Very bad service from the girls who are at the drive thru, when we called to place the order the girl who attended was rude and when the food went to be picked up, one of the girls raised her voice a lot and seemed upset, nope. They have sufficient capacity and professionalism to serve clients.

The food is very delicious but they have very bad customer service!!! The cashiers at the drive thru are very rude and do not take the appropriate time to give you good service. When I call to place my order I have always tried to do it as quickly as possible because I know they can be a little busy, however the treatment and the attention I have received from them has left a lot to be desired... we had been buying at this location for years from the company where I work, but honestly I would not go again after the bad experiences I have had, they leave a lot to be desired, I recommend you take courses and training on customer service.

If you are going for the food, you may be pleased. However, if you need courteous customer service, this may not be the place for you. We waited for the waiter to return to our table, but she never did. We had to ask four different wait staff for our bill and containers. Thankfully, the fifth waitress who randomly approached me while I stood waiting for assistance, kindly gave us our bill. Definitely, not a place I would return to.

I wanted the chicken quesadilla when the waitress was asking me what I wanted to order but she kept cutting me off saying cheese quesadilla and I said yes but with chicken and she kept saying okay cheese quesadilla and then walked off. Lo and Behold I got cheese quesadillas but I didn t want to ask for a redo since I also work in a restaurant industry and know food sometimes get thrown away when it gets taken back. Was still charged for chicken quesadillas even when I only got cheese quesadillas. Waitress was also very rude to my family and kept rolling her eyes as if she didn t want to work at her job.

This was terrible food, 5 of us and only one liked what they ordered, but queso was good! $80 and only liked the lemonade and a beer! The queso was really good but charged .75 for chips to go with it! My coworkers and I ordered breakfast and I got the burrito, it was fixed wrong so I tried to return it to get it fixed right and I was told you have to keep the one you are not going to eat and buy a new one. I had chicken and steak fajitas for 2, and they were delicious. The meat was tender and juicy, and the portions were big. Ive never has fajitas with big slices of meat as these. I also had a marg and it was good. We seated ourselves, ordered and received our food within 20mins. Ill definitely be back!

This hidden gem is OUTSTANDING! The service was 20/10. The food was TOP NOTCH. They even brought out HOT homemade chips... Like ! The atmosphere is relaxed and spacious. Our waiter is the absolute best in TEXAS. My husband and I just so happened to be in the area late like 10:00pm and they were open and ready to serve. The food was magnificent. Iv tried a few different plates from here and theyve all been good, such as the beef and cheese enchiladas, crispy tacos, caldo de res and de Pollo, chile relleno, and tacos al carbon, these are all very tasty dishes.... but, the menudo is very bland. The good thing is they add hominy to it which I prefer, but unfortunately theres just not enough flavor. But another good thing is they have a drive thru, you can call and place your order ahead of time and just pull up to pay and receive your order. They are very nice and thorough, Ive never had any items missing or done improperly. As far as dining in, Ive only ever eaten inside once during breakfast on a Saturday and it was hectic with a lot going on. But the wait staff worked really hard trying to get to everyone, I mean they MOVE. No one is lazy or slow there. Unfortunately it just wasnt comfortable for me. All in all this is a really good restaurant, and for the price you just cant beat it.

Been here twice. Service is ok. The restaurant gets busy on a Sunday afternoon. Its not that spacious and the seating arrangement will have you sitting quite close to other groups. FOOD AND DRINK: Limonada (5/5) - Best to order without ice. Its not super sweet. Perfect sugar level for me. Chile con Queso (3/5) - The meat appears to not be ground beef. The white cheese is nice. Needs more flavor overall. Chicken Flautas (1/5) - The flautas needed more flavor. The guacamole was just smashed avocados. The rice and beans was meh. Ive had better. Dont recommend. Parillada Combo (3/5) - Ordered beef, chicken, and shrimp. Comes with a side of charro beans, pico de gallo, salad, and tortillas. We got a mix of flour and corn tortillas. The corn tortillas were handmade. The shrimp was butterflied and overcooked. The beef and chicken was ok. Could use more flavor/seasoning. The rice was fluffy and flavorful. The charro beans had great flavor. Enjoyed the rice and beans the most. Had a side of beef short ribs (cant recall the name in Spanish) and that was also a favorite for me. 5/5. Today between 2:30 & 2:45 I Patronized this business because I want Mexican food. Well go through the drive thru theres not a mic for you to place an order. There was a car in front of me waiting for their food so I waited over 5 minutes to pull up to a window who I was rudely Interacting with. She comes to the window throws her head back ( like whats up) can I help you. I tell her I want a taco salad with Fajita meat . She says, anyway else (negatively) then I tell her I want a El Houston. She asked me why, I tell her your Presentation at this window , you didnt greet me and you have an attitude... she says well , its almost quitting time we been here since 5 am I am tired. So she goes on to assume that I didnt have a job by saying I dont know if you know what it is like. I told her I WORK IN RETAIL your customer service is bad. (She also told me shes a MANGER) So she have me my receipt to sign and closed the window standing there until I was ready to give it to her. So I gave her the receipt she tells me to park in slot #1 someone will bring my food out to me. So I parked because I know what that leads to , they will do something to your food. Stood inside waited for my food. As I am waiting I see people coming in being SEATED (but I thought you were closing) got my food check it. Looks okay to take home. Ask this manager what is her NAME(( JUDITH)) is the name she gave me. Slim lady , long dark black hair, wore blue braces.. Get home eat the tacos I ordered... MEAT IS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY I WAS GIVEN OLD GROUND BEEF . TACO SHELL WAS STALE... SO I AM GOING TO SAY BECAUSE I DIDNT LOOK LIKE JUDITH SHE FIGURED SHE COULD JUST TREAT ME ANY KIND OF WAY BASED ON MY LOOKS BECAUSE IN THE INSIDE OF THE BUILDING EVERYONE LOOKED LIKE HER. The sour cream and guacamole are delicious. I will order just those 2 when we do our own taco nights at home. I was so hungry today, I forgot to take a picture. You will be more than satisfied with what I recommended in spite of no picture.

Very upset because today I had breakfast here and I found 3 hairs in different things in chips in my breakfast and in the coffee cream and that is already very disgusting I left with my stomach upset and the manager only says that it is from the onion the hair I would like it to be Go check out this places food department because they dont use gernet and I still paid 30 dollars for everything. I think you shouldnt pay anything. I put this here so you can be very careful not to go there. Take a good look at their food first. I put the photos here on their page. let them see that it is not a lie

We were a large group of 9 for dinner. We were seated promptly and drinks and orders done with very little wait. I can recommend most anything here. It is all very good and very authentic. The salsa with the chips is a too spicy for my taste but I usually eat a little bit of it anyway. My usual is shrimp quesadilla and 2 fish tacos. Both excellent but they are small but just right size for me as I cant eat a big meal anymore. My husband eats the more traditional Mexican Mole dishes and says they are excellent. My son in law likes their menudo. Parking: No problem with parking except with maybe handicap spots. However all the spots are fairly close in on level walking surface that is lighted at night. Kid-friendliness: Our kids are older but every time we have been there, there are always kids. Anywhere from about 6 months to teenagers. Our grankids are 13 and 16 but we have also taken our 8 yo grandson..... there is no parking issue as restaurant is in a former shopping center parking lot. It is right next to Tornado Burger in Stafford.

Was served raw shrimp. They said they are marinating the aguachile on the spot to preserve freshness, however they are not practicing safe food handling and allowing the citrus to cook the shrimp. I bit into one and didn t realize it was raw until all I could taste was ocean, then scraped the salsa off to reveal gray, translucent shrimp with some pink on certain areas. Super disgusted and fearful that I will get sick from this.

I came in to eat solo. This was my first time coming in after their remodeling. I ordered Chicken Flautas. The chicken was so dry The beans didn t taste the same. They had a weird aftertaste. I was super hungry since I hadn t ate and forced myself to eat as much as I could. The waiter never came back to give me the check so I walked to the check out to ask if I could pay. As I was checking out, I did ask if they had switched cooks because the food didn t taste the same. At least that s what I figured since they had been closed for a couple of months.

Ordered on-line, picked up in the drive-thru. Wrong food. My fault for not checking before driving off. I ordered El Monterrey which is Two Hard Shell Ground Beef Tacos, One Cheese Enchilada with Housemade Gravy. I upgraded the cheese enchilada to chicken. What I received was ONE beef taco, one chicken enchilada and one chicken tostada. Not even worth taking the meal back. I just ate the one taco.
