible and so was the panini. I think the place changed hands so basically gone way down in quality. The croutons totally burnt and yuk Vegetarian options: One can choose only veggies

I recently dined at Saladwords and had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was inviting, and the food was outstanding fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavors. I particularly enjoyed the buffalo chicken panini which was a perfect blend of textures and tastes. What made my visit truly memorable was the excellent service provided by Mihal Jacob. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive to every detail. His genuine care for the customers was evident, making my dining experience even better. I highly recommend Saladwords, and if you visit, be sure to ask for Mihal Jacob for a top-notch experience.

Dear owner, I came in and found the AC was out, a giant loud noise sounding like a garbage disposal had a spoon stuck in it was going on while your employee was working. Why would you subject your employee to unfair working conditions? Hes sweating and the room is obviously hotter than outside. Please have empathy on your employee.

Loved my meal from Saladworks! Everything was delicious and there were so many things to choose from. The new owner and staff are all so friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable to sit and have a meal in. Definitely recommend!

The food here is of poor quality and left much to be desired, but the customer service is outstanding and the staff are very friendly. During my visit yesterday, I ordered two salads that were made with low-quality, seemingly unfresh ingredients. The situation worsened when the salad dressing tasted rancid, prompting us to return the dishes and request a refund. Given the high prices for such subpar ingredients, I wont be returning. Id rather go to Salata, where I can get better quality food for the same price.

I used to be an avid visitor for my lunch breaks and it is very different than before. The staff was very friendly as usual so thats great. However the portions are much smaller than before. Okay inflation.... Then the ingredients are not the same as online there are a few good ones missing. Okay odd... Then I order my same dressing I usually order which is the green goddess. Its now neon/ mint green..... strange but okay. (it also tastes different and its not good) The salad is so small I finish it in like a few bites and its so blah. I also got the Buffalo Chicken Panini like I used to and it tastes super odd the ingredients just dont taste nearly as good as before. This place has always been on the pricier side for what you get but it was worth it to me but now not at all. Ive attached a photo of my neon green goo for reference. It used to be great but now its terrible.

New ownership in Sugarland Location. All items and dressings are tasty fresh and top class. Negatives- wholegrains serving ladle/spoon size got smaller. Each item is served to least quantity. The lady will give you exact 2 oz or so , If Im going to pay $13ish for a salad meal then I expect decent quantity. Else neighboring Salad and GO drive thru gets my business for $6.

The cheese broccoli soup was excellent. However, the chicken sandwich was tasteless. There were supposed to be cranberries and pecans and I couldn t taste any. The bread tasted old and they didn t even put any mayo on the bread so it was very dry. They didn t even cut it in half. Definitely not a repeat.

It was my second time here. I created my own wrap and it was great because everything tasted fresh. But most importantly the service was awesome, I didnt catch the name of the woman who helped us but it was on Friday at 7:30pm on 6/2. She went out of her way to help get us fresh rolls, and was really helpful and friendly. They all kept the place clean and neat. I would go back just for the service.

Okay, I was happy when we found this place. The salads were great, and I loved the broccoli cheddar soup. However, the last 3 orders we have placed were a complete disaster. Some days they dont have soup. Some days, they dont have bread, or they cant take walk-in orders or online orders. Its ridiculous! The broccoli cheddar soup I got today was in a drink cup, cold, super thin, and tasteless. We couldnt even get half our order because they had no bread. What soup, salad, and sandwich place has no bread? I have no idea what is happening, but come on.

There are aspects that I really want to like about this place. Its close to my home and I am really trying to eat healthier. But alas I just dont think I can make this my new place. First of all it is more expensive than the fast food salads around. Then the service is always just okay. They never seem to be glad you are there like you are putting them out and they would rather you had not entered. They are supposed to give you a roll with your salad but forget every time and so you have to ask. Now here is the final issue for me. The roll last night was inedible. It was the hardest roll I have ever been served. I thought that maybe if I broke it in half at least the center would be edible. Nope. It was hard as a rock all the say through. Also the croutons were a bit overcooked as well with a slightly bitter taste.

I really wanted to like this place!! My husband told me it wasn t good, but I wanted to try it for myself. I got the Mediterranean chicken salad with half greens and half grains. They said they didn t have brown rice, so I said the white rice was fine except that it wasn t! The rice was severely undercooked, and it felt like eating pebbles in my salad. My first bite I checked to see if I had a rock in my mouth, only to find out it was the rice. We visited Saturday at 11:15am, shortly after opening, so I was disappointed the rice wasn t fresh. Overall the salad felt small and dingy, and overpriced for the amount of food we received.

OMG! Saladworks is definitely worth a visit. They have salads, wraps, sandwiches, paninis and soups. The salads average about $11.50 each. Dont be scared by the price because you get a lot. It lasts two meals for me. My fav sandwich is the Turkey Bacon. I also like the Tomato Mozzarella and Basil panini along with the Three Cheese Panini. The Avocado BLT is also worth trying. The two salads I alternate are the Avocado Cobb and Greek. I usually go with the Goddess Dressing for the Cobb salad and Greek Vinaigrette for the other. I like the broccoli cheddar and loaded potato soups. I have tried any other as these two are my favorites in general. I love the Reeses peanut butter cookies. Try a pick two of soup, salad, sandwich or panini if you cant decide on one. If you order to go, they put the dressing on the side.

Constantly getting order wrong and charging for extras never received. Need to always check order prior to leaving on to-go. The chicken in my Asian Crispy Salad was so old, tough and inedible. I thought about taking the chicken out and taking it back for them to ear it. My husband took a bite and said it was burnt, horrible. Was like rubber and couldnt get my fork in it. A lot to pay for a salad that is not fresh. Waste of money!

we love the food here, which is why we keep coming back but the service was very very slow. there was a trainee and the person training her wasnt showing her but telling her to stop doing was she was doing and that he was gonna do everything. he looked very irritated with her and she did a great job with us but just looked a little nervous. our protien portion were also cut in half because they were running out of chicken. this experience might make us not come back. the two starts are for the trainee who did an amazing job!

The salads and sandwiches are delicious, however the service has been inconsistent. The first time I went I was asked if I would like my salad mixed for me when ordering the pick two. The second time I went I wasn t asked and the employee placed my salad how she had wanted to. The second time I went I was offered chips and a pickle to go with my pick two, yet the first I went I wasn t offered and didn t know my meal I paid for came with those two things which weren t given or offered to me. Very rude employees. I walked In and wasn t even greeted. I had to say hello And the girl working the counter on Friday May 6th 2022 5:50/5:55 barely acknowledged me or my daughter. Neither did the other male employee working at 5:55pm . Both should Be fired . The lack of customer service is what made me leave. The counter where the salad ingredients were, Was un kept with food spilled all out of the containers. I had come to place a large order and was so excited to try this place out . Ok, my family and I have been here twice. The first time we went and dined in for lunch and had a great experience. The service was top notch and the food was all great. But we went tonight at 8pm for take out and we were all so disappointed. The bread rolls were beyond hard. I m talking like insanely hard. The red velvet cookies were hard as well and super stale. Not even my toddler would touch them, and she never turns away a cookie. I m still giving a 3 star because I do like the place. The salads are good and the service has always been great. As someone who has worked in the salad industry for twenty years, this is definitely one of the places to get a salad. When performing the dead hamster test (other salad professionals will know what this is!) the hamster scored a 22. This is great, and proves the quality is incredible. The staff is also great. Ive ordered twice from here. Once using door dash and once using uber eats. The first time with dd part of my order was missing, I called salad works and they explained that they had in house delivery and could deliver whatever items were missing. I appreciated the good customer service and they even threw in a free cookie. I ordered the chicken caeaser salald (came with a roll) and the turkey panini...the salad was fresh and the panini was delicious. The second time I ordered the chicken caesar salad again and a turkey sandwhich. The salad had some not so fresh pieces of lettuce, thats why Im giving 4 stars. Overall though, the food is good here and I would recommend giving it a try.

My first time trying this place. I had the Pick 2. I chose the Asian Crispy Chicken salad and the chicken noodle soup. DoorDash delivered it to me at work. Omg! When I opened my bag, the presentation was beautiful and much bigger than I thought it would be. The food looked really fresh!!! I didn t realize it also came with a bag of chips and a roll. A lot of food for the money!!! The chicken noodle soup was really good. Based off of my personal taste, my only negative is that the Asian Crispy Chicken salad ended up being too sweet for me and the chicken on the salad was cold instead of warm and crispy. Maybe a spicier dressing would help. However; I most definitely will still try another type of salad next time.

While I understand this place is new, I had my order wrong twice now. First time I ordered an Asian salad and they gave me ranch dressing and also messed up on the toppings. Well maybe they re busy, let s give them another chance. Second time I ordered during off hours (around 5 pm) a Farmers Market salad and it came with no dressing, utensils, or roll. Imagine my disappointment opening the bag after a 20 minute round trip picking up the food. I tried calling and no one picked up. Highly disappointed.

Two salads put together by two different people. Supposedly the same size but the ingredient portion size on my spouse s salad is what I would have hoped for.
