With 15 people in the restaurant on a Thursday before for 5pm the food took over 45 minutes to get we didn t ask the waitress to check on it and tell it was sitting under heat lamps for a while. The double D burger was cold. The fries were cold and mine. The hoagie was cold because you can see the cheese on. It was pretty damn hard.

It just gets worse and worse. I came in with a friend late to get food and go home, when we got there the girl didn t say anything but what do yall want to drink? We told her and she came back to drop it off. Came back 10 min later and got our order, it was only one double d s. She was sitting at the table behind us with another waitress and not acknowledging anything. We waited 40 min. No food, I asked for the manager and she came out shortly after with a burger. It was not mine. Then she came back with my burger, and I saw the burger that left my table go across to someone at the bar who just got there. Now I know my burger has been sitting there. Bun was hard as a rock and fries were cold. I told the manager, it s fine and I m not going to eat that. He said he would comp the two sweet teas and we left. The waitress still said, what do you want me to do with these teas? We had one drink for 40 min and no food. I used to work at this location so I already know what to expect but it s just getting worse and worse.

A sports bar definitely tailored for men. The menu was quite large with wings, burgers, pizza and other deep fried goodies. Lots of beer to choose from and a full bar. Ended up coming during a fight night so the place was packed but they had TVs all over so you could sit anywhere and still enjoy. The staff was very fun and friendly.

9-21-24 So first time in, family and I wanted lunch and let me tell you so worth it. The atmosphere, clean environment, the food was spot on. But the service was out of this world thank you Miss Laura drinks were almost empty and she was all over it. The food on our plates once done or emptied she cleared the table! That s how it s done. A BIG thank you to Miss Laura and the team at boomshells, we will surely be back!

This place was awesome and the waitress was wonderful!! Ill definitely be back!!! Zoey was THE best server/waitress I have ever been waited on before. Im a truck driver and have been to many resteraunts across the country but this was the best experience. The food was amazing and Zoey was made sure me and my party of 4 had everything we needed. Never even had to request or look for her. I was very impressed and will definitely be back!!!!

Waitress kept disappearing then showed up looking at our table from behind the chain curtains. Forgot the cheese and chips then brought them just before the wings our main option! I gave this Waitress every option to redeem herself but when it comes time to pay. She kept my change and never came back to our table! You dont just keep peoples change you ask them and allow them to to see your honesty and then bless you with a large TIP! ALLOW these things to pass dont just take their money! Thats called being a crook!

Came in around 7:30 on a slow Sunday evening. Host stand had 5+ girls waiting behind it and were greeted and seated immediately but waited 10+ minutes for a server to greet us and only received that as a sweet waitress nearby- Tierra saw us, asked if we had been helped, and after saying no said she would go find her. Finally our server, Mariah came and seemed nice enough. She got drink and food orders and then brought out food and checked on us once after food arrived. That same sweet server as before saw us sitting with nearly empty plates and asked if we needed anything? Just said awaiting check and needed a box. Tierra got our box and then our server Mariah came back and brought check. I get as three women we aren t the normal clientele but we are normally 30%+ tippers. We overlooked the long greet time but think another server having to grab you more than one is inexcusable. And no apology for the wait. We loved the food but the poor service besides the gem of a server that assisted is ridiculous.

August 2024 update I was sat down by the hostess and 1 girl came an introduced herself as my waitress to get my drink order and then, after finally getting my drink but was brit by a different girl that said she was my waitress now and was kinda disappointed out of everyone there I was the only one she had and was disappointed because everyone there was like in lingerie and I had the 1 person that had the most on. That was a disappointment, but it wasnt even the worst. I waited 15 min with an empty glass of sweet tea. I couldnt get refilled until my food finally came and still had to ask for it. She just was not attentive until I was almost done with my food. The chicken fried steak didnt taste very good. The steak itself didnt have much flavor, and the gravy almost had a burnt flavor. My okra was decent except few had part of the dough not cooked. The past few times I have stopped here, it had gotten worse, mostly the service, this time service and food. The food was good, and the service was awesome. Jessica was new but was doing a really good job and was nice and friendly and always smiling and very attractive. Definitely would go back for the food and to see her.

First time at Bombshells. Atmosphere was pretty good. I ordered a side Caesar salad and the blackened chicken meal with loaded mashed potatoes and loaded spicy Mac and cheese. Blackened chicken tasted just like any other chain restaurant that would serve it nothing special but it was good. The loaded mashed potatoes were also similar to any other chain restaurant that serves loaded mashed potatoes. The loaded spicy Mac was alright. I should have just got the regular loaded Mac and cheese. Food overall was like a 6.5/10. The server was nice but she only came around like 5 times the whole time we were there and I only got 1 drink refill. Also, after we had paid she almost gave us someone else who was sitting next to us bank card until we advised her those were not our cards.

Arrived and it took 20 min to even ask us if we wanted water. Ordered drinks then took about another 20 min to get the drinks and take our order. We were just a party of 2. Our order was chips and queso, and two TANK burgers.Another 40 minutes later and we finally got our burgers. Chips & queso never came. However, it was the most delicious cheeseburger I have ever had. OMG it was spectacular. When it came time to pay, waitress dropped off the bill. Never returned. I had to get up and go to the manager on the floor and have him take my bard. This place just sucked. This experience was fantastic... though if they could have done something about the rain when I wanted to leave, it would have e been way better. The Sargent Slaughter burger was fantastic. It was better at this location than when I had it at one of the other Bombshells. The server was amazing. She and others actually interacted with the customers instead of what I have typically seen at the other 4 Bombshells I have been too. Where all the waitresses stand around in a group talking amoungst themselves, ignoring their customers. Though that seem to start happening at shift change. I will make it a point to come back to this location before I leave town again.

Well, where do I start... the wife and I decided to return to where we had our first date, and celebrate our 1 year anniversary of marriage. As we entered and got seated we waited, for 15 min!!! Our waitress or one of em saw us from the bar and didnt come to us or ask us for our drinks. Even the menus werent sticky and was hard to turn. After that we just left. Terrible service.

Bombshells was nice for a last minute lunch. The Pin Up Girl Salad was very good and filling. The Sweet Potato Fries were good but nothing to write home to Mom about. I was surprised that a restaurant with only 5 active tables and 5 wait staff wandering the floor, talking to each other that it took almost 1/2 hour to get food. Even then we had to ask for the fries because the young lady ( however friendly and pleasant ) forgot to put in the order. Needless to say our quick lunch went overtime. PS the music is very loud

Drove past this a couple of times this week so I looked it up. Seemed like good food, but wish I had looked at the photo gallery instead of reviews. Was completely caught off guard by the lack of clothing these young ladies were wearing. Not a place I would take my wife out to eat at much less a family. Food was just ok. Onion rings didnt even come close to the photo on the menu. Size of burger patty was equal to price, so no issue there. Not a fan of this place and doubtful Ill be back. Kid-friendliness: Not a place that I would take my kids. Need to put more clothes on before serving someone.

Service is a hit or miss depending on the server you have. There are time when we will wait over an hour or our food although there isn t a lot of people. We ve had more misses than hits, but their happy hour keeps us coming back. If it wasn t for the reasonable prices my husband and I would never return. They do play good music on the weekends.

I love Kat! She is very prompt, carries amazing customer service skills! Doesn t argue with her customers! Trustworthy! Can t say this about all the girls here! Came by tonight sat at a booth. My server was amazing! Unfortunately the other server carries poor work ethic! She delivered the appetizer, asked her for a coke, she said ok! NEVER came back. I m assuming since I want her table I couldn t receive further service from her. Poor teamwork from her behalf! I took care of my server that night. Not the first issue experienced here! I keep coming back because I love the bomb poppers, atmosphere, and location! But there is lack of training for the staff!!

OMG the best experience! We came for the Arm Wrestling tournament... Our waitress was Maquina, and she was absolutely wonderful! She fit in so well with our group, too! Very attentive and helpful. Are work truck was broken in to in the parking lot out front , the manager was shady she came out asking if anything was wrong before we had even realized the the truck was broken in to . Managed to track most of my stuff to blue ash dr sense the person did not realize my other phone was in the bag maybe your stuff is in the woods there to . Seriously think the manger is playing a roll in the break ina there . She also told the cops she could not access the cameras . Id find another place to eat . I was there on a Saturday night. Arrived around 8pm, place almost empty, plenty of waitresses and it took the manager 10 minutes to realize no one had taken our order and bring us our drinks. Just stopped by to have a couple of Green Tea Shots with an old friend... lets just say 2 shots were enough, but we had 4 a piece for old times sake! Service was slow, so the ladies werent really engaging with guests but all in all cool vibe.

I come here a LOT bc its on my work schedule. The table waitresses are great ... but the bartender is awful. Doesnt seem to understand that the diners need attention. She spent much of the experience flirting with a customer and ignoring other customers. Bottom line- food excellent; service at bar is awful.

Good food, good service and the only thing that bothered me was the smell at our table. That smell was like someone got drunk and threw up underneath it and the people cleaning didnt clean it well. Not saying it was for sure from something like that but its what I can get the smell close enough too.

Bombshells is one of those places you re probably going because someone either suggested it, or you re just in that mood. This location is pretty good and the food was better than expected. We didn t order a lot of food this time but my accompaniment enjoyed their meals. It is very loud, although the music was excellent, so it s not quite a place to hold a conversation but we managed. The drinks were also better than other locations for sure. (If you like sweet, try Adios MFer, it s not on the menu) The main downside about bombshells is you kind of expect the service to be subpar - they take long, they get distracted, they don t always write down the correct order, and sometimes the constant pleading or smiling about how they are sorry for the mistakes can get a bit old. We had separate bills which came out incorrect at the end - but we know sometimes that can be tough so we still left a tip and thanked our server. Overall, it can be fun - but you kind of have to be in the right mindset to enjoy yourself.

Food is good but beer is warm for whatever reason. The music is terrible, y all should consider changing it up to something your clients actually want to listen to. Taylor swift and Beyoncé isn t what your customers want to listen to while drinking a beer.
