This place was so fun with very helpful staff. Each group gets their own staff member who teaches them how to throw, give tips, and provides fun games for your group to play. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the range is clean. It s very grunge if you like those vibes. Would definitely come back!

I have never gone axe throwing before this past weekend, but I will definitely be a repeat customer! This was such a fun experience and Cindi made our experience even better. If you are looking for a good team building experience, some healthy competition, or just a cathartic stress reliever this place will not disappoint! They even have darts, corn hole, and free arcade games for those who are waiting to throw or want to stick around after your time slot has ended. They have a great selection of drinks too. It s just a great place and a great time!

Axe me no questions, I ll tell you no lies we had an absolute blast! Went with a friend today and had the most fun we ve had in a long time. Lauren was our instructor- she mixed teaching and fun together and did a phenomenal job! Noah, who greeted us, was behind the bar and served as judge when needed, was friendly and helpful as well! We will definitely be back.

Come for the puns and leave feeling invigorated. Jessica was our coach. She is kind, funny, sarcastic, and a good teacher. Safety is top priority. They teach you 3 different throws. They have you play 3 team games and it was super fun. I lost, but threw pretty consistently. The coach will give you tips on how to make it better if your throw doesnt land. We did a two hour slot with 11 people and all threw the axe so many times. Will definitely come back again!

Our instructor Nathan was the best! He kept us laughing the whole time. We did the guided axe throwing for the first time and all enjoyed ourselves! The instructor set up mini games within the hour that made the entire time extremely engaging. There was a bar with drinks and snacks! Such a great time for groups or even a date night.

Such an awesome experience at the Texas Throwdown tournament! The owners went above and beyond to make sure all participants had an amazing experience. Drinks were great, service was top-notch, and I couldnt have asked for anything more. Ill definitely be back for another tournament! We went for our 1st time ever. Didn t know what to expect from it all. The inside of the place was really nice and chill. They had a bar, shuffle board, jinga, and a few other things as well while you waited. The instructor was so good at teaching you how to properly handle the axes/knifes. If you didn t throw so well they would give you advice on what to do to correct it. Over all experience was amazing. For sure going back again.

Came here for my birthday a few weeks back. Everything was OK at first until we tried to order champagne. They gave a sample and then refused to sell us any alcohol. I was with friends and we were very confused. We tried to get the servers attention several times, but she clearly was ignoring us. I went to the bartender and he was also ignoring me until I had to confront him and ask him why we weren t able to served. He s response was that the server thought we said that we were drunk, which mind you we only had one drink hours prior to that. My thing is if we were drunk , then why give us a sampler of alcohol makes no sense. Not sure if we were racially profiled but it sure feels that way. Once we left, I m not sure if it was the bartender or the bartenders friend, but he yelled really loud at us bye in a condescending manner as we were leaving the building. Never again!!!!

Jessica was our Axe Master today and she was great! We brought a group of 7 and we all had fun! This is not like carnival axe throwing at all. Jessica guided us through multiple fun games over the course of an hour and also gave us a safety orientation. Its a little pricey, but overall I would recommend.

It was a lot of fun. We had a birthday party there and they let us bring in our own food. We had enough people to take up 2 lanes and they gave us 2 axe masters for the duration of the night. The only complaints anyone had were : 1 It got hot. They need more fans. 2 it was dark. Wish the lights could have been brought up a skosh. We eventually got used to the light levels but not the sweatiness.

We had a super fun birthday party for my daughter-in-law Friday night. They set aside picnic tables for our 20 guests and we brought food with us. Steven was an excellent and FUN axe master who led us through group games and kept the activities flowing. They had wine and several wonderful Meads available as well. I recently went to Texas Axe Throwing and it was a blast! The staff were super friendly and helpful in teaching those who had never been before the proper technique. It wasnt too challenging, but we couldnt stop throwing those axes once we got the hang of it. Plus, they had a great selection of beers on tap to enjoy while we threw. Our Association hosted an event here last week and it was by FAR the best run event we have had to date and thats saying a lot. The team working our event made it fun and educational. We also got time for networking. If there was one complaint at all it was just that the parking is limited in their parking lot. When we realized it was getting full, several staff members ran out to direct parking for us. Again, couldnt be more pleased!

I had a fantastic time with a work group at this Axe Throwing space. We had so much fun learning the ways of the Viking and even learned how to toss an axe underhand! There was a large group of us and they broke us up into smaller groups and turned it into a really fun tournament that everyone got super into! We have done monthly team building at Texas Axe Throwing multiple times, the experience has always been great, our team has always enjoyed it and requests we continue to do it. Weve had numerous axe masters guide the sessions and all have been great. Came by as part of a team building event. Parking is small but they work to accommodate and ensure you find one. Service for me started at the parking lot and they were so helpful. We got to the axe throwing and our instructor was Jessi (sp?). She had shoulder length, curly blonde hair. I have to mention because she was just a gem and I want to make sure she gets recognition. As a first timer, she really helped calm my nerves by really focusing on my technique and how I can better my aim. I felt more confident and as we played different games, I couldn t wait to try again. The whole team and atmosphere was inviting. I switched over to another team and had Thor and he was also amazing and helpful. They really care about ensuring you find your style of throwing. I can t wait to do it again. Give axe throwing a try! If you do, do it at Texas Axe Throwing!

This was our 1st time ever doing Axe throwing! It was a great experience! Finding it was a little tricky, I almost passed their driveway bc all I saw was an empty lot. But inside was amazing! The music was great, loved the sound track! We got to experience both with lights on and the glow in the dark experience, which were both awesome! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and awesome! They gave us a lot of helpful tips! Loved the name tags! We had a great time! Would definitely go there again! We had a lot of fun!
