I was positively impressed from the moment I walked in. The paperwork was all electronic, and easy to use. Nicki took pictures of all my teeth with a pen-shaped camera, and the x-rays bite wings were soft and did not hurt my mouth. Bliss, the dental hygienist, did a wonderful thorough job of cleaning my teeth. She is also very helpful with questions and patient education. Dr. Patel is friendly and personable. There was a large screen TV, and he displayed all my pictures and x-rays on this. He explained everything he was seeing. I could not have had a better experience!!

I ve been with floss dental for almost two years now and it has been a smooth ride. They are clear about their billing process and every time I go there I already know how much I will pay so no hidden fees. Their appointments schedule has always been on point, I ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes before I get my service. So far I have loved this place and will continue coming back for as long as I can.

Dr Patel and Louie are always the best when it comes to taking care of their patients. Sandra is amazing and checks in all the time. They take the greatest care and pays attention to detail when it comes to their cases with me. They are always professional and builds rapport with their patients like we re family. Bliss was amazing and very gentle when it came to my care. The whole office and team are always compassionate and calms my nerves when they re executing or explaining my treatment plan. Dr. Vy Nguy n did a phenomenal job on my bottom veneers. She was not only amazing at what she does but she also has great bedside manners. She is very talented and super sweet as a person! Today I took my son to Floss for the very first time, everyone was very helpful and respectful. From the moment we came through the door Sandra the treatment coordinator explained everything and walk us through the registration procedures. William had Dr. Vi, very knowledgeable and helpful on treatments for my son. Blyss the dental hygienist was wonderful, she walk my son through everything that she was doing and did it with most care. Overall this place is a wonderful place for every age. I truly recommend it.

I have been getting my teeth cleaned at Floss Dental for a few years now and have been completely satisfied. I have had several of the hygienists and have liked all of them. On one occasion one particular staff member ushered me to the clinic room in a less than professional manner. But other than that one occasion I have no complaints about Floss Dental in Sugar Land. My favorite dentist is Dr. Patel. He is the best!

I recently visited Floss Dental, and I cant say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with relaxing music playing in the background, which helped to calm any pre-appointment jitters. The staff was incredibly professional and courteous. My dental hygienist, Arlene Nguyen took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. She was gentle yet thorough, and I was impressed by the high-tech equipment they used, which made the entire experience quick and painless. Dr. Patel and Dr. Baba were equally fantastic. They was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to discuss my dental health in detail without ever feeling rushed. They provided honest recommendations without pushing unnecessary treatments, which I truly appreciated. One of the things that really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail. Every aspect of my visit felt personalized, and they genuinely seemed to care about my comfort and well-being. I would not recommend this dental office. I scheduled an emergency appointment for my boyfriend to get a filling on a front tooth. The appointment itself was quick, but the results were disappointing. The filling they used did not match the color of his natural teeth, which was frustrating considering it was a front tooth. Worse than the color mismatch, however, was the quality of the work. The filling broke within just three days, and by the end of the week, it had completely fallen out. Very disappointing experience overall.

Dr Vi was very detailed and thorough in explaining underlying issues related to my teeth. Then provided multiple options, pros and cons of different options, thus I could make informed decision. I really like the tech savvy office. One of the nurse was gentle and caring. Receptionist very helpful in setting up referal appointment with Endodontics and follow ups made things very easy. Overall, very very good experience.

Great experience!!! Very professional and organized! It was worth it!! Best cleaning I ever had!!! Great Team ! Doctor Bliss attended to me and she was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and explains everything very well and accurate. The one thing I would say that can get better is explaining the price very transparently and straightforward, there should be no circumstance where anyone has to make a payment twice ! Add in all total payments in the front before proceeding to the back for treatments. Keep it simple and honest. Regardless, the professional of the Doctors are top notch !!

I had an exceptional experience at Floss Dental in Sugarland. Sandra, the treatment coordinator, was super helpful and detailed when it came to explaining the cost of procedures. Blyss, the hygienist, carefully took care of my cleaning, and Nikki, the X-ray tech, identified some imperfections in my teeth. Blyss and Nikki worked together seamlessly, aligning with Dr. Patel and Dr. Baba on the best steps forward; they are truly knowledgeable and great assets to the team. The dentists and hygienists at this clinical are great. However, the receptionists there are not very helpful no greetings, no smiling and eating in the reception room. And even worse, they made a simple thing complicated. They didn t seem to be happy with their job. As a result, patients won t be happy because of the poor customer service.

When I hear other people price that they paid elsewhere , some less than $300 I just consider you guys to be reepoff. My first visit with you guys just to clean and x-ray you guys charges me $600 and I paid cash . Other places charges $175 at most$ 400 even when I told the referral about the price she was , yet there was no whiten inclusive. Please ask them to clear very well . $600 without whiten is bad . Reepoff I never asked you for free work points of correction . $600 is no beans you guys are cheat period.

Ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful checking you in and out. The hygienist who did my X-rays cleaning etc was very knowledgeable of the process and that was smooth. Upsell is the name of the game!!!! At my last visit I was presented with an $800 treatment plan. I felt pressured to complete the deep cleaning for $400, which I agreed to. I understood that I would need one extra cleaning per year, which would be $18 until my gums improved. Today the very snotty receptionist presented a bill that I refused to pay. She said You signed the treatment plan. Once you re a peri patient, you can never go back. I think it s time to find a new dentist!! I would give it one star, but my dental hygienist is great!!

Previous post: Dr. Patel and his staff are always courteous and professional. His knowledge, genuineness, and ability to make patients comfortable is impeccable. Recent post: In the last few years, the front staff and billing have changed and they are horrible!! 1) Charged my daughter for fluoride when she turned a certain age because they didnt confirm the insurance 2) Continue to schedule cleanings every 6 months rather the 2 insurance covered cleanings per calendar year 3) Charged me for a deep cleaning maintenance although I made an appointment for a no charge regular cleaning that is covered twice per calendar year. I agreed and paid for the deep cleaning. I didnt agree to the recommended deep cleaning maintenance. This is unfortunate because Bliss and Louwey are great!!!!!

CHECK YOUR BILL/PAYMENT PLAN VS WHAT FLOSS DENTAL SUGARLAND ACTUALLY SUBMITS TO YOUR INSURANCE!!!! I had a crown replaced in June 2023 and they never ran it through my insurance and I paid them over $1,000. I have called their office 3 times about this and the snooty employees tell me they have submitted it multiple times but it takes awhile for insurance... no. I called my insurance company multiple times.. no record. It does not take an insurance company 4 months to receive a claim. I am close to reporting this because no one from their office is wanting to submit my procedure correctly and just hold on to the $$.

Love dr. B (i think thats her last name!) She is awesome and so personable. She is funny and over all a great doctor. I have been working with the military dentists my entire adult life, so switching over to civilian dentistry had me really nervous and confused. She made it tolerable and gave me options for my care. She didnt try to push me one way or another. She also LISTENED to me when i told her my teeth are sensitive and i didnt want the water pick for my cleaning, she listened and actually cared that the water pick brings me immense pain. She made my crown very quickly, installed it quickly and you cant even tell i have one! She even offered to numb the area before pulling out the temporary crown making sure it was pain free (even though she usually doesnt numb for this). Shes just amazing and is now my permanent dentist! She even gave me a reasonable quote for an Invisalign ($3500 after insurance), she also gave me a free bleach kit. She truly wants whats best for me. She recommended seeing her every 3 months until my teeth are stable (remember i only received VA/military care, so its subpar at best), and so far so good. She gives amazing advice (along with all of her staff). They are all super professional and i will come back for sure! The staff also didnt try to push me too hard on any products they sell (they did recommend a spin brush, which was $200 at their office [ended up buying one on Amazon for $40], they also recommend a certain mouthwash which i also got on Amazon. I cant give them enough stars. Best experience Ive had in such a long time!

I was once a happy patient here. However after realizing very quickly that they only want money that changed. I went in over a year ago for a cleaning. was immediately told I need a deep cleaning. Now this isnt my first rodeo, I also have a family member that is a dentist (in corpus). When you go in for a deep clean, they should measure the pockets, etc. that way you know how much progress is made. This never occurred. So then i had a follow up cleaning this was last year again never measured the pockets for my progress. So not sure how they know. Then I was supposed to have an appt in December which they cancelled. They do this often. Then wont reschedule you for another 3 months. So I got in where it was supposed to be a standard cleaning. I get there an had a cleaning nothing special, no measuring of pockets, didnt see a dentist at all, no fluoride, etc. Go to pay and I owe money, well I have insurance where I get 2 free cleanings a year. Well they stated this was still part of the deep cleaning from over a year ago. Absolutely NOT. I know better and know this is only for them to pad their pockets this practice is doing a lot of things they shouldnt be. I am reporting them to insurance for fraud and for continuing to try and file for things they shouldnt be. I am also filing a complaint on the TSBDE. Also asked for a call back from the dentist and no call back. Its pathetic

Amazing work!! Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job on my composite resin bonding of my front teeth. I just have to say that she is very skilled and if you need your teeth to be built up or you need a broken tooth fixed or anything that requires composite resin bonding for your teeth she can make your teeth look fabulous. I love this location. I drive an hour just to come to this FLOSS. All the staff here is very friendly and professional. Dr. Patel and Yesenia always make me feel safe and do a great job. Yesterday one set (3 teeth) bridge came undone, a bridge I paid alot of money for..I used to trust a certain male dentist there...not realizing this smooth talker was a Generalized dentist and not a Specialist. I should have known something was wrong when: the porcelain bridge had a chip/a broken part on the bite side .. he told me was not a problem. This is the 3rd year I had this in my mouth (this should last at least a good 10 years or more before coming out!!). Please DO NOT USE Dr. P/them (I TAKE BACK EVERY REVIEW ON GOOGLE AND YELP ABOUT FLOSS DENTAL. TOWN CENTER /SUGAR LAND. AVOID THAT PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I m fearful of going to the dentist regardless if growing up around one. I ve changed many dentist bc of poor bedside manner, felt being sold on service or the the service was just not up to par. Dr. Patel has one of the best Bedside manner! He is clearly the reason why I continue to be at FLOSS although being far. He is efficient & effective caring for my teeth and takes the time where it is needed. He makes me feel like a person rather than just another patient he sees and he sees A LOT of patients. Been to both of his Floss locations and they are both very attentive and accommodating. They provide options for various service provided at the office, but there is no pressure at all. Caring for what what is essential is his priority. Everyone I ve met takes their time, apparently professional but not in a mechanical way that feels like you re having a real conversation. I ve yet to feel rushed here with my many questions about oral care. They take care of my teeth before it gets to bad rather than some dentist will accidentally overlook a tooth that is at risk and it cost more to have it fixed. They want to keep every tooth healthy. Service today was easy, effective and top notch! Kudos to My hygienist & the assistant (I ve seen this last 2 times) they were great at cleaning my teeth, didn t skimp on the products, cleaned me when needed, didn t leave me a mess like other places and answered my questions well. I hope to always feel this way about Dr. Patel s office and staff.

Anytime I get ready to go to the dentist is a bad time since that means someone jabbing your gums but this team is so nice. I had been going there for the past five years, but, after my last visit I will be looking for a new dentist. During my last visit the assistant started pictures, I think, of each tooth, after taking the initial x-rays. She never told me what she was doing or checked to see if this was covered by my insurance. After she got half way through my mouth I made her stop. In the five years I have gone their I have never had an issue wit my teeth. All of a sudden I have all of these issues. Also, my wife is a retired hygienist who cleaned my teeth for years and was shocked when I told her about my experience. When I spoke with the dentist he informed me that if I keep up with my six month cleanings I will not have any problems. I will be keeping up with my cleanings but not at Floss. I am done with that place.

Ive been to this dental office several times for routine cleanings. The hygienist there, Blyss, is super gentle and patient. Shes very knowledgeable about her career and explains everything well. I went in for a routine cleaning and was told I needed a deep cleaning and laser therapy. It would have been $2500 out of pocket. I refused it until at least July when my insurance works kick in (still $2000!) and they refused to clean my teeth. A wasted hour and then refusal of the service I had scheduled. I got a second and third opinion and indeed I don t need a deep cleaning according to the two other professionals. (In addition if I were to need it their price was substantially different.) One dentist knew right away I d been to Floss as apparently this is the mode of operation there. I don t have great dental insurance but Floss accepted it and now I know why. They just want to sell you incessant services. The hygienists should stick to cleaning teeth and leave a sales career elsewhere. In addition Dr. Patel was in my mouth for less than 30 seconds but spent 5 minutes just chatting. Nice strategy to make someone feel comfortable and believe you but it didn t work here. I ve filed complaints with my insurance and the dental board.

Let me preface this review by saying I cant stand going to the dentist. So much so that I hadnt been to the dentist in about 9 years. Long story short, I came across this office through a friend of mine and I cannot speak enough great things about my experience here. Dr. Patel, Kelsey, Jordan, Bliss, Ysenia, among a few others really made my experience what it was.
