I have worked with Scott twice last year: he helped me sell my house and buy a new one. He was very honest and although I did not like what he had to say in the beginning about the needed improvement, after 30 days it became clear he was right. We made the suggested improvements and the house sold in 3 days! Agreeing to begin marketing the house a full 3-4 months before move date, Scott demonstrated patience and professionalism from the very beginning of our working relationship to sell the house. Relaxed demeanor from start to finish, pressure tactics never remotely surfaced. From settling on his service fees, determining a listing price, and setting buyer expectations for a relatively distant closing date, the overall experience could not have been better. The listing photos supplied by Scotts contracted professional photography services were expertly framed to highlight the houses strengths and were included as part of his multifaceted marketing strategy employing multiple online realty services such as Zillow to complement the requisite MLS listing service. Scotts real estate experience and intimate knowledge of the HEB market in particular manifests themselves very practically through the contacts that he has made during his career. Selling a house inevitably involves making repairs, and for each repair required, Scott offered a referral who demonstrated outstanding workmanship at a fair price. In the end the house sold for far closer to our asking price than I originally expected, and with relatively little stress that was quickly displaced with Scotts comforting knowledge and advice. Our family first chose to use Scott Real Estate after finding some reviews on line that showed them to be the best in the HEB area. We were referred to Ryan Morris by Scott, because he was going to be out of town during the time we were going to be looking for our PERFECT home. Scott helped us get our start in the rental business. Being a landlord, himself, allowed him to give us a lot of advice on how to proceed, what criteria to use in property selection, what rents to charge, how much rehab to do, etc., all based on his own personal experience. We bought 3 houses with Scott, and he was always very responsive and communicative with us during the process, and was skillful in negotiations, when the need arose. Besides all his knowledge, Scott is fair and honest, and a good family man. We highly recommend him.

We had a great experience with Scott when we sold our house last year. First of all, he is a Catholic man who truly cares about his family, and people in general. My husband and I could trust him right away from that perspective. He specializes Bedford, TX area, so he knew the market prices of the homes in Bedford very well, and he gave us advices what needs to be updated, fixed to sell the house, and get the best price. His vendor referral was fantastic. I used the guys from Scotts referral, and they were excellent with their jobs and reasonable prices. Scott took beautiful pictures of our home, and made it look really attractive. So what happened when we put our house in the market? We sold it in 4 hours with a full price offer. Yes, there were some negotiation between the buyer and us, and Scott gave us good advices on that, too. When we looked for a house to buy, he was ready right away, and even though it was away from H.E.B area (South Arlington), he was so willing to help us out. I liked his automated email feed with the homes on the market that he set it up for free. He is very prompt on responding to the email, or text message. He calls back with the willingness to guide on home buying and selling. When we need to buy another home, well definitely call him first.

We first met Scott several years ago while searching for our first home as a married couple. Altho we did not purchase a home from Scott at the time, he left a strong impression on me and, when we decided to sell our home, he was the first name that came into my head as THE person to trust to sell our home and steer us through the murky seas of a buyers market. We found Scotts professionalism right on target; and his candor and honesty above reproach. Our previous realtor had offered us a lot of fluff and not a lot of substance; so we found Scotts style refreshing. I would MUCH rather deal with a realtor who is honest, fair, and high on getting the job done right, than one who is high on qualities such as a lot of false flattery and sketchy information. Scott was very easy to work with and he took care of two houses for my family: selling the one we were living in and helping purchase the home we were going to move into. The timing had to be perfect and there was a lot to coordinate. He worked hard to find us the exact floor plan we were looking for and did the work of both Realtors (the Realtor on the other side was missing in action) and he went the extra mile and got everything done. If I could make any suggestion on improvement, it would only be that I wish we would have been coached to offer a lower price as I think we paid premium for our home. But with out tight timing I understand.We love our home and heartily recommend Scott!
