A gluten free dream! All food is gluten free. Everything is take away but there is a microwave to heat on site. Zucchini lasagna is fantastic! Banana bread moist and delicious! I will be back!

This is a great spot with amazing, well made food, that is both good for your body and peace of mind. I love their use of great ingredients, and well thought out meals. All that I have had so far has been delicious. The black tea is so good with the berry flavors, I highly recommend it. The Deliveries come in very well made containers labeled with all the nutritional information as well as re-heat instructions. The service is above and beyond, the staff is very kind, and the deliveries always arrive fresh. You definitely need to go check it out, but I bet youll choose to be a regular. Cheers!!! This is a ready to eat, grab and go shop. They have all the meals in fridges and locally sourced fresh juices and desserts in fridges near the register. For one steak salad, a brownie cookie, and a guava lemonade, I paid $25. The meal is definitely worth it, it s protein and nutrient dense, and tastes phenomenal. For no wait time, no clean up, and no prep, it s the perfect spot. Can t wait to try all the other options! The service was wonderful, the owner was knowledgeable, chatty, and very friendly. Will be back often!

Uber didint disclose it needed to be cooked . Jason made it right the food is amazing i love what i got and so did KT my frenchie . I have had a few meals here and they have all been great. This meatloaf is my favorite one. You can really taste the quality in their food. The prices are the same , if not cheaper than fast food so it s really a no brainer to come here for lunch. The portion sizes are more than enough with very high protein. The staff is friendly and it s always very clean. You can also see the kitchen from the front, which is also very clean. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the business and wanting to give the community a healthier option on the go. I strongly recommend this place!

I love this place! Its clean and the food has such great flavor! Flavor is important to us as we are from New Orleans and our taste pallets are used to over indulgent flavor, because of this we think a lot of food is too bland, but they really did good with the flavor. Definitely not bland like a lot of healthier food is. I stay away from gluten because it swells my belly, and eating here, I have no issues. My favorite is the blue corn fish tacos! Full of flavor and does not mess with my gut. My sons favorite is the steak and rice bowl. Hes picky but loves the taste. My husband said the mediterranean quinoa and shrimp bowl is wonderful!

Eat This is a dine-out health concept with pre-packaged meals, healthy ingredients, and value-oriented; its well done but misses the mark. This restaurant is a small business that really cares about the product and attempts to create truly healthy food that tastes good has quality ingredients, is value-oriented, and is easily accessible. It is a tall order. The food comes packaged in compostable containers with quality biodegradable utensils. They state they avoid butter and wheat flour, use avocado oil, and use gluten-free pasta. Weve seen similar concepts like this before, such as MyFitFoods, but Eat This seems to have healthier ingredients. Like many healthy concepts, they make up for flavor with sodium; my Steak bowl had almost 1700 mg, if thats a concern for you. The steak is grass-fed (no mention of antibiotics), but that didnt make it good. The food looked better than it tasted. The cauliflower rice and the Shrimp roll were okay. They are value-oriented, but its not a cheap meal; it will depend on how much you care about the ingredients. You can order online and pick it up or have it delivered through various partner services. The interior is surprisingly clean and bright, and the staff is friendly; they did a good job transforming this location into something more upscale than the rest of this shopping center. They call out on their website No Servers to Tip, indicating more value, but their online order suggests tipping, and at pickup, the slip requests Additional Tip. This may not be their intent, but one feels obligated by todays tipping culture; it hurts the value proposition. The owner indicates this is a mistake they have fixed, though. Overall, I will not be back; its a combination of driving to pick up, preparing my meal once I get back, value, taste of food, and better options for me. Thats not to say theres no market for this restaurant, especially if you like the food. They care about healthier ingredients, have good packaging and nutritional information, and you can buy multiple meals in one trip. YMMV. Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Pasta, suitable for low-dairy diets, and only avocado oil used. Parking: It s a busy shopping center, but they have dedicated spots for pickup.

Great spot for healthy alternatives that don t taste like it. I grabbed four meals a while back and they were all excellent. PHAT rolls are great, as was the teriyaki chicken with Cauliflower rice and the meatloaf was also awesome. Will definitely put this spot on my rotation, all grab and go and so far all delicious (and healthy!!)

Excellent service and food! I was looking for a good, healthy food service that would accommodate my diet. Ever since I found this place, I ve been a repeat customer every other day it seems. The steak fajita wrap is highly recommended and also the chicken fajita cauli-rice bowl is perfect for lunch. The portions are enough for 2 servings. Very good staff and insightful of the dishes served. I recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy diet.

I had the meatballs and zucchini. WOW! I didnt even like meatballs (its a texture thing). But these meatballs were CRAZY GOOD! My hubby had the hill country steak salad. He loved it! I even stole a bite of the delicious meat. This place is a hidden gem. Drop by and try out something. We plan on more! We had to call about the ingredients in the dressing because of my husbands allergies. The man I spoke with TEXTED me clarification and a copy of the dressing ingredients! Im my opinion, THAT spoke volumes!

Love the innovative concept! I ve never seen anything like this before especially with such great ingredients! Grass fed meat fresh produce! The food was good I would 100% pick this over any other restaurant especially since it s actually healthy for you! I tried the viet shrimp p.h.a.t rolls and the teriyaki chicken cauli-fried rice, tasted great! The workers are really friendly! They told me that if you want to take a certain ingredient out of any of their meals you just have to call in the morning when they are prepping the food! So cool, definitely will be calling ahead of time sub ingredients :) will be back to try more!

Finally a good restaurant that meal preps instead of a meal prep company posing as a restaurant. These guys are legit! I used to frequent MyFit Foods back in the day before they closed and have tried countless others since, all rather disappointing sharing the same bland ingredients and tolerable taste. Eat This has changed the negative meal prep stigma by offering such menu items like the Steak Fajita Cauli-Rice bowl, Vietnamese Shrimp Rolls, and my so far favorite, the Grilled Chicken Curry & Sweet Potato. Priced the same as your average Fast Food meal, these healthy alternatives are portioned right leaving room for any one of their healthy deserts to which I recommend the Cloud 9 Neapolitan Cheesecake. Coupled with a kids menu, EAT THIS provides good nutritious food for the whole family and a no excuse healthy great tasting meal alternative for those daily office lunches.

On my way to Chipotle but decided to swing by here, didn t know it was take out food only. Since I was already there and was hungry, I gave it a shot. I got the fajita steak bowl as I would at Chipotle I m not one to post reviews but damn very impressed. Food is amazing. It s finally open I and went with my friends and boyfriend yesterday! I love the Quinoa with Shrimp, my favorite so far! I tried so many places before but this one is the best so far.
