I m not a ramen girl but I wanted to give it a try and glad I choose this place. The food was absolutely delicious and had a wonderfully homemade taste that made every bite enjoyable. You can really tell they put a lot of care into their dishes. Highly recommend for anyone craving genuine, comforting ramen.

We love their ramen soups, and I absolutely love their vegetable fried rice. My absolute favorite. The food portion is huge, worth the price. The only thing i wish they had is ramen for the kids menu. Since the portions are huge, you can always share. The atmosphere is very quiet and it seems like not many people dine but I like that because of my kids. IYKYK!!

I was disappointed in everything overall. I came in, and the waitress tells us we can sit wherever we like. When she comes up to our table she starts talking about how the customer who was picking up was rude and how she is from this generation where kids are sensitive. I played it off and was nice to her and told her, You know just let it go and that you have to be tough in retail. Next, my son order a Japanese soda and she told him not to drink it all because it had 110 calories. Anyhow we ordered and the fried shumai and shrimp cakes were ok. The Ramen had a nice presentation but was bland and had no flavor. The tea tasted old as well. I wish I would have had a better experience.

Yoko Ramen is a must-visit restaurant for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm, friendly service that sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. One of the standout dishes at Yoko Ramen is their kalamari. Its a must-try for seafood lovers, and the tender, crispy pieces of squid are perfectly seasoned and accompanied by a delicious dipping sauce. The portion size is generous, making it a great starter to share or a satisfying meal on its own. But the real star of the show at Yoko Ramen is the miso spicy ramen. This dish is a flavor explosion, with rich miso broth, tender noodles, and perfectly cooked slices of pork. The spice level is just right, adding a kick without overwhelming the other flavors in the dish. Its clear that the chefs at Yoko Ramen take pride in their craft, as every element of the dish is perfectly executed. Overall, the food at Yoko Ramen is very good, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The menu is reasonably priced, and the portions are generous, so you definitely wont leave hungry. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making it a great spot for a casual dinner with friends or a cozy date night. If youre in the mood for Japanese food, Yoko Ramen is definitely worth a visit.

Four of us came in Thursday night; I asked one of my grandsons if he wanted ramen. He said yes. As it turned out he ordered sushi. He had the dragon roll. It was big and he said it was good. I ordered the shrimp fried rice. I was served a generous sized plate of fried rice, veggies, and 7 nice sized shrimp. The other two got bento box dinners. The each received a big box with plenty of chicken or shrimp, rice, Spring roll, good seaweed salad, and soup. We ordered the calamari appetizer, and it was pretty good also. Mochi was good also.

Absolutely amazing got greeted as soon as i entered the lady was very nice and asked me what i d like to drink right as i sat down at the bar. I started with the gyoza and I don t know if it s their own recipe or something but something about it is just different and tastes amazing compared to other places i ve been to. I asked whether she preferred the Tonkotsu or miso and so i got the Tonkotsu after the recommendation and i m absolutely blown away with the amount of flavor, the craziest part is it wasn t busy at all I was the only person inside other than the occasional doordasher and the place is very very clean 10/10 will definitely come back in the future and will be recommending to friends.

Hidden gem in Spring! We had plans to go to a chain ramen place and they were packed. We ended up finding Yoko Ramen and it was amazing. The price is reasonable and the food is fresh. We ordered the chicken ramen, tonkotsu ramen, vegetable ramen and the super yummy ramen with chicken dumplings. The broth was flavorful and hot. The noodles were fresh and had a good consistency. It is a family owned business and they take good care of their customers. We will definitely be eating here again! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Ramen and appetizers available. He also makes the chili oil from scratch as well. The decor could be modernized and the pictures on the wall could come down the tape is not an attractive sight BUT I came for the ramen and I would return. One of our favorite places to eat. Yoko Ramen is one of the best ramen places in the area. Their staff is amazing, every time we go we get complimentary edemames that are delicious. Our favorites are the spicy chicken ramen, the seafood ramen and the super yummy ramen. But the best appetizer I ve ever had is the crab puffs. These are to die for!!! Order these when you go. Go and try it out, you won t be disappointed.

The place was quiet for a Saturday night, which was nice because the food came out extremely fast. The staff is sweet and friendly, and the ramen was delicious, the meat pretty much melted when in our mouth! I really enjoyed it and will certainly come back.

This is a great place!!!! Our server was Beth and she was amazing. She helped us pick what food we ordered and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was outstanding. The vegetable tempura and pan fried gyoza were wonderful. I got the number 1 ramen was it was absolutely delicious. I really like that its easy to customize your ramen. I am allergic to eggs and noir and they had no problem leaving it off my ramen. Beth recommended the wontons added to the ramen and I totally agree. They were so good. They are 100% made in house, which I think is amazing.

Working at two ramen restaurants for quite some time, I got sick of ramen, but had been eyeing this place for awhile. We got the tonkotsu and chicken wonton ramen. Usually I would just eat the toppings and broth, but the whole tonkotsu ramen together was absolutely amazing. I was quite surprised at the portion sizes and the flavor over all. Both ramens were completely amazing. We will definitely be going back for everything on the menu and honestly cant wait. Definitely recommend this place so much!!

Small place, ramen is comparable to Jinya but a little cheaper. Broth is very creamy, homey-er flavor than Jinya. They gave us edimame on the house, and the milk tea was tasty.

If youre hungry and dont know where to go on New Years day for some hangover soup- try Yoko Ramen! Its located at 3422 FM 2920 Rd. We tried it for first time today and the service was super friendly. They gave us free hot Edamame to start and their ramen was some of the best Ive had. The noodles had great flavor and the broth was excellent. The Spiced Eggs were perfectly cooked and tasty. Spiced eggs are not chili spicey, they are flavored like chicken broth, in my opinion. I confiscated both my husbands and my daughters eggs, I love them so much. My daughter loves Calamari, and theirs has herbs in the breading and is super flavorful. We all liked it. My husband ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen and it was perfectly spicy without using chili flakes (I dislike chili flakes because they lodge in your gums and teeth). I ordered the Wonton Chicken Ramen and it was the best of both worlds. I got like 9 wonton filled with meat AND the ramen noodles with the really fantastic broth and spiced egg, it also had spinach and green onions, but its all about the noodles and that amazing broth! I also ordered two of the BBQ steamed buns (Yummy Chashu Bun on menu $4.95) to-go, and they were both soft and plump, filled with delicious BBQ pork. Its hard to find these buns, so I am happy I can get these whenever I want now! This is my new favorite place in our area! I just had to share with you all. Its owed by a super sweet family: mom, dad, and their young daughter, who was helping run the register. They treated us like their best customers and we saw them do the same for all the other customers there. I read another review here that said the owner was racist against black people because the owner shook his head at them upon entering. I think it must be a misunderstanding, probably meant the place was closing or out of broth or something. I can personally attest that we were treated exceptionally kindly as brown people, another table of black people next to us was treated just as well, and so was another table of white people. All colors were treated with welcome and eagerness to serve good piping hot food. I urge that customer to give this place another try to clear up that confusion. Cant beat great service! Would love to support this family-owed business succeed in our area! Happy New Years everyone! 2020!!!

Nice small place with intimate seating. I had Tonkotsu ramen and it was a bit different than Im used to, maybe a bit less funky and lighter on salt than Im used to but was still creamy and flavorful with noodles done correctly that were of the normal ramen specifications. The gyoza was tasty and well prepared, you can get them pan fried which I did or steamed. The service was friendly and fast. I cant wait to return and have the spicy miso ramen. Looked really good.

Ive been to lots of ramen houses. Yoko has good ramen at fair prices. The tonkatsu broth was flavorful and creamy. The spicy miso is flavorful without being ridiculously spicy-hot. Noodles were a good consistency. The pork pieces were juicy and seasoned properly. Only small issue with the ramen is that the egg was just a little overdone. They also have bubble tea, but be aware that the boba they use is not the tapioca pearls, but rather they are lychee popping bubbles. Not a big deal, but I would have liked to know that ahead of time.

Excellent ramen! The broth is just ridiculously good (I recommend the pork/chicken combo just for the broth), and the pricing is spot on, providing a fantastic value. They also have a selection of other Japanese fare if youre with a group of people into ramen but youre not quite angling for that. My wife really enjoyed the spicy edamame, which smelled fantastic! If you are in the area, you should definitely come out!

Beth, was a amazing! The server was very forthcoming, thoughtful and made some incredible recommendations!! Not only is the service top notch, complements to Beth our sever for a great experience!! But, the RAMEN was packed with flavor, the Spicy Miso Ramen!! , is, not junky spicy as it should be, is so flavorful I scraped the bottom Of my bowl for more noodles to finish it. I ve been to several ramen locations in the Houston area, NY, San Diego, Austin, San Antonio, are amongst some of the food Mecca s I ve tried bowls of delectable Ramen in the states!! But, today! I indulged in the most delicious and satisfying bowl of Spicy Miso I have ever had, in the States! This isn t hyperbole! Yoko Ramen has figure it out and are not afraid to challenge the taste buds of those who claim to want the experience of a spicy flavorful bowl of Ramen!! That delicate balance of flavor and spice is not something you can get from most ramen locations in the States. I assure, you, Yoko has figured it out. The noodles were perfect, great thickness, fresh and prepared perfectly, the cashu pork was!! Wow!! Tender, seasoned but not overpowering the flavor of the Pork. I... I can t think of a bad thing to say. Perhaps not getting another bowl is my only negative. I should have taken some to go!! I can t wait to be back! I m full... but I want another bowl already!

BI was greeted and given a table upon arrival. The atmosphere was laid back and intimate. They did have a big screen on the wall showing a golf tournament but that did not interfere with the ambiance of the restaurant. I ordered a mango tea with boba and spicy chicken ramen with wonton (I was so excited to see that they were NOT made with pork). Everything was well seasoned and flavorful. I loved that they had other options for the kiddos to eat other than ramen. My son decided on chicken nuggets and fries with an apple juice. I also had an order of spring rolls and edamame that were also tasty. Overall I will be back to try their bento box.

I live right by the new Yoko Ramen in Spring so I had to check it out. Ramen was good, but I do have 1 complaint. The noodles. On the menu it says thin noodles. The noodles are not thin noodles. They are thick wavy egg noodles. I brought this to the attention of the waitress. She went and told the owners, we even gave her a pic on our phone so they could see the difference. Im not against thick wavy egg noodles, BUT then they need to change their menu to reflect what they are serving. Ramen nerds could be upset by inaccurate menu. The noodles are not made in-house either, which is ok. Broth was good and creamy, but I suspect the Tonkotsu had chicken broth in it too. My husband thought it tasted a bit chickeny as well. The egg was cooked very well, still liquidy and decadent, although you only get a half egg. I did like the menma as it wasnt too funky and Im a fan of naruto in my ramen, so I liked that addition. The chasu was good, although not the most tender or charred I have had, but you did get 2 pretty thick slices, which I liked. All in all I would visit there again. We also had fried shrimp shumai- which tasted more like a fried fish cake, but was still tasty. Im interested to try their bentos next! Pretty solid though and excited to have more Ramen in Spring! Especially next to Qshi, which the owners of once told my husband and I, when they asked for what they should have and we said Ramen, People arent into Ramen, they like Pho. Lmao, ok!
