I shopped for an engagement ring at three well-known brick and mortar jewelry stores and could not find the quality or style I wanted. Initially I was uneasy making such a large purchase over the internet. But after starting the process with Michelle Adams I was convinced Whiteflash was the way to go. The ring is beautiful! My fiancée and I spent hours talking about what she did and didnt want, but it was ultimately up to me to make the selection. I looked at several online options, and WhiteFlash seemed like the best reviewed. I started an online chat and Becca was very helpful. She offered to call me to talk through it. I was afraid of having my number sold, but that didnt happen, just a real conversation with a real human. I ended up getting a 3-stone platinum band with two 0.25 ct ACA stones pre selected, and chose my own ACA center. Shipping was fast, and only had a 1-day delay, which I was notified about a few days in advance. Every one of those rocks is incredibly sparkly! Even the box it comes in is pretty! The entire experience was wonderful! Liza was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She helped sift through many options and provided some great recommendations based on what I had already added to my wish list, including sending extra photos of rings I was particularly interested in. I never expected to love my diamonds in my new ring this much-they are perfect and exquisite . There are several things that make Whiteflash unique. From the beginning their website was easy for my husband to navigate-he felt like he got accurate info and descriptions. When we flew to Houston to see the ones he had chosen , Brittany the gemologist who helped us had them ready for us to view and provided specifics about each of them yet let us choose. Prior to our visit I talked with her about what type setting I was looking for and what I didn t like she really listened because after we chose the diamond she was able to help design the exact setting I had described . She went the extra mile by checking with her existing design companies to see if they were able to make the ring with the center stone and side baguette diamonds or if they would do it in house at Whiteflash. She was patient and she shared her expertise without being pushy. It was such a pleasant experience. I didn t know much about diamonds in general but after my Whiteflash ring arrived I was amazed the brightness and shine is unbelievable I am convinced that the way they cut their exquisite stones is what sets them apart . First customer service is phenomenal I asked if a specific date is possible and they delivered as asked for and communicated with progress the whole way, they really have an unbeatable trade in policy along with a huge selection of ring types and styles way more than my local high end jeweler. My fiancée and I started looking at engagement rings during the summer of 2023. We first looked in stores, but decided to go the online route due to the large markups, pushy/confrontational salesmen, and lack of detailed diamond data/information. We weren t sure where to start our online search. There are lots of places to buy engagement rings online. Some are more trustworthy than others. This trust is just one of the aspects that set Whiteflash apart. They are transparent with their diamonds; they have the data (ASET, Hearts and Arrows, and Idealscope images) to actually know what you re buying. Diamonds are a beautiful part of nature, but it is important to remember there is a science behind them. I HIGHLY recommend you start your diamond/engagement ring search by learning about it. Of course there are the 4 C s, but there is a lot more nuance to them than just a single sentence on each one. The Whiteflash site is a great place to start your learning. Of course, you re not going to be a pro in it. This is where the customer service at Whiteflash comes in. We worked with Becca and she was fantastic! Initially, my fiancée and I thought we d do a custom ring. After working with Becca we decided it wasn t best for us since custom rings aren t returnable (this is the policy everywhere) and we were already stepping into unknown territory buying a ring online. Given this, we appreciated Whiteflash s 30-day return policy (thankfully we didn t need to use it). Over the course of months, I talked/emailed with Becca to learn more about everything (the diamonds, the rings, the Whiteflash process). She patiently answered all my questions and never pressured a sale. And she was quick to respond. The first time I asked her a question about a diamond, she sent me a detailed explanation/response with annotated images. This was within a day. Another time, she sent me extra videos (on the website they have both images and videos) of the diamonds. Again, this was within a day. With her responsiveness, it felt like we were just shopping in a store. Whiteflash is trustworthy. Whiteflash is customer-oriented. What about Whiteflash s quality? The quality of Whiteflash is superb. A diamond s cut is the most important aspect. That s what gives it shine, fire, brilliance, and sparkle. Whiteflash s A Cut Above diamonds are referred to as super ideal cut. That sounds great but do they look good? Yes, and they have the data to prove it. We love the ring we got from Whiteflash with Becca s help. We were nervous about the whole online process but they made it easy! We would buy again from Whiteflash.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at WHITEFLASH SUGARLAND LOCATION. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I was treated with complete disrespect and felt as if my business was not valued in any way. I had bought 2 diamonds from Ritani and I had Ritani send it to this location so I could examine it in person and look at settings for the center stone. From the moment I walked i was treated like I came to rob the store. Which was hurtful because I am a very decent well dressed man who grew up in Europe and I present myself with dignity. I politely asked if we could examine the diamonds in the jewelry display room that s behind the reception, and my request was swiftly denied and I was told to pick a spot at the reception table to look at the diamonds. I felt confused because I was in a jewelry store having spent $11,900 and the center stone won t mount itself and I needed to see some rings to match the diamonds and I was treated as if I bought a potato. As I examined the diamond, naturally as it was the first time I was trying to buy an engagement ring, the staff became even more hostile and short with me. She walked away and locked the jewelry display room behind her so I had no one to talk to or ask questions. Buying an engagement ring should be something that brings joy and happiness but the two ladies at WHITEFLASH (the lady at the reception and the jewelry consultant) reduced my experience to the worst, most regretful experience and especially painful because it cost $11,900. I just can t understand what s with these positive reviews for WHITEFLASH SUGARLAND because it was those reviews that made me choose WHITEFLASH store in sugarland but I was disappointed and disgusted by the way I was treated. In my honest point blank summary, I would never recommend this jeweler to anyone, and I will certainly never return myself. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. A little side note: I am a foreigner so naturally I get nervous and timid when speaking so my attitude is always meek and subdued. In no way did I display hostility that I felt would trigger such a terrible, hostile reception from the staff at WHITEFLASH SUGARLAND. Its been about a year since Ive purchased an engagement ring from Whiteflash, and a lot had happened within that time period. Truly, I cannot recommend Whitefish highly enough. From start to finish, working with them as a jeweler was a thoroughly enjoyable process and I always felt like I had more than enough information to make an informed decision, just from their website. Working with Becca Eastman in particular was AMAZING. I worked with Becca from Whiteflash to buy an engagement ring. The ring is absolutely beautiful - my fiancee keeps staring at it and a friend told her this weekend it is the shiniest diamond she has ever seen. Cut is king, and there is no doubt about the quality of Whiteflashs cuts, as you can see from their website. In terms of customer experience, I worked with Becca by phone and over e-mail, and she was prompt and pleasant. She provided extra pictures and videos of the diamonds I was considering, and she provided realistic assessments of the diamonds. In one case, she said two of the VS2s had visible inclusions from very close up (much closer than the eye clean distance but my fiancee has very good eyes) and that an SI1 did not. I appreciate that she helped me find a diamond of good value, instead of steering me to the most expensive stones I was considering. I saved 33% by doing that. We had to resize the ring to a quarter size (which was unavoidable because ring size tools usually come in half sizes), but Whiteflash made the process easy and they were fast to return the ring. Pricewise, I found Whiteflash to be a good value. I was working with another jeweler who prides himself on being a good value. Yes, his diamonds were beautiful to look at, but the cut was not as good and the prices were the same. Since I was working with both jewelers remotely, I went Whiteflash because you could tell from their images that the cut is superb.

I just received my ACA diamond studs from Whiteflash and I am over the moon! It goes without saying that the cut of these diamonds is superb and their performance is second to none. The platinum settings are also top quality. The sales rep, Michelle really helped me maximize my budget so that I was able to get a fantastic pair of diamonds that exceeded what I thought I could afford. However I do get a lot of the same question of why does my engagement ring and wedding band not match on the sides. It s a huge self confident issue when I do go out with it. Because I have shown customer service what I meant . And instead of giving me options on these beautiful very expensive rings my husband worked hard for and went with this company because he enjoyed the easy process of everything. I get an excuse of I m sorry we will not be fixing your expensive rings to match in both side of your finger because your spouse did not buy the wedding band when he bought the engagement ring. Now here s the issue most don t buy a wedding band with the engagement ring till wedding day usually. And that s what my husband did. We are talking about a very easy simple fix here. And giving oh I m sorry we are too lazy to fix that for you since you paid for not just expensive rings but warranty on those rings that we won t offer you assistance. As apparently no one told my husband he had to buy both of them at the same time to have them match and be fused together. Which makes no sense either because even if they were the length of the diamonds on the wedding band would still be too short to match the siding of diamond on the engagement ring. My husband now dosnt want to have another mishap with this company anymore since I said I would pay for the extra diamond if it came to it. And that I just want to live my ring and not have my ocd always bothering me about a simple fix. They did so well with letting me resize my rings . So I expected the same customer service to come for the lengths clearly not . I m only giving the 3 days because I love the design and the quality and my husband paid for a beautiful cut and clarity diamond on my engagement ring and the rose gold is my favorite. It s a true rose gold and great quality ring! I would rate service is a 3. Too many excuses to deal with and warranty should have these things covered because no woman should have to feel insecure about her rings because they don t match properly. Which white flash should know better as a business as that ring is what represents this company. I m still shocked they asked if I would give them a 5 star review after being told I m out of luck and they won t help me get this fixed. So be carful when you buy from them gorgeous rings and diamonds . But if you plan to get your spouse a wedding band later on or as an anniversary gift and they don t match in both sides . They will treat you the same they did to me. Even with a warranty. So read the fine print details closely . EDIT : 6 K for the diamond itself. And about 2 k for the engagement ring for rose gold . And about 1k for the wedding band. Around 9k for a set with a clear cut highest ranking diamond . That s a lot of money to spend on poor warranty.

Whiteflash provides ASET imaging, which was very reassuring to me. But more importantly, they have a very robust return policy which was reassuring to me. All in all, 5/5 experience and would definitely recommend Whiteflash for anyone looking to buy high-quality diamonds at a good price with a professional and reassuring retailer.

Liza and her team at white flash made this experience extremely stress free. She was very patient with my questions and my decision making hesitations. She followed through and I couldnt be more happy with the engagement ring I bought. There is a reason my family shops for engagement rings here. Most likely will be coming back to get our wedding bands designed and made here as well.
