Quint little park with playground equipment and swing sets for small kids. Several picnic tables, a few benches, together with a roof over the head, are ideal for having lunch here. Very peaceful, safe and clean. Playground: For small kids Picnic area: Two tables.

Love this park! The big kids playground is all shaded in the morning and the little kids one has some shade. Great benches in shade and a small pavilion. My only complaint is it doesnt have big kid swings, but otherwise, I love it! 2 toddler/baby swings. Can see the creek through the trees (and sometimes trains!). Never seen anyone loitering in the parking lot in the mornings.

This is a very nice neighborhood park. Located at the historic entrance to Sugar Lands oldest neighborhood, The Hill, this recently renovated park has a playground, art installation, picnic tables, and a charcoal grill beneath trees and adjacent to a bayou. . There is some parking, adequate for this seldom busy location. . Bring bug spray to keep the skeeters away.

Good: Gated community playground with 2 different structures, 2 picnic tables inside and 3 benches. Theres also 2 picnic tables outside with a small grill. Not much traffic coming by. Only area residents. Feels very safe here since you have homes in front of playground. Bad: No public restrooms. Must not let kiddos run outside the gated playground since there is a huge bayou. Very limited parking spots. About 4. But Im sure you can park in the street.

The park is absolutely amazing. My only problem was it has no swings for kid over 1yr or so and we had to leave quickly because theres no restrooms in sight. Other then that everything is like new and clean with a complete fence with gate so you absolutely know your kids are safe. We will definitely be going back.

This is a great little park! There is a side for smaller kids and a side for bigger kids. Its gated the whole way around so you dont have to worry about street traffic. Some train tracks across the river let the kids watch trains roll by. The trees down the lane its on are beautiful.

Tiny park in Sugarland that s worth a look!! First thing to keep in mind - there are only 3 parking spaces available at this playground and they are almost ALWAYS occupied by people completing drug deals. However, the park itself is adorable. Newer playground equipment, and a set of small swings. The entire playground is enclosed in a fence which is nice. It s in a quiet neighborhood. No restrooms available. Good for toddlers too.

Great little park. I like that it is fully enclosed with one enter/exit point so the kids can wander around with out having to be watched really close since there is a tempting body of water just behind it. It is great that Sugar Land has these hidden gems of local parks.

This is a quiet park with lots of shade. Condition of the playground is good and there is a very tall spiral slide. The highest point of the play place is higher than any outdoor playground Ive visited. Playground uses gravel on the floor. Entire area is fenced as its by a river. Theres a few parking spaces in front.
