I can t rate them under 5 stars because their product and service is great but I do have some feedback. Find out what customers are driving for the pickup orders. Because fresh stuff was brought to others before me then I was I was brought mine from a different area only after what was asked what I ordered. I feel if you asked color and car it would be better. Even if you don t I ll keep buying. Just worried bout others

This place is near my house and after having a horrific experience with Pizza Hut delivery a few weeks ago, I decided a PICK-UP order at this place was a better idea than trying the Hut again. We ordered a large hand-tossed pizza and an order of pasta. The pasta was good. Tasty, properly cooked, and an appropriate portion. The pizza toppings were good. The sauce wasnt bad, but tastes basically like canned/jarred sauce. Im not sure if they make their own sauce, but they should consider making it a little spicier. It was a little bland, but wasnt bad tasting. Just pretty ordinary. The hand-tossed crust was a little chewy on the outside, witha. sort-of bagel texture. I actually liked it pretty well. The service is a little weird. If you are paying by CC, they want your number over the phone even for a pick-up order. I wasnt totally comfortable with that. Since Im going there in person, I felt I could just present my card when I got there. Arriving there, there was a sign that said STOP, wait in your car...Kinda weird. Went back and waited in the car and sure enough they came out with the order after a few minutes. Wouldve been helpful to tell me about that on the phone, considering we had a pretty lengthy conversation that included giving a CC number. I will probably go back here for another order, but I may stick with pasta, which I think was better than the pizza.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Sicilian Pizza & Pasta in Sugar Land, and it was an outstanding experience. Not only was the taste of their pizza exceptional, but the customer service was top-notch. The lady who assisted us was incredibly nice, and to add a cherry on top, she even delivered our pizza to our car. A delightful experience that deserves a solid 5 stars!

Spinah Alfredo pasta is a must try! Great taste. However I didnt like the fact that there is no dine in and we need to pay over the phone . If you go in, theres some fee you hVe to pay which is really not necessary!

Never actually got their food. I just moved here and was trying different pizza places to find my new spot. They looked good so I called in an order. Their online ordering was down so I just called instead. They wanted my credit card number ahead of time and I asked if I could just pay when I got there. The guy said the door was locked and they bring the food to the car. That is one of the dumbest things Ive ever experienced. What happened to ordering a pizza, going to the store and picking it up, then going home and eating it? Too much nonsense and too many other places to go.

We ordered from here and it did not disappoint at all. We ordered a small cheese pizza with hand tossed crust, medium Greek pizza with thin crust, a large cheese pizza with mushrooms, a philly sub, and cheesecake. Everything was great!! Would highly recommend this place. (The Greek pizza was awesome!!!!)

Was on this side of town for training and was looking for a quick lunch. When we rolled up I didnt think it would be ready so we waited in the car. He bought it out to us which was wonderful! Pizza was perfectly cooked with a nicely browned bottom and toppings were delicious! Going to have to find an excuse to come to this end of town just for that pizza!

Do not get their pasta! I ordered 2 different types of pasta from here and both were awful :( I called back to see if I could return them or have them remade and the man on the phone just kept saying that s how we serve it to everyone . Apparently their food is pre-made.

So, it was a Saturday afternoon, and I wanted pizza. I tried one national chain. Their website wasnt working. I tried another chain, and their location near me wasnt delivering that day for some reason. I decided to try a new place. I picked it based on reviews, and oh man, was I not disappointed! I got the Spinach Chicken Alfredo, and it was terrific! You can taste the freshness. I cant wait to try more of their menu. I am sure I found my only pizza place, forget the national chains!

Sicilians pizza is a better pizza by far. With natural ingredients, perfectly cooked, fresh and a load of ingredients. You dont have to (look) for the ingredients. Unlike its major competitors with their big advertisements on TV. This company do pizza right. I am from old school pizza whereas you used to get your money worth. Now you pay more and get less. Please stay around Sicilian.

Was impressed with the taste of ingredients, sauce, and crust. Bread taste great and crust is crunchy just right. Only the pizza toppings slide off when picking up. The price is a little high. But I would recommend this place over the big box pizza wannabes. I will be a repeat customer.

I live in Sugar land and I always order and my salon in Katy and anytime I had a party I called him to bring it for us in the salon is very professional very clean and it s so delicious . Pizza is generally pretty good here; however, it was much better when employees made the pizza and were generous with the toppings. Owners been the only one working for a while now. Pizzas have hardly any toppings on them, mostly crust and cheese. Beef ravioli had very thin layer of beef in it and marinara sauce was over-salted. Anchovies are too salty and ruin pizza. Its convenient, so we continue to order food here; however, we dont order from Sicilian as much as we used to for reasons mentioned.

We were on the lookout for a new/great pizza place and stumbled here by pure chance and thank goodness we did. The menu is awesome with great choices for my whole family and my Favorite sub the Garlic and cheese. The best of the salad and sub world put together. Delicious!!!! The ingredients are very fresh and high quality. I recommend this place 100%! The pizzas and calzones are awesome! The owner is there and makes the pizza himself. He comes out and sees how you are doing, although there is limited seating. The taste is well worth ordering to pick up or for delivery.

Horrible, Horrible, horrible customer service! Who hired people like the ones that work there?!?! Stood at the front for about twenty minutes in a empty reasturant may I add, and this guy clearly sees us. He asked us evetually how can I help you we state that we want to place an order to dine in, and he just goes back to the kitchen like he didnt even hear us! Decided to leave. This reasturant would probably have better ratings if they hired people with actual customer service skills. #NEVERAGAIN
