I haven t been here since I was a kid so I decided to head in and see if the burgers are still good as they were back in the day. I ordered double cheeseburger with fries and fountain drink(pink lemonade). It was cooked to order fresh n hot, but there was no flavor on the burger or fries. The fries were fried a little too hard no salt or seasoning on them just bland. The burger had an after taste that did not taste right to me. I didn t finish the burger threw it away. pink lemonade was not sweet at all. I wont be back for this mediocre food .whataburger tastes better than this.

My wife enjoyed a bowl of wonton soup and an egg roll. The egg roll was amazing and the soup was pretty good. I thoroughly enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger combo which comes with some tasty fries and a drink. Next visit I may go for the double bacon cheeseburger combo. The burger had a lot of bacon. We visited with the guy behind the counter who I think was the owner and theyve been making great food for over 40 years. Friendly people with great food. They even have Blue Bell ice cream.

This was our first time to eat here, and were glad to have tried it. The burgers are flame cooked and very good. We also got fries and rings, which were great. The fries were crispy, and the rings were nice and crunchy. The food is very good here. As a novelty, we tried a couple of egg rolls too, since the review we saw indicated how good they were. That review was right. Excellent egg rolls! The next time we go, well have order some Chinese food.

The beef rice is so bland. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the best way to describe it is a McDonald s chicken patty off the dollar menu on a Whataburger bun. I couldn t believe how small it was. It was just okay. Nothing but lettuce really. Very disappointed after all the good reviews.

Decent food but the customer service is severely lacking. Was a regular customer usually waited about 15-25 minutes to order and get my food only to be told one day carelessly that their Apple Pay wasn t working they did not try to fix the issue at all just gave an off handed sorry and sent me on my way with nothing. This place used to have some decent food. Now, they need to change the name from best burger to Bad Burger. Took my granddaughter there and she wanted wonton soup and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp in the rice were sooo tiny, it should be illegal to catch, let alone be served to someone. I order a fish & shrimp lunch. The shrimp and fish were what you find in the frozen food section. They dropped them in some old grease and they came out way over cooked and hard. I ll never go back there again!!!!!!!!!

We were not satisfied. The walls are a a bit grim and have outdated and non-related paintings and pictures. The food used to be very good. As we recall, the patties were flavorful and the food felt homey and was a close resemblance to in and out. Now, it is the opposite. We got a chicken sandwich, shrimp sandwich, best burger, chili cheese fries, and chili cheese burrito. Out of this entire array, all of them were overcooked and bland. They did not season it well and it was just a major letdown from what we have experienced before. The only positives was that the food came out fast and the customer service was okay at best. Overall, if you are hungry and need a place to eat, and you need something very minimal then this is the place to be. But if you want a fulfilling burger, then head somewhere else.

I got a double bacon burger. It was well done, and still juicy. The bacon was thick and crispy, and stacked with fresh veggies. I would go back for the burger. The truth is I dont know how because. Mac Donald has so many sales when there is a place like Best Burger. This place was really cool! My fiancé and I stopped in here for a quick bite after work today they were pretty busy and the burger was still on point, the man that took our order was very kind and made note of all of the changes I asked for, the kitchen looked clean and the staff all wore gloves. Customer service could be better. Greet customers with a smile at least. Service was great, wait time for two combos was about 7 minutes. The restaurant was nice and clean and the menu was easy to order from. The burgers tasted really good and you can tell its homemade! I ordered two bacon cheeseburger combos. The meat patty had like a nice charbroiled taste to it, veggies were fresh and they gave us lots of fries. The only thing I didnt like was the bacon it was to hard for my liking my teeth started hurting from having to bite down and chew it.

It was my first experience eating at Best Burger. The food was very good. It was ready quickly and both the burger and fries were nice and hot. The packaging reminded me of the way you would receive your burger in an old school djner. The staff was friendly although there were very busy talking to each other in Spanish and could have been a bit more attentive with us as the customers. Also the place obviously used to be some sort of Chinese restaurant but all the decor was Asian and it really didnt fit the menu. Food ****- very good. Atmosphere ** - has a long way to go. I came off of a long road trip. Stopped for some egg foo young, I got bean sprout foo young. Soo many sprouts I could not finish the food. I pick out a lot, but it was so many that the egg in the dish had all but vanished. Its sad because I am in search of good food consistently. I stopped here for dinner because I had it before and it was amazing. The best I had since Baltimore Maryland. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with regular fries, the meat was really bland, not sure why but each bite had a taste of burnt plastic? The fries seemed low quality, but def tasted like it too. Do not recommend
