Lucid has been a wonderful place to work from! It has a great view from its 6th floor and an upscale design throughout the interiors! More importantly though is the team that runs the office. Chris and Alyssa are very warm, friendly and always willing to accommodate and be flexible with clients as needed. As someone who works alone, it s incredibly beneficial to have people who liven up the office and encourage a team-like environment throughout. I believe this is where lucid shines - it s hiring and selection of the most talented folks!

The manager, Jan is the main reason why this location remains FULL. Her dedication to her tenants, and her attention to every single detail of this place makes the experience 10/10. I really enjoyed getting the focus space here at WorkSuites and am very sorry to be leaving as I move out of state. The location is easy to get to from hwy 59 and 90, within a quaint business park area of the Sugar Land suburb. Beautiful views with a train that rolls by regularly - you can see as far out as Memorial City, Williams Tower by the Galleria, and of course our Sugar Land water towers. Brian Sweany was a pleasure to speak to when we called to inquire - extremely responsive and always picked up the phone! He was very thorough and jovial - just a really nice guy. Signed up same day and started the week after. Thats when we met the lovely Jan Gonzalez - the community manager. Shes super on top of everything - check in was smooth. Jan was very helpful in answering any and all questions we had. Package delivery was also a piece of cake! She responds quickly to emails and made our check-out process of returning keys very seamless as well. The facilities are always spotless and model home worthy. Love the interior and the care placed in keeping it looking shiny - especially with those glass conference room tables! Nice coffee/hot chocolate station in the kitchen. Thank you Brian & Jan so much for providing such a great second home for me to crank out some work - I really enjoyed the experience and will be back should the opportunity arise!

My dad has an office here. I parked my car when I was afraid of flooding in the garage. Watched some airforce flyover there. They did a great job of his remodel during rona hes very happy and it forced him to clean his office lol. He is happy with management. The clients find him they are happy. They always have security there. The bathroom is clean. Elevators work. Its close to home and my mom in Sugarland. No real complaints since my dad relocated here several years back. I just never remember his floor and you have to touch the menu of you dont want to awkwardly ask security where to go. Didnt bug me pre rona Im sure they clean it Im more peeved I always forget his floor. There are several other lawyers in the building who are equally happy so if they keep lawyers happy probably a safe bet for any business / office environment.. Pre or post covid.

With over 25 years of leasing executive suites, by far, this location is my favorite. The industrial design layout is an open concept with window views all around. My arriving clients are greeted at the 6th floor reception area, which has a tremendous view out the expansive windows overlooking tree tops and is flanked with 2 glass enclosed conference rooms. The exceptionally large lounge provides a bonus, being equipped with two big screen TVs, that made it possible to access our Astros during their World series. This may sound insignificant, but one of my favorite amenities is the fresh ground coffee machine with approximately twenty customizable variations, as well as hot cocoa and tea. Prior to Covid contact limitations, WorkSuites would frequently host gatherings for tenants to meet and celebrate events. Detail was truly not spared at this Sugar Land WorkSuites and Jans management of this 80 plus office space is impeccable

I had no idea how good an office space could be until I stepped foot in the doors at 77 Sugar Creek Center Blvd. The amenities that they offer isnt just hype, they all actually work. We made a realistic comparability study prior to deciding on WorkSuites-Sugar Land as our Co-Working Home. The facilities are beautifully structured, and creates an accommodating and a desired working environment. Although we have been here for only three months, our times at the facility have been very rewarding, even moreso because of the professionalism of the dedicated and hard working staff members at the Center. This is the second co-working building Ive had the pleasure of working in. I transferred to Houston not too long ago and worked in one place that I thought was pretty nice, but we ended up moving because the space was a little small and the amenities were just... okay. We transferred to Work Suites in Sugar Land about 3 months ago and its been one of the coolest office spaces Ive actually had the pleasure of working in. Free quick breakfast options, snacks, and even beer twice a week. Before work suites I enjoyed working from home on Friday, but now, with free beer on the menu, I do my best to make a trip in to work :). The staff here is also nice. I get a great welcome each morning I come in from Jan and shes always quick to help me out if I need anything. My kids also love to visit her (maybe even moreso than coming up here to visit me). Awesome place!

They are incredibly unorganized! After signing my agreement and paying there was so much confusion when it came time to get the keys to my office! They are on top of everything until they get your money! There are other great options out there. This place is not it! UPDATE: Tosha reached out and took care of everything. I m happy to now know they will do whatever it takes to make this a great experience. I still think some of the staff is unprofessional so hopefully my 6 month agreement will go fast. I will not renew with them.
