Wife and I decided to take the kids to our local DQ for blizzards. Kids had to use the bathroom so my wife took my son to the women s bathroom. She immediately came back because the toilet overflowed and the employees refused to clean it up I guess. I took the kids to the men s bathroom and there s no ac, the floors were nasty, roaches on the floor, dirty toilets, and used toilet paper in the trash can that made the bathroom smell disgusting.

I tried everything to get their attention to screaming and honking, so we ended up pulling up to the window. All the workers were still there and they said they were close. BE WEARY, this DQ has incompetent workers, who do not value your hard earned money, your safety and importance as a customer! Extremely rude staff, with individuals who cannot perform a simple task. I ordered a #1 regular sized with a dr. pepper; which I received a burger with small fries and no drink. Messed up both of my blizzards, while handing me an extra one, to which the person proceeded to take back and smell, possibly giving it off to the next customer. They have no sense of safety for others, passing off germs, spit, and other bodily fluids onto the food. The person at the drive through glass completely ignored me in the end, I needed to honk my horn to gain his attention, and confirm that we had everything. This person did not come to the window, instead he confirmed with a thumbs up while standing. After coming home, I see that my order is completely disorganized. Seems like the staff needs proper training, or new people. My receipt number is DT-215 which I ordered at 8:47p on 5/5/2023.

I went in to get a birthday cake, the disappointing part was they didn t have many options and they do not do custom cakes which is a bummer since they do advertise it. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. First of all I BARELY write reviews ever but I sat in the line at this location for 45 mins AT the window as I watched 2 of the 3 employees just standing around. They had already handed me one blizzard which was completely melted so I asked for it to be remade because it was for someone else And I had been sitting for so long that it needed to be remade. I got my other two blizzards which by the way ended up being terribly made, but the blizzard that I asked for them to remake ended up having about 15 small hairs in it as if they did it on purpose. It was for my 9 year old who didn t discover the hairs until he was half way through. It was like they did it on purpose. I plan on contacting corporate but this is the worst experience I ve ever had with fast food. Don t go here. If you care about what you re putting in your body

Had a double belt buster with cheese ketchup pickle onion, order a fries with a side of gravy for dipping and because its October I got myself my first pumpkin pie blizzard of the season! Very nice young gentleman waited on me he was 25 years old and extremely courteous. Something we dont see enough oven today is world somebody who actually cared about taking the order, making sure it was correct and even walked my completed order out to my table. Now its soapbox time! There were three women in the restaurant with three younger children one somewhere between 10 months and 14 months and the other two were slightly older but under five. One of the women presumably the mother was teasing playfully, the toddler. Which hey if youve had kids, weve all done this. But the little girl was howling at the top of her lungs laughing and screaming about being taunted and teased. Our society stinks! Nobody cares about anybody else, just whatever makes their foolish little needs content. And this is a small place, and I moved as far away as I could from the table with all of these kids. I just wanted to sit in the corner I had an appointment in about a half an hour so I was in no rush, and all I could do was listen to that little girl screaming. After giving up on the hopeless fact that they might actually be irritating somebody inside the restaurant, I walked over about two tables away and said maam excuse me would you mind please, not antagonizing her so shell stop screaming. Well that went over is just as you thought it might have a dirty look a hand gesture and continuing to aggravate the toddler.

If I had really looked at the place when we walked in, I might have left. Went there to get a Blizzard for my wife as she needed a shake or something like that. The place was empty of customers so was not busy. The Blizzard was not full in fact it had the amount of the size of a smaller cup. My wife did not want me to say anything about it so I did not. I also ordered some fries as I am on a quest to find GREAT fries. This is not a place to go for good fries, not the worst but not worth getting again. I walked around to get some ketchup for my fries. BAD BAD BAD IDEA!!! In looking for ketchup I was able to see how disgusting the place was. The floors were filthy and many tables had not been cleaned either. I noticed the freezer did not have any treats which they have had in the past. We will not go back as I am afraid of how clean the kitchen is and if they short-change on a Blizzard, they might do other things to cut corners. I will have to find a new place for a shake when we need one since this is not the place!!!

Floor very wet and slippery when you walk in with no sign. Smelled of sewage. Went in asking for the small cones not because we were told they were 75 cents. When they didnt ring up as so, we just assumed this location didnt have them. Person before us said he got his for 75 cents. The first time I came here, we only ordered an ice cream the ice cream was good but the cone had some hot glue on it from the wrapping paper. It made the cone inedible

Cant make blizzards correctly, wouldnt trust them with food. Ordered 2 blizzards, one small and one medium. First, the flavors were made in the wrong sizes. Rather than offering the medium (that should have been small) they took time and remade both. The small was a royal, supposed to have a flavor core. It didnt. They fixed it by sloshing a little on top. The other was the flavor of the month and was missing one of the 2 mixins completely and the bottom third was plain ice cream, no flavors at all. Drove a little further since this location PREVIOUSLY was worth the drive. No longer.

Blizzards here are always good. I wish they didn t put a lid on them when going though the drive-thru, it always makes for potential mess in your car. Other than that small pet peeve I have the staff is always friendly and the place seems to be clean (only seen the drive-thru window view).
