Brynnah is rude. We had 2 mobile orders.. first were drinks (came out promptly by Luci) and the second was two order of fries. Order placed at 6:44.. at 6:50 the order said it was being delivered on the screen. Another 5 minutes later, I stopped Luci who explained it was still in the kitchen. I said well the screen said it was being delivered 5 minutes ago. She said they clock it off prior to being completed. (Former corporate employee here: that is defeating the system and your performance times). Anyways, Brynnah comes out slowly with our order 3 minutes later. Annoyed with two kids screaming for their fries i motioned for her to hurry and I said fries take 4 minutes to cook not 15 . As I m leaving with my window down I hear her laughing at me. They had maybe 5 cars on the lot so not busy enough to justify a 15 minute fry order. Not to mention they weren t even hot.

We ordered our food, a sandwich, fries, and cheese sticks with a drink. There were only 3 other cars there. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and they left out the marinara so we asked for some. Figured they were understaffed or something, its fine, it happens. The person we were meeting there showed up so we ordered another order, just a pretzel with cheese dip. We waited over 15 minutes for the pretzel, and they left out the cheese. I went up to the door to ask for it and there were over 10 teenagers inside laughing and talking, no one looked like they were working at all.

Older Sonic with stalls on both sides of the building, picnic tables and one drive up with trailer stall. Speakers, signs, card readers, and video panels are in good repair. Restaurant in general looks in good repair including clean (no oil slicks) concrete under parking spots. Staff answering and taking orders were polite and helpful. Car hoops were also, polite and helpful. Food was fast and good, as where the slushes. Absolutely no complaints.

This location is usually pretty hit or miss, and its hits are still pretty below par. The drinks are okay, but I m never ordering food from here again. Tonight I ordered a pretzel twist and a medium (6) mozzarella stick. The pretzel twist was crispy, nearly burnt, and they didn t include the cheese dip that s supposed to come with it. My medium mozzarella sticks really stole the show though, as they only gave me 5 sticks, and every single one was completely hollow of any actual cheese. Also no marinara dipping sauce. I ordered an hour before closing, and there were probably 5 or 6 other cars there, but I really don t think time or traffic is an excuse for this poor of quality as Sonic is surely expected to experience rushes all throughout the evening up until they close. Nearly $10 completely wasted.

Even though this the location off Parker Rd in St Paul is just down the road, we usually go to the locations in surrounding cities. Always a lot of issues at this location, literally always. Two days ago, took a chance and order 2 burger combos. Fries & Tots were 3/4 the way full. Both burgers literally looked like mush. Months back I took another chance just to get a Sonic Blast. Had to park & pull out 4 times because the drive-up systems were down till I found a working one. Ordered only a Sonic Blast and the other cup was covered with ice cream. I asked for napkins and got ONE. When I tried asking for more, I just told her never mind and used some napkins stashed in my truck. No idea why its so hard to get quality stuff at that location.

Me, my fiancé, and her younger brother who is 8 placed an order for some food and drinks. we waited about 15 minutes until we got our food and drinks. after looking we had only gotten 1 of our 4 food items. We let them know what happened and they took the original bag of food back and went to go get the rest. After about 10 minutes they came back with the food. After looking again we were missing the original bag of food and they said they would get that back to us. They let us know that they had lost the bag of food and were going to remake it. While waiting a rude customer was yelling at the person on the mic. Although I dont blame the store for that but what I blame you for is what looked like the cook came running out and walked up to OUR car extremely angry. He then realized he was at the wrong car and ran to the other car. He proceeded to SCREAM threats and curses at the leaving car. Our windows were down and we had an 8 YEAR OLD in the car. After 30-40 more minutes we finally got our food and as compensation for all the waiting and yelling, we were given 3 coupons for a 99 cent large coke zeros what were 2 years expired. I am extremely disappointed in how they handled being under staff and disappointed in the management for letting it get this bad. I would appreciate further and usable compensation to make up for all this.

Second time going here and the Sonic blast I ordered was off. First time the cookie dough tasted old and like freezer burn. Second time there was a chemical taste like soap or a cleaning product was mixed in, tasted completely off. I thought it was me until my son said the same thing. Complete waste of money. I have lived in St. Paul for over 20 yrs and this use to be our go to last min burger place. We loved having a sonic so close to the house. My daughter even wanted to work here until talking to others that she knew worked there. I am actually sad to say I will never eat here again unless something seriously changes. I have now had violent food poisoning twice from this location along with my daughters friend and we both ordered the same thing. We also know another who quit here because of the unsanitary condition. The food here has never really been on point but it was close and it was our burger spot. There are some good kids that work up there that i love to leave big tips with but im driving to 78 sonic or Murphy from now on.

This location is simply not up to par. I couldnt muster the courage to dine here again, especially after my last visit over a decade ago when I was pregnant and received a raw burger patty. However, I didnt want to turn down my husbands lunch invitation today. They served us tater tots and onion rings saturated with oil, likely left warming for an indefinite period, only to be hastily refried. The moment I set the bag on my lap, oil spilled onto my pants, and neither the napkins they provided nor the extras I had could adequately clean up the mess. The hotdogs were overcooked and seemed dehydrated, leaving us with no choice but to discard the food. In short, the quality of the food here was truly appalling.

I don t normally complain, especially because I m also a service worker but this was just downright unacceptable. I got a #3 with a sweet tea and tots, a popcorn chicken a chocolate shake and mozzarella sticks. First they brought me my drinks and just a burger. The shake was the wrong one and he burger wasn t made right. Didn t get any of my sides until after telling them I didn t get it, they asked me if I was sure and I was like I haven t left this spot since you gave it to me 10 minutes ago, I was waiting to see if the rest came out. So burger was wrong, drink was a coke, wrong shake, and no sides. Wasn t busy or anything. Just a slow 7 o clock night for them and they couldn t get it right. Didn t even want to bother to go back for a refund cause it would have been a waste of my time.

Is there a reason to premake hot fudge sundaes? If I wanted cold hard fudge I would not have asked for a hot fudge sundae. Considering the reviews on this location, I guess I am not surprised. On my last visit, one item was missing, and they mixed up the teas and gave me sweet instead of unsweetened. No big deal. Ive been there quite a few times and have always had a positive experience. Thats not why Im giving them one star. It was the tea. The tea tasted literally rotten, like it had been sitting in a moldy container or gone bad after being left out for a few days. The level of rot/mold/whatever I tasted was strong. It was the main flavor other than the sugar, and even smells like mildew or mold. I dont post negative reviews very often, and Id like to go back there since the location is nearby. But my guess is that tea could make someone sick and needs to be addressed.

1st time at this location. Speed and order accuracy were fantastic and the food was great. Not often in this part of the metroplex, but would definitely come here again should I find myself in the area looking for food.

Asked for particular burger meal with mustard, they give me a mayonnaise burger with mustard on side. Lol ridiculous, asked for large fry, paid for large fry, was small not upgraded, the restaurant phone number is disconnected. Will not be going back.
