Good pizza is rare in Northwest Houston. The different crusts, sauces, toppings are great. Everyone has their own preference but this place is worth a try if you have not tried the pizza. Breadsticks could use some work, but the pizza was great. Get the 3 - 10 inch pizza deal to try different crusts and toppings.

I tried Jackpot for the first time this week. The pizza is mediocre. Nothing special about it. It is quite expensive for mediocre pizza. What really turned me off is that I ordered pizza for pick up and was automatically charged a tip. Why force a tip on a pick up order? What did they do to deserve a tip other than their job when they made the pizza? These tipping expectations nowadays are out of control!! I will never order from here again.

New Jackpot pizza goer here! The food is awesome and fresh! The pizza was so good there were also ingredients (pesto) I normally dont like but with the way they incorporated it into the pizza, it was so amazing! The customer service was amazing and very attentive as well as friendly and inviting! I wanted to thank Mary Anne the owner for being so kind and sweet to my husband and having such a warm family environment. We will be back soon!!!! Thank you again!!!

I was really disappointed with my Pizza. Which is crazy cause the reviews online are actually good for this place but upon arriving at the location I noticed it appeared a little run down but I ordered anyways because sometimes small restaurants are diamonds in the rough but after spending a ton of money the only thing I was happy about was the churros. Sorry Jackpot but I wont be ordering from you again.

We use to love this place. All about supporting a local business. In the beginning the customer service was great. Recently in the past 6 months it s just slipped. They never can get our order right. Then when we call them about the order they don t seem to care. The last and I mean the last time we ordered (never ordering again), we asked to speak with the manager. The lady in charge told us she is just filling in and admitted she is the one that took our order and messed our order up. She didn t seem to care. We tried reaching out to speak to another manager. We tried many times but we could only get the lady who said she is just filling in . No way to run a business. If you can t get the order correct then please be understanding with remaking it. Especially when it s a food allergy issue and a vegetarian requested items. On top of them the last 5 times either forgetting items, making items wrong or giving us someone else s order, the quality has also slipped. It s greasy, gross, the toppings are less than they use to be. I would have continued to sing their praises and to give them my business but this last situation was just ridiculous. Seriously you are better off ordering from any other place. It s a real shame because this place was literally my happy place. I would look forward to our weekly pizza night. I really hope they can get their stuff together and bring their business back to what made them great, what made them special. It s not hard. Give good customer service, listen to your customers, make their items correctly and if you make a mistake it s fine, just try to fix the problem and not make the customer feel like it s their fault. Total bummer.

We placed an order for pickup on the day my sister died and the lady at the desk kept saying our names werent in the system for pickup I tried to be nice to her. I asked to see the manager and she told me I am the manager. And I told the lady in frustration my sister just died and I just want my pizza and she said I dont give a damn about your sister. I told her I would call corporate and she said go ahead and call them. I threatened to get the police down there and she said go ahead. I dont care. I also said I would call the news station and she said go ahead they aint got nothing on me. So we paid money for about five or six pizzas and did not get them. They stole money from us.

Every single different pizza that I have tried from Jackpot is delicious! Plus they have gluten-free crust as well as cauliflower crust, which I was leery of at first, but it is perfection. Tonight on my order I accidentally chose pickup when I wanted a delivery and I called the store and they ran it out to me. So their customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend Jackpot Pizza!!

You know, typically they have some of the best pizza in spring. But the ordeal tonight soured my view. We ordered pizza got the acknowledgement that itd be delivered at 5pm. It finally showed up at 630pm. After some back and forth calls to the store, they repeatedly said it was on its way while sort of apologizing and giving excuses of being short staffed properly. The food finally showed while we were on the phone ready to cancel it. Surprise to find out the pizza was cold and not even cut. I understand things happen, but after an hour and not even trying to make a new pizza and send it out so we may get a late hot pie is a bit ridiculous. 1/10 service. Food would be better if it were prepared better

As mentioned on other reviews there is problem with jackpot pizza and their relationship with doordash, while you can call the store they are clueless and they tell you door dash needs to send a driver but door dash tells you they deliver their own stuff. They dont, so you will never get your order. When you call to ask, they block your call when you call back even if you are polite.

Not to be nit picky but when asking for toppings to go on half, the least you could do is put forth a little effort with how you throw on the toppings. Our pizza was also not sliced all the way through so that was fun. Besides this issue, we frequent here and another New York style pizza place pretty often. I had a craving for pizza, but pizza is NOT on my new nutrition program list of things I can eat....however... Cauliflower crust pizza is on the list! Figured I would give it a try, ordered the OverUnder pizza (pepperoni, spicy sausage, mushrooms, onions, jalapeños buried under extra cheese). This cauliflower crust pizza did NOT disappoint! A bit chewy, which was easily forgotten. Great taste, all the toppings blended well together, the crust is tasty and surprisingly a great substitute for the regular flour based crust. Overall, a definite 10! Treat yourself!

I can t eat regular fast food pizza like little Caesar and Pizza Hut for some reason the dough always gets me sick! I like pizza and really hoped this pizza wouldn t be bad or make me nauseous. I ordered a $20 cauliflower pizza thinking it was big, but my family received it and it was only 10 . Absolutely disappointed with their pricing, this is robbery. Bad advertising and selection for them to not state it s only 10 . I was going through Le after it was delivered that the cauliflower crust only comes in 10 , thanks for the info after the fact. Tasty but way too expensive. I m feeding a a family with my photo, it s 1 slice night lol.

I started coming here the day after my wedding. I have a very restrictive diet due to health issues and my husband picked up the Keto pizza for me on our honeymoon along with leftover low carb wedding cake. I was hooked. That was two years ago. When I say that this place is amazing, I absolutely mean it. This was my craving my entire pregnancy. My mom picked up a keto pizza for me the day I gave birth. We have moved about 45 minutes away now and I still come back regularly for the best pizza in Houston.

Holy Canoli! These Keto Pizza Canolis are AMAZING! The pesto has so much flavor and brings out the cheesiness, and boy is it cheesy! We added sausage to ours and its.so.good!

First time ordering from jackpot and let just tell you, they did not disappoint! I ordered the over under pizza and my fiance ordered the double down with a gluten free crust. The pizzas were damn good, would definitely go there again. Thank you so much for the homey vibes and great work!

These garlic knots are more than my dreams are made of. No lie. Words dont do justice to the level of amazing of these garlic knots. Every other garlic knot Ive eaten in my life was a waste. They need to have their names changed to meh. I cant properly describe the fluffy, pully, cramelizedy, cheesy hot love i just experienced. My life is forever changed. Ive been considering ways to be on this side of town again tomorrow so i can get more. Its crazy. Im in love. Cant stop thinking about them...aaahhhh. The pizza is fantastic too.

I order from Jackpot almost weekly-- the cauliflower crust allows me to satisfy my pizza craving while not overdoing it. Their specialty pizzas are to die for. My goal is to try them all!

I get the Joker and it is Phenomenal!!! The best pizza I ve ever tasted. It s my go-to pizza spot and I love ordering from Jackpot when I have friends or family visiting so that I can show them just how amazing it is. This wasn t my first time at Jackpot pizza, but this was my first time trying their keto chicken crust pizza! I got The Joker and my husband got The Pit Boss on the keto chicken crust and they were both delicious!!!! We love their regular crust and their cauliflower crust too!!! They always are so friendly and the pizza is always amazing!!!! I definitely recommend!!!!

Ordered online, super easy process. Came in and the guys were nice and friendly. I got the Super Pizza and it literally looked like a commercial perfect amount of toppings and cooked beautifully. My mom and I finished it in a few minutes lmao. Thanks again guys, I WILL be returning. Looking forward to trying all the awesome options and pizzas they have!

I love jackpot pizza. Possibly need to go to some sort of recovery program because it s addicting and delicious. It s so cool to have a neighborhood locally owned pizza spot who give so much back to the community and actually has amazing pizza. I am not sure if they sprinkle magical fairy dust in the crust or maybe it s just pure love but it s a incredible pizza pie! You will not be disappointed

Ordered from door dash, who said the restaurant covers their own delivery (and therefore did not assign a dasher). When I called the restaurant they said the order had been picked up and then marked the order as complete even though I told them it never arrived. Had to wait 1.5 hours and NEVER GOT THE PIZZA on my husbands birthday with friends over. So incredibly frustrating. Edit in response to owners response: When I spoke to you, you told me the pizza had already been picked up by the dasher. But door dash had never assigned a dasher! Im still completely baffled as to why you wouldnt realize this is a problem you need to fix with door dash (like I told you on the phone)... But no, this review is certainly for you.
