Yesterday we celebrated our son s 7th birthday at this location, the manager was very helpful and the staff as well. Whoever was in the Chuck E suit brought tears to my eyes our son can t see very well and cannot stand but the person in the suit dropped to a knee so our son could see him and gave him a hug! Thank you for going the extra mile and making our son s experience so awesome!

Honestly Chuck E Cheese has lost its charm from the 90s when I used to go their as a kid. Now Im taking my kids there and its just not the same vibe. The whole place is run by untrained young people who has zero passion to be their. There is no smiles, charm, customer service! I couldnt even get a proper cup with a lid for water for my toddler as a courtesy. Everything seems just over priced. The workers their doesnt even have the customer service skills to point out combos that will best fit the customers needs. Overall Id take my business somewhere else where its appreciated. Id like the corporate to take a really close look at their operations or I can see them out of business in next few years.

When I tell y all I have been coming to Chuck E Cheese since I was 5 and Tha manager Mrs.B or Belinda has the best customer service I ever had at any location. We will continue to come here until my daughter outgrows Chucky E Cheese and that will be a long time from now. Definitely recommend coming and if you have concerns just ask for Mrs.B !!

I come here at least twice a week and get great customer service but I went here today 6/29 at 3:30pm and the young girl at the counter was constantly on the phone while serving me. I had to tell her twice to focus and ring me up. She was so rude and banged the ringer for my pizza on the table and said I am not her father and can t tell her what to do. She has a horrible attitude and can t work here.

I bought the silver summer pass and come almost everyday. I oay for the trampoline EVERY TIME and there are always children in there that do not pay. I have to constantly keep telling the works and they come and remove the children. Many parents I have spoken to are also frustrated for the same thing. You should have a Pay At Counter sign standing at the bottom of the trampoline stairs so that children and parents see it. There is a sign on the door but no one sees it. The trampoline us a great added attraction but needs to be manned at all times.

The razor for giving 2 Stars is due to the fact that I paid $12 dollars more for my son to jump on the trampoline and there were more than 6 children inside jumping, none of them I paid, some of them did not have socks to jump on and it does not seem right to me that I pay every time they come and leave the other children with nothing. I usually don t give a bad review but this location is okay and I don t blame any employees I blame the upper management- they need to treat these employees better and need to give them the support. The workers are overworked, the place is just bad in that way and they don t want to give 100 because of lack of support again employees is as good as their management. So please give them the support so that this place will be awesome for the kids in terms of food, atmosphere and overall experience. Again, I don t blame no employee, but upper management.

I visited Chuck E. Cheese with my child, who was eagerly looking forward to seeing Chuck E. Cheese in person. Unfortunately, our anticipation turned into frustration when Chuck E. Cheese never made an appearance during our visit. Seeking clarity, I approached the manager to inquire about the schedule for Chuck E. Cheese appearances. However, the response I received was far from helpful. The managers answer was vague, stating, whenever he comes out, which left us confused and disappointed. I attempted to get a more detailed response, asking if there was a specific schedule, such as every hour or every three hours, only to be met with the same unhelpful reply and a dismissive attitude. The manager insisted that Chuck E. Cheese has his own rules, which seemed to justify the lack of a clear schedule for appearances. What was more disheartening than the absence of Chuck E. Cheese was the managers rudeness. A simple question regarding a character appearance schedule should not result in such an unwelcoming and dismissive interaction. This experience significantly impacted our visit, leaving my child disappointed and me frustrated by the lack of empathy and customer service. While Chuck E. Cheese is known for being a place of joy and entertainment for children, our experience was overshadowed by poor communication and customer service. Its unfortunate that a potentially wonderful day out was marred by an interaction that could have been handled with much more care and professionalism.

Unsure of the female managers name, but she s an older, blonde hair, white lady. She is SO incredibly rude to the children. She single handily made what was a great time with my children horrible. When I tell you I wanted to grab my children and leave immediately. No one should EVER speak to children like that. She s rude, unprofessional, and needs to get out of a place of employment that deals with children. I wish I took a video of how she was talking. It was outside the trampolines. A bunch of kids ran up saying they wanted to jump instead of explaining anything it was. Go get $11. It better be real money, no fake money. Wanna jump?! Go get the money it felt like she was bullying the children. At first I assumed I was being a mama bear when I was upset by it, but also my sons grandmother, grandfather, and 16yo aunt also all were upset by how this woman was speaking to these kids.

Took my grand baby to this establishment and my how has it gotten quite expensive. It was almost $100 for 1 pizza, sum cheesy bread, and a few drinks. I had my daughters party there as a single parent this was the most affordable place for me. My first host was awful and when I tell you the manager took over my daughters party quickly and corrected the problem IMMEDIATELY!!! I wish I got her name but she is the lady in the pink shirt on the picture posted below. She made my daughter feel so special on her day. It was our first time here. The parking lot was packed so it was a struggle to find a proper parking spot. We were invited for a birthday party. The party host gave the boys a card with a bracelet so they can put it around their arm. I was surprised that they dont do tokens any more. So I took the boys around the arcades and each game was either 1 or 2 minute. They enjoyed it. After 3 hours we still had a bunch of points so we will save it for next time we go!

Had my daughters party there, when ordering the pizza the girl told me it would be 4 pizzas. I questioned her because there were only 8 kids in attendance and my husband and I were not eating anything. Since it was a booked party and she was the host I didnt think anything of it and when the bill came I paid it. After checking my account today I saw that I was charged an extra $50, after speaking with customer service because you cannot call the store directly, they let me know that 2 pizzas was the correct number for the party. Also it would be nice if the kids could pick the flavor of their Dippin dots and the pizzas not be stacked on top of each other with trays in between them.

My daughter had a great time at her birthday party there on Sunday, and the birthday part service was pretty good, but service generally was not great. I never got my receipt so I could record the points earned from the birthday party on the app, and I did not receive the bonus play cards (for use on a different date) that I was supposed to get as part of the birthday package. It didnt dawn on me until after the party, but I have been calling 4-5 times per day everyday since, but the phone rolls to a recorded message every time and tells me no one is available and hangs up. The same thing happened every time I tried to call leading up to the day of the party too. If you call the number online, you get a corporate office. There is literally no way to reach the Sugar Land location directly without going by in person.

Well a lot of changes were made since Covic..They took down the Theater with the mechanical puppets that used to play the piano and sing it was pretty cute back those days but they dont have that anymore and the prices of the games went up higher now you got to use a card you hold a card but each game that my grandchildren played were very expensive so Chuck E cheese is not where it used to be very expensive on playing games for the kids the food was okay nothings spectacular the pizza was too small and the crust was very like eating crackers cracker crust but the chicken wings and the chicken drumettes were fine its just a pizza was not great at all and it was too small in size and that the price was there everything got smaller but everything got pricer$$$..

Today we went back to this location and had a great time. This location never disappoints we love this location! They had a bunch of new games, was super clean, and the lady working the front was very accommodating being the only one up front. (We were there from 10-about 1ish.) I highly recommend this location for just the day to play or parties (my son had his party there last year). Thank you again for a great time!!!!

We were buying our card but the machine didnt work because the workers are lazy and didnt refill the cards and it still charged us and we still havent got our refund back made us pay double for 1 card dont come here go to anywhere else but its a scam

I m actually not a Chuck E. Cheese fan since so many are dirty. This one was not. It s very clean and less crowded than Pearland. My niece had her 3 year old birthday party there and I was very impressed.

Horrible customer service but what can you expect, it s a bunch of kids working. Talk to them and they walk away and don t say a word, anything you ask is an inconvenience. I only come to this location because it has more younger toddler games than other locations.

Plenty of machines not working and they aren t checking them or putting out of order signs. So people are just spending money with zero use. The cameras for sketch is broken and no warning sign. The mouse mascot clearly sees that my son doesn t want to be near him and he tried to be funny to chase him. I told him enough and no thanks. Then when we were leaving we see everyone else walk out and they didn t check their stamps. Yet, I walk out and they come out running saying they need to check. I told them they should have someone here and check everyone and not just select people they feel needs to be checked. Never coming here again, worst chuckie cheese and I thought the one in Webster was bad. Webster location was a godsend compared to this one.
