Went in with my husband to buy a bottle of champagne to celebrate my graduation. Floor sales was nice, but something was off about the hispanic cashier lady. I greeted her but she ignored me. She rudely ask for ID and I felt unwelcome, and my husband noticed it too. This was my first experience buying from this chain company. Bad first impression. Update: while the worker was nice and friendly. The expensive bottle of champagne I bought was nothing like she said it would taste. I could ve had better results from a cheaper bottle from the grocery store very upset. Will never return.

HORRIBLE management, my wife and I walked in and we were purchasing some cigars and alcohol, I forgot my wallet and we were told we couldn t purchase anything even though she was paying and she had her license. When we left we weren t told we couldn t come back since I forgot my license so we decided to come back and we were shopping around and a worker came up to us and told us we had to exit the premises that we weren t allowed to purchase anything since we had been denied service before. The manager didn t even have the decency to come and kick us out on his own he had to send someone else. They kicked us out as if we were CRIMINALS like if we were stealing something! I will never give my money to total wine ever again! Get some better management.

More often than not, the staff here is extremely RUDE. Clearly it must start with management because too many of the workers have nasty attitudes. In my experience it starts from the top and trickles down. If you don t like your job, find another one. My advice is to go to another location or better yet go to Spec s. I wouldn t give them a penny since they don t care how they treat current customers, let alone potential customers.

Total Wine is a little overwhelming in its scope. We went looking for Ginger Beer and found a whole section of tempting choices. Just down the aisle were Luxardo cherries... Lordy! . They also have an enormous selection of craft beer. Ive spent half an hour there, indecisive, but it is time well spent. This year they had a sensational selection of holiday beers suck as winter warmers. . Weve been patronizing them long enough that Ive lost track of whether they save us money. Maybe so, but our check is always high because they are so tempting!

Today the customer service was terrible. Especially at the pick up orders area. I had boxes of liquor which were heavy. He watched me struggle to put the liquor in my basket. Another employee who saw came over to help me. Only 1 gentlemen helped me and did it with no hesitations. I have been coming to this location for years and it never ceases to amaze me. An assortment of unparalleled quality is found here with unmatched customer service. I asked if they had additional bottles of my favorite Moscato, which they did not but an associate recommend a different brand an immediately asked if I wanted a tasting. I am glad they did this as I now have two options in case if they sell out. I would highly recommend a class with Ed, who I would describe as the Fountain of Knowledge. I took a Scotch class with a friend and he made me appreciate a spirit I would normally turn away. The class was insightful, humorous, and overall it felt like a gathering of friends.
