If you want avoid an UNPLEASANT give me your credit card and license to order inside or outside please DONT GO! The owner supposedly claim it to be a policy but there were other anglo clients that this was not asked of them. The restrooms seem fishy like there cameras inside be careful. The worst restaurant I ever been too. They will laugh about doing this was my experience. You have been warned. I hope you dont go I had to cancel order and only pay drinks because of poor service.

I had the blackened chicken and shrimp, with broccoli and rice. Rice was a little hard, and food was overall salty, but I realize that it s bar food so I was not really upset. My waitress was very friendly and joyful so that was nice. When I paid, I was only shown a total, and the auto tip suggestions were low, so as I normally do, I left 20% tip. I asked for a printout, only to realize they added a 15% auto gratuity. That was very unethical. I was by myself. I m here in Sugar Land often enough and I probably will never go back here just because of this one experience.

They went up on the prices BIG time 10 wings for 21.99?! I havent been in a year and all of the food went up...a year ago it wasnt that much and way more professional. For the prices you would think great atmosphere but while I was ordering a drunk crowd broke out into a fight behind me and no one tried to break it up and I had to move to another table....then my card was charged 3 times total was $107 and I got 10 wings a Philly cheese steak and fried pickles. That doesnt add up! Ill be calling my bank tomorrow!!!!! Stay clear of this RIDICULOUS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!

Very dive bar vibe. I think if it was cooler, we would have sat outside and taken advantage of the live music. Our bartender waited about 10 minutes before she acknowledged us, but it did seem like we came during a shift change, and ultimately, she did not serve us. She did remain behind the bar the entire time we were there.

I did not eat. I was there with friends to watch the band. Music was good. Drinks are pricey. Overall it was a good experience. I drink beer and I have been there 3 times. Average bill for me has been around $70. I realize everything is higher in Sugar Land. I am sure I will be back.

This place is a scam. Stay away. Only reason why Im giving 2 stars is because its beautiful and I like the fountains outside. But that doesnt mean you charge like Im having dinner and drinks in Beverly Hills. The server got lost for 40 mins. 1st half of the game ended. 20 mins break time and 20 mins into second half we saw a glimpse of her and had to call her over to get some water and our 40 minute old empty drink glasses. 15% tip was already included in the check when she deserved a 2% tip and on top of that she had the audacity to say 15% is already included, you can choose how much more you want to add. Terrible experience and a scam in works that isnt at the level of fraud so you cant do anything about it. Screw you. Ill find another place for my every week Sunday evenings.

The lady thats behind the bar in the daytime she has great customer service! I would definitely come back to visit her to make my drinks and the food was very tasty. My friend and I came during happy hours and we ordered the burger and seasoned fries with two margaritas and it was delicious!!!

I ordered water and definitely did not tip for water..... The other individuals that were here couldnt believe how bad the service was seeing that there were no more than 11 people inside the building maybe 23 outside the building. That should give you an idea of how bad the service was. Ruuuun, Disappointed patron!!! Okay after the 3rd attempt to try to get someone to come to the table to order food we finally got a young man named Rome. Pleasant young man and apologize for the lack of service at this establishment. This is not his area but he took it upon himself to do the right thing. ..... Now that we have eaten the food it is not as bad as the original service. Im thankful that my employees know how to go and look for something to do and are not like the eating establishments.

07-APR-2024 This is a Crawfish review. The crawfish were pretty good in a buttery garlic boil mix. Medium size. $10.95 /lbs. The crawfish were over-cooked 5 minutes, so were the corn and potatoes. Too many mushy crawfish (the smaller ones). No straight straight tails. Not fishy. Parking: Many shared parking spots and a short walk to the restaurant.

Went there last night for one drink a white claw to be exact i ask to close out the bill is 6-7 bucks let s just say 8 I only had one drink less than 15 minutes I pay my tab and go no problem 20 minutes later I get a 25 dollar charge on my card from that place and the guy said it s normal that they charge that (with no explanation) and then proceeds to say it happens all the time that they refund the money automatically in 2-3 days I do not believe this at all and will be having my first Karen moment by writing a review and having to talk with the manager when they open, it does not feel right to be charged a secret fee without my consent and in the state of Texas I believe that s illegal

This place is a scam! And disgusting. My dad and I came here to eat I ordered a catfish and fries, this came out smelling like strong ammonia. My dad and I tasted it and we ended up feeling sick later. When a fish smells like ammonia do NOT EAT IT! a fish smelling like ammonia means the chemical inside called trimethylamine oxcide is breaking down. That smell indicates that your food is spoiled and is carrying dangerous bacteria and or toxins!! You could have severe nausea, vomiting, and more. If I were you I d avoid eating anything at this place, or just don t go there. they tried to say it was the batter for the fish, no fish or batter should smell like it s decomposing! Also I came here twice when I was pregnant just joining my family members and friends I asked for a virgin lemonade no alcohol and told them I was pregnant, they gave me an alcoholic drink anyway and this happened twice in two different occasions of my pregnancy. I thought maybe they re just busy and make mistakes. The reality is they don t care they will do the bare minimum and make money off of you easily. Never going back again.

My salad had water all in the bottom of plate. My sons catfish tasted bad. My steak was old and over cooked it had a sour taste. The worst steak ever. The fajita tacos also had something in them that didn t taste fresh. The waitress was super nice. We will never be going back, though. I gave two starts because at least the waitress was super nice. Nice atmosphere by the fountains, especially in the night time. Expect to pay a $5 cover charge just to get in. Always enjoyed coming for the live music and just watching people dancing and having a good time. The only thing I didn t like was how the bartenders intentionally make your drink weak so you can ask for a shot and charge you for it which could be prevented if they made it strong enough from the start. Charging someone $10 for a shot of tequila?!? is a crazy rip off to me. If I would have known, I would have just ordered beer.

I was there with a pretty large group. I love when theyre willing to give us separate checks. If you check in on Yelp, they give you free chips and salsa. The margarita on the rocks was good. A friend and I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos. They come with a side. We chose broccoli. The flavor is tasty. But $15 for three tacos? The live music was loud and you cant talk outdoors.

Great, great atmosphere first off. But the food, besides the crawfish, is pretty medicore, and the service is hit or miss. Came here once and had fabulous service. Came here again and it was absolute trash. Saw our server when she dropped off our food and then we were ready to pay and I literally held my card in the air for 15 minutes before I just hunted down our servers buddy and asked her to get our server. Being in the service industry, we still tipped 20%, but we couldve walked our tab and been home by the time our server realized we were gone. Sorry to say, despite the amazing live music and vibe, we wont be back til crawfish season starts back up next year

Crawfish was good. But, waitstaff will try to scam you. Check your receipt because they will over charge you. Our tab was a little over $100 and he tried to keep an $50 dollar tip, when we ask for our change he kept $20 out of our change. When ask for it and he pretend was a mistake. I work in restaurant as a bartender and server for many years so my advice is AVOID THIS PLACE! Seems to me that they always do this to customers specially if you get tipsy or drunk.

The crawfish is so good! Unfortunately they charge a 20% gratuity for crawfish and the service is awful. It seems like they add the gratuity and then don t take care of the table. We never got drink refills, couldn t find the server to close out, and when we finally did there were drinks on the receipt that we didn t order. We had to fight for the printed receipt because the server wouldn t give it to us, obviously because it was the wrong one. She stated the table behind us must have ordered them, oops. I don t mind added gratuity but it was a slow day and the service was just awful. As good as the crawfish was, we will never be back.

2pm was a busy time, but a beautiful day. Patio, crawfish with family in the sun makes all this beginning its Summer Time. Thanks. Staff works hard to complete all this Atmosphere. Thanks Vegetarian options: Fried Mushrooms was the best.
