Dr. Reichman is the best! The girl who checked me in and the girl who checked me out are fabulous! I had to follow up through the portal without reply. I went through the patient care line and it was good but when connected to the office i was spoken to like street trash. The nurse was clearly urban ghetto and was without professionalism of any type. Enough. They ve run me off.

I had a visit at Village medical today to have my yearly physical. Everything was nice. I didn t have to wait for more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. I didn t have to wait a long time for the doctor to come after being room. The staff is always very friendly, nice and very good at explaining everything that they were doing. The doctor is very courteous and informative while going through each symptom of each system, medicine, and medical questions that I may have. As usual, I m always satisfied with the care from my primary doctor.

The doctors are great and all the locations make it very convenient. In particular I ve seen Dr. Reichman for years. He has been extremely helpful as he helped me through several health issues. Had a great experience! From the front desk, to nurse, to Dr, to exiting personnel. The only glitch, and one that didnt dampen my experience at all, was the blood nurse. One of the nurses took my paperwork and told me to take a seat for taking my blood. The nurse that did take my blood was sitting in that seat playing on her phone and I had to wait till she finished whatever she was occupied with. What did service employees do before the cell phone?

My appointment was 7:40am. I was told to arrive 20 min early only to wait until someone arrived at 7:37 to let me in. I was told through the patient portal I needed an office visit and blood work.
