Went down for my first time and was treated exceptionally well really truly do love this pizza place it has now become one of the top favorite to me in the spring / Houston area. And they also are one of the places that I have found that have non-alcoholic beer. Have been a lot of places in spring . And the other places dont have non-alcoholic drinks truly appreciate that rotolos.

Went to this location yesterday with my wife for lunch. I ordered a Classic Pizza: Italian Club with Jalapeños and my wife ordered the chicken Parmesan. Food was delicious, I recommend this location, we had a nice time inside, they do have a patio section. Will be coming back soon.

It was our first time visiting and the atmosphere is pleasant. We ordered two pizzas and a salad. The service was pretty awful. The place wasn t packed, but they are extremely understaffed. We waited a good hour. Asking for a refill on drinks took 15+ mins. We ended up just getting up and refilling our own drinks. Several requests weren t even fulfilled by our waiter. The food was great though!

This is a great place to eat and drink. The waiters are really kind and not to invasive. The pastas are really great (they have vegan pasta with plant-based meat) and their pizzas are okay. The crust is delicious but the pizza itself is quite greasy. Though, I really appreciated they also have vegan options for the pizzas as well with vegan pepperoni and vegan cheese. The prices for the pizza are quite expensive ($30 for a pizza is crazy...)

Stopped in for a quick lunch as the pizza was advertised as a ton of pepperoni. It did not disappoint. The pepperoni was crisp with just the perfect amount of oil. I ended up getting a take home for my wife, an Italian from Queens. She LOVED it 10/10 recommend.

As a pizza fan, I had to try this place because its what they sell. I also saw a sign for $7 Calzones on Wednesdays. Honestly, I liked the calzone better than the pizza. Im not a fan of the sauce they use on their pizzas. Its flavorless and bland. For what its worth, you can buy pizza buy the slice here.

I am a frequent flyer since their original grand opening. Normally sit at bar, drink a little vino and bring food home. Over last few weeks I have spent some time with Destiny and Bryan ( bar staff). Both are incredibly friendly and efficient. Made my visit enjoyable. Will always return when I am in the area. Definitely recommend you give them a try!!

Meh. It s a pizza place, just order the pizza and don t wander too far off that menu. My kiddo (Mac n cheese expert) couldn t finish the Mac n cheese because he was so disappointed with the flavor. 3 of the 4 beers I ordered were not available, even though they were on the tap list. Ordered two appetizers, and they took forever. The cheese fries are served in a skillet too hot to touch. The cheese was on the bottom of the fries, which means it was burnt on the bottom and had no chance of being eaten without being cut like a pizza. The Dynomite shrimp arrived with a very lackluster and Unappetizing appearance. It was served in a bowl and upon further inspection, it was a bowl of arugula with a few pieces of shrimp on top. Will not return. 5/2024 After watching this restaurant for over a year, I noticed a change in the amount of customers. I decided to give them another chance. Im glad I did. We sat at the bar and we were waited on by Andrew, a very attentive and friendly bartender. He assured us service and quality were on point and he was RIGHT! Im glad we gave it another shot. We love Rotolo s especially Wednesday which is calzone day. The calzones are full of fresh tasting ingredients and perfectly baked. We like sitting at the bar and had Destini as our bartender. She is very personable, attentive and awesome at recommending different craft beers. The variety of craft beers is wonderful. Beer is ice cold and served in a frozen glass.

I went to Rotolos for the first time yesterday to pick up some pizzas & appetizers to go. We had excellent service from the young lady working the front desk. She took the time to explain the menu and the different kinds of pizzas they offer. We ended up getting 2 of the Big Apple pizzas, the Spinach & Artichoke dip and the Brussels Sprouts appetizers. The pizza were OUTSTANDING!! Seriously excellent pizza. My family and I were definitely impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the deliciousness of the pizzas. The appetizers were great too. I am really happy to have found Rotolos and I will definitely go back to dine in and enjoy more pizza and the atmosphere there. Highly recommend Rotolos for amazing pizza!!!

Ive been here many times. Food, atmosphere, and service are good, except today. The service was incredibly awkward. The waitress kept checking on us, asking if we wanted any boxes for leftovers even though we were just half way thru our food. She came at least three times later and asked if we done with our food. Clearly, she could see we were still working on it. We usually order more beer or food, but at this point we just wanted to leave since she already gave us the check. Later, she had came back and grabbed our food asking if we were finished yet again despite there still being food in the bowl. I understand a little rush if the restaurant was crowded, however the place was barely at half capacity. This was by far the worst experience we had and it had completely soured our appetite.

We order from here occasionally. And sometimes the Togo orders arent as good as they should be. For example. We ordered a salad and the dressing was put on the lettuce instead of on the side. Making the lettuce gross and slimy. Most of the time when we order here the dressing is on the side. The calzone is normally cut in half as well. This one was not. When the place first opened it was great. The service and quality have gone down a bit in the last few months. But so have most places.

Perfect pie. We tried Rotolos a couple of weeks ago and Ive been meaning to leave a review. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Delicious food. We had fried calamari, margerita pizza, & the og pizza The glaze they put on the calamari was very tasty. I didnt read the description so I want expecting a glaze. It was served on a bed of arugula which paired well with the calamari. The pizzas were some of the best Ive had in the area. Crunchy thin crust with lots of flavor, not greasy, just the right amount of sauce and toppings.

We originally came in a side door (that we thought was the entrance) and I asked if we just sit anywhere and was rudely told no that we needed to se the person up front, we asked where that was and the person rudely just pointed. We got a seat and it took forever to get a server and then forever to get the food and again it took a very long time to get our check and pay. We strolled into Rotolos, Craft and Crust with the aroma of sizzling chicken wings and bubbling cheese filling the air, our appetites already teasingly awake. The cozy ambiance of the place welcomed us as we settled into our seats, ready for a night of indulgence. My friends and I had come in for our usual fix of hot wings and cold beers, but little did we know, we were about to embark on a culinary adventure that would leave us with more than just satisfied stomachs. Allec, our unexpected protagonist, emerged from behind the bar, a friendly grin on his face as he welcomed us to the restaurant. It was a slower night, giving us the opportunity to strike up a conversation with him. As we chatted, he recommended the spiciest wings on the menu, a warning gleaming in his eyes as he cautioned us about their fiery nature. When the wings arrived at our table, they glistened with a tantalizing sheen of sauce, their aroma carrying a hint of danger that only fueled our excitement. We dove in eagerly, the heat of the first bite dancing on our tongues, but it wasnt enough to satisfy our craving for spice. You see, we were connoisseurs of heat, armed with our own secret weapon a stash of dried scorpion pepper powder that we carried with us for occasions just like this. Inviting Allec to join us when he got off his shift seemed like the natural thing to do. After all, what better way to make a friend than over a plate of fiery wings? With a twinkle of curiosity in his eyes, he accepted our invitation, unaware of the fiery fate that awaited him. As he took a cautious bite of our concoction, his reaction was nothing short of dramatic. His eyes widened in disbelief, his face flushed with a fiery hue, and his breath caught in his throat as he struggled to contain the inferno raging within. Why would you EAT THESE THINGS!?!? he gasped between desperate gulps of water, his voice tinged with disbelief and admiration. We chuckled at his plight, ordering him a soothing drink to help extinguish the flames that ravaged his palate. Its The Cure! we assumed him. Eventually, he regained his composure, albeit with a newfound respect for our daring taste buds. My friends and I joke now that if anyone offers him hot wings with scorpion power again he will say, Cluck U! From that day on, whenever we graced the doors of Rotolos, Allec would greet us with a bemused smile, shaking his head in mock disbelief. Why? Just why?!? hed exclaim, a testament to the unforgettable encounter that had forged a bond between us. As we explored the depths of Rotolos menu, savoring each delectable dish with gusto, it became our home away from home. My wife and son developed a particular fondness for the margarita pizza, its crispy crust and fresh toppings a testament to the culinary prowess of the kitchen staff. So, if ever you find yourself in need of a memorable dining experience, I implore you to seek out Rotolos and ask for Allec. Let him regale you with his side of the story, a tale of spice, friendship, and the unbreakable bond forged over a plate of wings. ...there we were, my wife going into labor, myself tangled in a struggle with 3 sleeper cell russians. I look over and see Alec charging across the room, my newborn son tucked safely in his apron pocket, my wife in his arms. The distraction was just enough for me to miss the approaching blade of my opponent and get sliced across the face. Alec mid-stride grabbed a bottle of Titos Vodka and hurled it like a cannon at the second assailant! The bottle struck Boris temple, shattered on impact, the spray of the vodka sterilizing my wounded visage, I was safe from the threat of infection. Alec had reached the front door at this point, the last obstacle between he and freedom. I glanced down at my cracked phone screen your uber has arrived finally flashing. UBERS HEEEERE I screamed to Alec. Alec immediately grabbed 2 plates off the stack in the cart next to him and began laying down porcelain cover fire. I sprinted towards the door. As we hurtled through, we knocked a Karen straight unconcerned who was outside complaining to the manager about the water being to wet. We didnt have time to stop, we clawed the final 6 feet like rabid zombies into the waiting kia sorento. DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE!, Alec screamed as he slammed the door and turned back to face the onslaught. 5 stars. Only rated it that high because of Alecs service. Our food was filled with terrorists.

3-23-2024. Called in an order to go. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes and 50 minutes later they came out with thee pizza. They are said half their kitchen staff didnt show and there was no manager..the pizza was burned on thee bottom and the ingredients were you haphazardly thrown around. Ive had better service and pizza and and there are before. Had they had a manager there perhaps it would have been different. They have let their standards slip alot.

Had a half and half Angry Pig and Jalapeno Popper pizza. The Angry Pig is supposed to have spicy bbq sauce but didnt taste spicy at all. The Jalapeno popper had to be the blandest pizza Ive ever had. The crust had zero flavor, like they didnt even add salt to the dough. We also had the cranberry walnut salad which had maybe a tablespoon of feta total. The garlic parmesan bites were okay, but hard to screw up bread you coat in butter/oil. Overall a very disappointing experience. Maybe getting everything dine in would improve it slightly, but dont think that would change the flavor.

Service too is good and the atmosphere is appealing for the type of restaurant that it is Be very weary of the suggested tip, and the percentages on your check. The tip percentage to the total is not at all accurate. As in 20% of the total bill will not be 20% of the total bill as they ve added money to it. Perhaps this was a mistake in the system, but it makes me feel like they re trying to cheat . If you re in leadership position, you need to fix this quick. Sadly disappointed. Have given 3 attempts before leaving a review. The pizza is great (if they actually make what you ordered). 1st visit made the wrong pizza. But did remake it (with another wrong pizza). 2nd visit: pizza was made correctly but the garlic parm bites were stale and/or only partially cooked - unedible, horrible, I was surprised they even served them at all. Was literally the only customer in the store so it seemed unacceptable - no excuses for them there. 3rd visit: ordered dynamite shrimp tacos - were not made as advertised, no cabbage ((they litetally subbed with fresh Brussel sprouts ontop without asking the customer, the shrimp were a joke, and no ginger anything on them nor about it ). It is a liberal pizza place i guess, so, I assume they just do whatever they want most of the time). That is the world were in these days. I do give the flour taco shells 2 thumbs up. To each their own - but i would note that the majority of staff are the they/them kind. Even the males were obviously queer. Not a place for conservative folk. Overall: enjoyed the atmosphere minus the queer staff and poor food prep. Pizza is GREAT when made correctly. Could be an awesome place if they werent them-selves. Absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was calm and felt very warm and welcoming. The music was great as well. Our server, Sasha, was extremely pleasant to talk to and we had an overall great time! The rest of the staff was very kind as well and we felt very welcome there. We got a Margherita pizza and the cinnamon bites with ice cream, and they were both absolutely amazing. WoW talk about expensive!! When I went to pick up our order the very nice lady at the front handed me my pizza and I asked her wait this is a personal pan? She said no its our deep dish. I called my wife and told her that this pizza box is the size of a personal pan pizza. Well after some choice words I cant repeat she said Ill never again order from there. She said I paid $30 for that pizza! Bottom line ... the pizza was very good and delicious. But the size for that price is ridiculous. Weve had real Chicago pizza and yes it is pricey but its not 10 . They do list the size but dang ... You really dont realize how small a 10 pizza is until you pay $ 30 for it. The place seems cool and comfortable and the outside looks very very nice and exciting! Im sure all the other food is really good, but in these times we live in, I cant afford those types of over inflated prices. Next pizza order Ill be going back to Vitos Famous. I am thrilled to have discovered this new restaurant that is conveniently located near our subdivision! The BBQ hamburger I ordered was fantastic, with the sauce served on the side - and it did not disappoint. The sauce was perfect, not too sweet! My husband had the muffuletta, and he mentioned that he would love to come back for another. If you havent tried this restaurant yet, I highly recommend it! Its a great spot to bring the family, and the owner, manager, and servers are all very professional and friendly. Oh, the Brussels sprouts appetizer was yummy and came out piping hot!

I would give them 5 stars...BUT they took away the gluten-free crust! The 2 times I had their pizza, it was delicious! Ive had the Figgy Piggy and The Big Apple; the flavor combos were perfect, and the GF crust was great. We went there 1 week later, and the server had to break the news to me that they no longer served the GF crust. Huge disappointment! So I planned to try their zoodles instead (still on the physical menu)...they no longer had those either!! So I looked at the salads, which I figured was my only option left. The server recommended the Walnut Cranberry Salad (with chicken added), which was really good. Large serving too. We just started going there, and the Monday trivia nights are fun! But now my options are a couple salads, some wings, and sweet potato fries. Definitely not the same as pizza! So thats my only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars. They do still have the cauliflower crust, but it has egg whites, and I cant have eggs either. It was super exciting to have another good option for GF pizza in the area, but my excitement was short-lived. My husband isnt a big fan of their pizza, but hes only tried the traditional crust ones, and he prefers thin crust. So he plans to try their thin crust (or pasta) next time. Dietary restrictions: If youre GF, your options are now a couple salads, some wings, and the sweet potato fries. No more GF crust, even though still listed on the online menu. They do have a lot marked vegetarian.

Im just going to jump right in. We were seated immediately (one good point) however once seated we sat for about 45 min before someone actually came over to asked what we would like to drink. We ordered everything at once because I was already annoyed and whose to say how long it would have taken to get my drinks. Unacceptable We ordered a wings (Buffalo) and pizza (I think it was called meat feast). So let me just say the price of 8 wings should NOT be $14. (Yes I ordered them cause I m gonna try the wings but $14!) Bottle of the house red wine to drink. Thankfully wine came and it was really good you won t go wrong ordering the house red. The wings were surprisingly great. Crispy not to spicy but the buffalo sauce was the highlight. The pizza I was NOT a fan. The cheese was just globbed all over and the sauce was sweet. I m not sure if they are known for that but it added nothing to the pizza. It was a decent crust but the pie lacked flavor and honestly you shouldn t be able to mess up pizza. To finish the pizza we were dipping/sopping up the Buffalo sauce with our pizza just to eat it. Again this is my opinion and thoughts. But compared to other pizza I would not choose this place again. Aside from the wings and wine it was not an experience I want to have again.

We were looking for a place that had TVs for the games, good food and drinks. Ordered a strawberry margarita for my mother in law and myself and it came out 20 min later and was filled with syrup ... definitely dont order anything here other than draft beers. The food was cold and was all delivered at different times. The bar tender and servers could seem to care less about service. I would absolutely never come here again.
