I was in a unique situation with a special challenge for Jill - sell my house ASAP and note that I would be out of the country just weeks after our first call. Without writing a novel of my whole experience, allow me to share a list of everything she did that made my whole experience an absolute breeze: 1. Her initial review of the house was fit for purpose - focused on feedback for what truly needed fixing. Her perspective was focused on ROI - if you cant get something back for it, dont spend the money to fix it. 2. Her efficiency and follow through is impressive - she effectively leads you through the process of selling your home without overwhelming you (which was particularly helpful for this first time home seller) 3. One of her towering strengths is her ability to market your home. She and her professional photographer spent half a day taking incredible pictures of my home, and within days she had a fantastic video marketing the house, a website listing with beautiful photos and thoughtful write up, and then frequent updates on how the house was being viewed on social media platforms. 4. She keeps close tabs on all visitors to your home and assesses their likelihood of being a serious buyer - her approach and style are also so welcoming that I trusted her ability to court buyers in a thoughtful way. 5. While I was out of country, she helped winter proof my sprinkler system and also helped manage through a power outage (even personally meeting with an electrician sent out to resolve the issue). This was truly above and beyond support! 6. During the negotiation process, she proactively advocated for me, successfully negotiating to get me more than I was asking for. 7. Once I had officially moved out of the country, she competently continued to support the whole sale process, giving me updates as needed and managing all details through closing while I was on the other side of the world. I first called Jill just days before Thanksgiving and by early February my house was already under contract with us closing February 29. My entire experience start to finish was as easy as selling a house could be and I will forever be grateful to her for making what could have been a highly stressful event - into a very smooth transaction. Jill Wente was the best realtor weve had and she is an expert in her field! A friend recommended her and we would pass on that recommendation a million times over! We were moving due to relocation for work, but having a confident and knowledgeable realtor on our side made it stress-free. When touring the Tomball and Spring area she showed us many neighborhoods and she was very familiar with the amenities of each. Jill Wente is an amazing realtor!! I lived in Florida and was looking to move to Spring, Texas so I found her on a YouTube video all about Spring. I didnt know anything about her at first. I doubt you can find a better agent than Jill! Jill was suggested by our relocation company. My husband and I were extremely fortunate to have her. Jill was always professional, patient, and polite. We acquired Jill s expertise after she provided an impressive presentation of what extensive services she provides. Jill has fully embraced technology and social media to cast a wide net across all platforms to provide maximum visibility to her listings. I can not emphasize enough the massive difference between Jill and her peers in market visibility and knowledge. For example, we ended up selling our house for twenty thousand more than what other realtors even wanted to list our house. This came down to visibility, and Jill s profound understanding of our house s true worth in the real estate market. I must stress Jill s work ethic in getting the best price for your home. We tasked Jill about two weeks before we left the country to provide ways to maximize our house s value while spending the least amount of money. My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Jill. In a crazy sellers market with us moving here from out of state, she helped us find and get into the right home at the right price in the right neighborhood. We flew in from out of town for a weekend to look at houses and she dedicated the whole weekend to helping us get to know the area and the neighborhoods and also making sure she got to know us and exactly what we were looking for so that she could find us the right home. We needed to sell our home quickly during the height of the Covis-19 pandemic of 2020. After dealing with another realtor that left us feeling greatly dissatisfied and anxious, we contacted Jill Wente because she worked for Gary Greene, the agency that had represented us at the purchase of our home twelve years earlier. Jill was able to see us the very next day and put our minds at ease immediately with her poise and professionalism. She spent nearly four hours with us explaining the process and answering all of our questions. She took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a selling our single-family home as well as our need to relocate quickly. Let me just start by saying that Jill made the daunting process of both selling my old home and finding my current one more pleasant than could have been expected. Throughout the entire process she was honest, easy to communicate with, and patient. When it came time to sell my old home, I contacted Jill and she met me at home at took the time to get to know me, why I was wanting to move, my timeframe. She showed me the comps she already prepared, and explained the entire process. We then did a walkthrough of house where Jill identified items that needed to be addressed to make the house more appealing (paint, fixtures, minor repairs). Once those issues were addressed, and the house was listed, it received multiple offers and Jill took the time to narrow down the best options and then explain what each one meant in detail with regards to the offer amount, type of financing and what it could mean down the road when it came to inspections and appraisals. Once we came to a decision on the right offer, the rest of the selling process moved along smoothly and Jill was quick with updates each step of the way. As the closing date of my old home approached, the focus shifted to finding a new home. Jill was very accommodating during this time as my fiancé and I had a very small window of time during each day where we were both available for showings. Jill was routinely able to get the showings scheduled during this time, often on short notice, and was helpful at pointing out things both positive and negative that we may not have noticed otherwise. No example better illustrated this than when we found a home that appeared to check all the boxes. During the showing, Jill pointed out the proximity to a major road, and the road noise during morning and evening traffic, and even brought up potential future expansion of road and surrounding area. Despite this warning, we were so enamored with the house that we went ahead and put in an offer. While waiting to find out if the offer would be accepted, I heeded Jill s advice and checked into expansion projects, and decided to drive back by the house during rush hour to check on the road noise. We ended up pulling the offer and Jill seemed genuinely relieved. I appreciated the fact that she was willing to be as adamant about the issue as she was when she could have easily let us make that mistake, and made the sale. A short time later we did find the home that checked all the boxes without any road noise or any other issues, and the purchase process went as smooth as the selling process had been for my old home. Even months after closing, Jill continues to be helpful as she was able to provide quality handyman references for some small projects that I needed done. I ve thoroughly enjoyed working with and getting to know Jill and I can t recommend her enough.

One of the Very Best in the Business. My wife and I met Jill as we prepared to place our first house on the market and began to look for a new home in the Spring area. Ive worked with agents in the past with whom Ive been less than impressed, but Jill is top-notch. She is punctual, thorough, and patient. A terrific realtor, the best Ive seen. She is friendly, energetic, professional and committed to getting the job done. She took a home that wasnt moving, made a few improvements with little money, re-listed it and had a contract within a week that recouped the cost of improvements with interest. Jill Wente was our realtor when we recently sold our home in Spring, TX. Jills name was frequently seen on for sale signs in our neighborhood and my wife decided that her research said Jill was who we should use. We met with Jill about one month before we were ready to list the property and Jill was very willing to speak with us and go through what she felt were the appropriate things that a home owner should be doing. She also had multiple home sales in the area and told us where she thought we should price our home. In addition Jill went through the entire home and gave us instructions on what needed to be done in order to make our home the most attractive. Before the home was put on the market, with a coming soon sign in the front yard, we had showing and offers. After the initial open house, we had 4 offers and selected one. The offers were at asking price or above. Unfortunately, the people who made the original offer we accepted, were not able to get their financing, but this didnt stop Jill. We kept the earnest money and relisted and immediately had 3 new listings, including the original family who opted out. After several discussions, we agreed to offer the home to the original family again, but included at Jills recommendation very high earnest money requirements which the family accepted. The purchase went through and we set closing, moving out of our home to a new home near Austin, TX. Unfortunately during the move out, a leak developed in the laundry room and Jill found this. She immediately called us and we left everything in her capable hands as we were out of town. She contacted a plumber, had the pipe repaired, contacted a remediation company to dry the house, and another contractor to repaint the damaged areas. Jill also delayed the closing in order to get everything done. Jill was able to take a horrible experience and make everything right. She is the best realtor we have used and we have had at least 8 moves using 15 different realtors in the past.

Jill is awesome! I was a first time home buyer and she did a wonderful job helping me through the process. Jill always responded right away to all of my emails and text messages and was such a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market and provided great advise and guidance. I recommend Jill to anyone looking for a top notch realtor and I look forward to working with her again when Im ready to sell!
