Mr.Lazarine was my attorney the state wanted to give me 8 years tdc for 2 theft and evading arrest in a motor vehicle I must say I was devastated I was on the verge of giving up he knew the crisis I was going through he showed me compassion and understanding he fought for me and all 3 felonys was dismissed! I must say he was awesome as well as excellent attorney I wouldnt be sitting here if it wasnt for God and the hands of Mr.Lazzarine,I give God the glory him the thx for God giving him the knowledge to do what he does!! Dan Lazarine is an incredible criminal defense attorney. He had four assault charges dismissed for me over the years between 2014 and 2021. Mr. Lazarine is a kind caring professional who really knows his business. As the grandmother of his client he addressed all my concerns and graciously explained to me what was going on at different stages of the proceedings. After months of dread and stress and apprehension Mr. Lazarine was able to bring the nightmare to a miraculous conclusion that was more than satisfactory for the whole family. I hope I never need his services again but am so thankful we had him when we needed him. I cant praise him enough or thank him enough for helping us get our lives back. He was a Godsend. His knowledge and expertise is remarkable. Not only is he a good person he is a great attorney!

Mr. Lazerine helped me from the beginning to the end on my assault charge in Fort Bend County. He represented me and got my case dismissed after a hearing on the day of trial. I was ready for what ever consequences I had to face but with his amazing knowledge and guidance he was able to get my case DISMISSED!!!! He was great with communication and working with my job schedule on setting up meetings. If ever needed again for any type of lawyer assistance I wouldnt think twice about choosing anyone other then Mr. Lazerine!

I have worked alongside Dan Lazarine for the last four years. Dan handles a multitude of criminal cases from DWIs to serious felonies. Daniel Lazarine has been a blessing to say the least. He saved me from what i was prepared for to be an endless nightmare. I had no idea what to expect after I shamefully earned myself a DWI. I was terrified of the consequences, considering i had plowed into 3 other people to top it off. Needless to say, i knew i had a long, tough road ahead of me. Then i hired Daniel Lazarine. He was like a breath of fresh air, very clear about what to expect, what i needed to do, and how we were going to do it. He was really helpful and flexible with scheduling court dates, quick in and out on the days due in court so that i could make it back to work in good time. All this was so appreciated, helping me through such an awful time. I am 100% sober and learned so much from this ordeal. Most importantly, I have to say... The best part of all was how he worked it out so that i have no probation...zero. No nothing. Just the fines and fees. True story! Im so grateful! Its over. Im able to live my life and move forward in peace thanks to him. I recommend him to any and every body. He works hard for you, and fights for you. Hes the real deal.

Ive hired lawyer Daniel lazarine on two occasions now and he has gotten BOTH of my FELONY CASES DISMISSED!!!... SHALL I REPEAT DISMISSED!!. So I would advise you to DROP whatever lawyer you have now and HIRE MR. LAZARINE BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!!.
