Excellent adult and kiddo park, even dog-friendly for leashed animals, but definitely not a dog park which I d have realized with more scrutiny. If the trail actually connects to the starting point, I clearly missed it. I ended up spat out on a busy thoroughfare with a 60% trained dog, walking back through 3ish blocks of sidewalk-less neighborhood with unsecured dogs that rushed us for being too close to the lawn. Eventually we just walked in the middle of the street. Why 5 stars? ..because any park this well kept (we went in April), bridged creek full from recent rain, updated kids playground, mowed, wide walks, well loved, is doing its job for the folks around it. ..Onward to a dog park

Ive only been to this park for baseball games and its been a horrible experience every time. Theres no shade near the field, none of the restrooms are open to use, no concession stand. Its the opposite of grimes field in desoto and the red oak field.

Its decent for what it is. A simple park with a walking path, playground area for kids, baseball field (only for paid leagues though), and a few picnic tables. I would rate it higher but it isnt well maintained. They mow the lawn but dont prune back trees or remedy erosion. Trash bins are sporadically emptied. The best part is the walking path in the shade along creek.

Nice park I stopped for a visit in 2021 and it was very nice, my mother used to take me here when I was 3 back 1970. I remember it used to have a pool. Great memories made here.

Great place to bring kids its secluded and ducked off. There is a creepy old house in back. The parks very entertaining for kids. The left side for younger kids the right side for bigger kids. Only thing, just make sure slide is dry before letting your kids play my baby got soaked going down slide lol

They have good grills. Of course, you have to clean them with a brush a bit as you would expect at any public place but they are strong and sound and do the job well. There is a playground, a baseball field, and an absolutely gorgeous walking trail.

Ive always come here since I was a kid. Theres so many memories I share here cause theres quite a bit to do. They have payment to run laps or ride bikes, a baseball field, a river that sometimes has fish, and a playground.

I used to come here all the time as a child, this place has aged beautifully. Though its closed down the playground area due to COVID-19, I think the scenery is very nice to behold when trying to get your daily steps in. The creek area is always fun to look at because theres always new life growing & thriving here. Hopefully my review will compel you to come here and soak in the beauty that this park has to offer despite the obvious human-activity going on!
